Yuzu Zest Cologne (2026)

This is very nice; unfortunately it is very light with little projection. I do love how natural it smells, though. Most of the scent is the citrus notes; I only get the barest hint of sage at times and almost no woods until very late drydown at the 16-24 hours mark. Very fresh and perfect for summer. I might buy a travel size because I really enjoy this, but performance could be better. It’s the weakest Jo Malone I have tried to date.

Saw Olandria wearing YZ and had to try it. It’s light, fresh, and airy. Not as long lasting as I wish it could be – but enjoyable for the moment it lasts. The fir gives YZ a zesty dimension to the citrus. I can foresee this fragrance being my go-to during summer. Not a safe blind buy. Longevity: 3 hours

So delightful! So fleeting! I guess happiness can’t last long. Juicy yuzu smoothly transformed into green Lipton ice tea from a bottle. Natural and positive

So light and elegant. Even though it doesn't last I still need it!!!

First time a Jo Malone that actually lasts!

I loved this when I tried it in store; bought a travel sized bottle and found that it needs to macerate about a month to avoid the sharpness/astringency others mentioned. At arm’s length, I get yuzu and a soft floral from the clary sage. Putting my nose close to skin, the balsam fir becomes quite dominant. It’s like a fresh, bright, and somehow summer-appropriate Christmas tree. I live in the tropics and am curious if this will actually make a good “winter” fragrance for our “cooler” months. To no one’s surprise I’m sure, it performs like any other Jo Malone Cologne. Is it even Jo Malone if you don’t need to respray?

This stuff is strong and LASTS. I tried it last week and then wore the same shirt today and the shirt still carried enough scent it was like I had freshly applied it. Pretty darn impressive longevity. Scent is ultimately not for me though. Very, very similar to Red Dakota. And like Red Dakota it smells really good BUT there is something in the bright tangy citrus that reminds me a bit of your crush's dried sweat. Which I don't hate, but it's not a scent I want others to pick up from me.

I really liked this but I fear I would use half the bottle up in a matter of weeks to get ample projection/ lasting power. I'm wondering if it would linger longer on fabric. At any rate, I'd say this has an elevated cologne vibe and performance level. It's bright, cheerful, uplifting and natural smelling. Even if the yuzu note fades, the green/woodsy drydown is soft and nice. Worth a revisit on clothes to see if it performs better.

sadly smelled like a cleaning product on me. the yuzu was more neroli and was giving lemon pledge/carpet deodorizing powder/febreez vibes. very very lite scent, was basically a skin scent within an hour, completely gone by hours 2-3, which is expected for a cologne concentration. not a bad scent by any means, especially if you like the cleaning product vibes, just definitely not full bottle worthy for me at its price point considering it's poor performance.

There's a sharpness to the yuzu that I did not love. It is a fresh scent, but has a bit of cleaner-like scent. Not a safe blind buy. Reminds me a little of Diptyque's Orpheon EDT, which I enjoy a lot more.

A sharp, herbal citrus that immediately turns humid and off‐floral, with the same Diptyque’s Eau des Sens effect. The yuzu starts bright but is swallowed by clary sage and a damp orange‐blossom‐adjacent note that feels sweaty, herbal, and humid. The base goes resinous‐sticky.

The clary sage makes this 🤮. I rubbed this off right away. It smelled screechy and synthetic. Not a good direction the company is going ever since Estee bought it. Jo Malone used to smell natural.

Very flat whiff of yuzu. I wish there was more to this, but it's not very interesting

i was not expecting to like this. although initially intrigued by a tiktok video of someone wishing jo malone brought back an old formulation of yuzu zest and although this new one is different it is very similar or so they said. i was in sephora and saw this and the video i saw came to mind so i had to smell it. on paper it smelled like any old tried and true citrus fresh scent. on skin however that’s where it really shined. as i continued to wander around the store and trying other fragrances all the while and kept getting a whiff of something truly wonderful and i remembered on that particular patch of skin i had sprayed the yuzu. so i bought a travel size to play around with. on my first wear i sprayed just my pulse points and neck and this scent lasted 8 hrs on skin. and my skin really “eats” fragrance so that’s really saying something. i will be getting a big bottle and i am now officially interested in jo malone.

Jo Malone Yuzu Zest Cologne (2026) opens up astringent lemon zest then it settles into a sweet lemon cologne. Versace Yellow Diamond is the sweet, clean lemon shower-gel version, but this has a slight cologne musk that'll make it the perfect refreshing topper every couple of hours during the summer.

Is this the same as the summer 2024 release?!?!?!?!?! I've been hoarding my two back up bottles !!!!!!!
