Game of Spades Double Bonus

10/10 The most accurate clone I've ever smelled. Idk what the people below me are on but this smells 1:1 to Méteoré with the same or even better projection & longevity. Its a bit expensive for a clone but for the quality its well worth it considering the OG is $350 vs $70 for this. You literally cannot find a better dupe of it on the market. I actually think there is ZERO reason to buy the OG considering this exists. Even if I was a billionare I'd buy this over Méteoré. Its perfect. EDIT: Had to change my sillaige rating from strong to enormous. This shii is STRONG ASFFFFF. With just one spray on my hand I get a continuous scent flow. Not just whiffs but a literal continuous flow you cannot stop smelling even for a second. It smells so high quality too. God damn this might be the most beast mode cologne I've EVER bought.

Cleary 15 people are hating on this masterpiece for no reason. I have this and shiyaaka snow and GOS double bonus knocks it out of the park. Scent, longevity, silliage and quality siyaaka snow has this rancid lemon grass note which goes away after 30 min but man just the quality and performance of GOS double bonus if unbeatable The best way to describe Double Bonus. imagine you took a shower with dove soap but used the highest and most natural ingredients to mimic that smell. This smells like a luxury hotel in the middle of the forest. This smells like the skin of someone who just took a deep deep shower with the most luxurious bar of soap that was made in idefk Soneva Secret in the Maldives. 4 SPRAYS MAXXXXX or else your nose will fall off

I really enjoy this fragrance. It smells great! I keep hearing people say that it smells like baby wipes. I truly don't get that comparison. To me this smells like expensive dryer sheets in the best way. I have smelled the original and I think this is a very close inspiration of it. I'd say that personally the OG smells like a warm dryer sheet. Double bonus smells more like a cool dryer sheet if that makes sense (think they added some mint to it). This has pretty good longevity on skin. I think like 3-4hr good working hours, then like 6-8hrs on skin. On clothes this lasts a really long time. I smelled this on a t-shirt from 2 days prior before throwing in the wash. Solid buy for a daily driver.

I don’t own any LV fragrances and I don’t plan on owning one anytime soon. I have marwa and I now have this. This is a premium bed sheets washed with premium fabric softener. Marwa has a ginger blast in the beginning and subsides after about 10 minutes and turns into a really nice premium soap. I haven’t worn double bonus out yet but I’ve gotten compliments on marwa everytime I’ve worn it. So far, doing smell test with this, I know I’ll enjoy it. Which is what matters most imo. As long as I like my smell and it uplifts my spirits when I smell it...all is well in the world. Solid 8.5/10

They killed it with this in my opinion, was gonna pull the trigger on the OG but gave this a try and I’m glad I did and actually like this more than the original. Projection and performance is GREAT , I’ll smell this on a hoodie the next day. 10/10 if you like the OG or want a nice daily , compliment getter

Update: Someone smelled it on me at work and asked if I was wearing meteore and that it smells just like it. I’m proud of my dupe purchases that come close or just get complimented I general so I’ll always let them know it’s a dupe and how much less I paid lol frugal man’s flex 😂

Love at first sniff. I have never smelled LV Meteore but this smells so good. Clean, uplifting, addictive... can ́t stop wearing/smelling it.

Smell like a fancy dryer sheet, good longevity .

I got lucky and got it for $55 on TT and wow. Ive always liked Meteore BUT for the price and diabolical performance for the average person heck naw. Good projection for 3-4 and skin scent for 8-9 hours and detectable on clothes even the next day. Obviously the OG is better but this definitely gets the job done about 85% similar. Meteore and Blue Tailsman are both great fragrances but not worth hundreds on dollars on the DNA imo.

To me it smells like a fresh laundromat or some laundry detergent. Others say it smells like barber aftershave or like aftershave in general. It’s a great out of the shower scent to own. I’ve smelt both the og and dupe and I can confidently say that there probably 90-95% similar. Just way too overpriced for a dupe but if you got money, go for it. My rating? 9.1/10

It’s good, but i think snow is more smoother, and i wish my Yusuf Bhai meteore didn’t break in the mail because that was the best one. But double bonus is good, most likely will compare both on hand and double check which one is “better”. At the end of the day it’s all about preference.

I wish I could say I now know what all the hype is about but I can’t. It’s not a bad scent but it’s nothing special or to hype. On me Double bonus doesn’t last long or project, the scent profile is a mishmash of notes. For the price there are many other fragrances that are worth buying over Double bonus . Last thought, in the reminds me of category there are 17 other fragrances that people feel double bonus smells like and are from Jo Milano. Not very unique Imo.

This smells horrible, I payed like a 100 bucks for this dogshit it smells like dove soap mixed either with pussy juice or something like I can’t describe it. I am not just hating on jo milano, this has been my first blind buy by them and it sucked, hopefully it gets better as it macerates. Im back after a around a month and the maceration period definitely smoothened it out a good bit but still would not buy again honestly.

This smells like a cheap body wash you buy at the dollar store because you live 50 miles to the next town and you have a date in an hour . Better than smelling like BO but nothing great either.

It smells very similar to Meteore, but it also inherits the rubber balloon smell. Not for me.

Thank you!! Here is my honest review for Fragrantica: Here we are again, back at it with another review of my recent pickups! This time I'm doing a full review of my first impressions of Double Bonus by Jo Milano. I've been getting a lot of questions about this one, and I'm glad to be able to report some really good findings on this one. This is the second time wearing this fragrance. The first one was for a half day and only about 2 sprays. And I noted it lasted pretty well. So I was eager to wear this one on a full day with 6-7 actual sprays. In the opening this stuff smells super concentrated. It a very fresh, out of the shower soapy smell. A really nice citrus opening this one up as well, with a rich vetiver background. With this fragrance, you really smell like the clean one in the group. It's as fresh as it gets. A airy soapy smell, similar to imagination but also very different. In the Drydown it starts to blend out a little more, the woody notes start to get involved a little more, the vetiver also comes out more as the clean citrusy smell starts to tone down a lot more. The notes on this are: Top Notes: Calabrian Bergamot, Sicilian Orange, Mandarin Orange Middle Notes: Tunisian Neroli, Guatemalan Cardamom, Indonesian Nutmeg, Pink Pepper, Pepper Base Note: Java Vetiver Oil You spray it on your skin, and in the air it smells amazing, and when you lean in to smell what you sprayed, you get a super strong and potent concentration of fragrance that smells different then what's in the air. On the skin you can smell the Neroli and Cardamom strong. In the air I feel like the fragrance composes itself as it leaves the skin and evaporates off of you. This is where it becomes more citrusy and you get the more soapy smell. The the mornings, right before I get into work I put on my colognes. When I walked in that morning I was told for the first time that my fragrance was so loud that it was for a moment choking out the people there. (it is a enclosed area, but still the comment is not typical from the other fragrances I usually come in wearing) The smell is definitely on the mass appealing side of things, but it has a little variation from your normal. It is said to be inspired by LV Meteore. I've never smelled the OG. I did just recently get Shiyaaka Snow, so expect a battle between the 2 very soon! Longevity is a good 10 hours on this one. It definitely stays on well past a shower. Projection This one has a impressive 4 hours of projection, and could still be smelled off the skin and in the air by hour 6. The sillage is solid here. Score 9/10 Performance on this gives it a really good part of this score. But the smell is also a great smell, and definitely something I would have in rotation with my freshies. Disclaimer: This fragrance is brand new and has only matured for about 8 days after I received it. I usually spray it the same day I get it. And then days later I spray it and wear it to test it out. These fragrances need maturation in order to blend better and possibly enhance their projection, longevity, and quality.

Disagree with @FragranceZoe below. For me Double Bonus is just too loud and screechy. I'll take Shiyaaka Snow all day. Double Bonus is good, though, and definitely projects more. But for me Snow is a little fresher, a little more airy, and more classy. Feels like Double Bonus is harsh and yelling to be heard while Snow is more subtle and smooth. Snow also has the better price point. Both are good alternatives to Meteore, in the air they are all extremely similar. Just depends what you're looking for.
