Game of Spades Full House

Might just be my best blind buy. Full House is a super refreshing green citrus scent. The main notes I pick up here are citron and orange, rounded out by ginger and tea. I've seen people say they can't smell any tea here but I find it to be very present without being overpowering. The citruses here don't quite smell like their juice, they smell more like their rinds but it might be the tea and ginger notes giving off this effect. On the dry down the scent becomes softer and sweeter, but it's still mostly just a citrus scent. However, I can also see how this scent could come off bug spray-like to other people, I think the strong tea and ginger could make the scent come off too herbal to the point it smells like bug spray. Still, I'd say this is an excellent fragrance and definitely worth it if you can get your hands on it for a good price, as it is incredibly overpriced at retail ($220). While I agree this is a good quality fragrance with an equally great presentation, realistically I wouldn't pay more than $130-140 for this. I don't have much experience with Imagination, but from what I remember of it Full House does get really close. I remember Imagination being soapier and less citrus forward, but overall it's very close. I have a sample of Imagination coming in at some point in the next few weeks so I'll be able to compare them side by side. I'd also like to try out Montagne's Imaginary, Aqua Dubai and Arabiyat's Marwa if I can find decants of that anywhere.

Honest Review: I will review it as it own thing. I will refrain from comparing it to LV Imagination. This is designer level quality. Its not some cheap overly “synthetic” dupe/clone and you can tell the quality of the ingredients in this fragrance (similar to the Montblanc explorer & Creed Aventus “inspired by” situation). This is the type of fragrance that lifts your mood and gives you that clean refreshing summer scent (without being tropical 🥥🍍🥭) that some people seek. This is a unisex fragrance but a family member considers its masculine leaning (i disagree? 🤣) This is a very good fragrance for spring/summer. In my skin performs better than other designer “citrus/fresher fragrances” like Dior Homme Cologne/Acqua Di Parma Bergamotto di Calabria, although we have to take into account the Parfum concentration of Full House vs cologne in DHC/ EDT in Acqua di Parma BdC. The difference between Full House and the other citrus fragrances i mentioned above are the green notes that are given by the chinese tea and a little of the bitter citrus aspect given by the neroli. **Nothing wrong with lower longevity of medium budget citrus fragrances/just reapply...high budget fragrances like LV & Tom Ford are another subject entirely (looking at you funny 😐)** Remember that fragrance preferences are subjective and may perform differently on each person skin, give it a try... ;) Regards, Snow

This one is an easy dumb reach, it's very close to LV Imagination but a bit brighter and citrusy and slightly less potent. It has a very wonderful airy soapy lift that is what most people are after when they think of LV Imagination, specifically in the air. Performance improved after maceration but still isn't as good as the original, but can get somewhere between the 6-8 hour mark on my skin. I have heard some people claim it lasts longer and I still would recommend this fragrance even if that was not the case. The longer this one sits the better it gets, but it's extremely wearable even brand new. Just don't expect to be blown away by performance unless you allow it to sit and macerate for a month or longer. This one is a no brainer and it's still my preferred LV Imagination dupe in terms of wearability and value. You can get a 6.7oz bottle for like $80 on sale and I think that's insanely hard to compete with. Al Haramain Aqua Dubai is good too but it requires maceration before it's tolerable and it's more expensive per ounce. Performance is great for Aqua Dubai though after maceration. Closest LV Imagination dupe I've tried even though it's a bit more expensive than these other two is Alexandria Fragrances Visionary. It's the king IMO. But for value and ease of wear overall the choice has to be Full House.

Full House smells almost identical to Louis Vuitton’s Imagination. Like 98% spot-on. Super fresh, citrusy, clean, really well done in terms of scent profile. BUT. (and it’s a big but.) The performance is honestly awful. I know, I know, dupes are rarely beasts when it comes to sillage or longevity, but this one doesn’t even hit dupe expectations. You could spray it, leave the house, and by the time you get to your car, you would need to reapply. Like it just evaporates off the skin. I could probably splash my wrist with mop water and get better staying power. Now if you’re cool with over-spraying like every 45 minutes, sure, go for it. The scent itself is super close to Imagination, and honestly, I think I kind of like how Full House gives you everything right off the jump. With Imagination, there’s a bit of a citrus-then-tea development, but Full House is more linear. You get the full vibe immediately, which I actually prefer. Great dupe in theory, but not something I’d FB just because of how weak it is. I’ll be looking for a better-performing alternative, but it was fun to try.

Stop searching for Louis Vuitton Imagination dupes. This is the one. Jo Milano Full House is, by far, the closest fragrance to LV Imagination that I've ever smelled. The opening is incredibly close, but the real surprise comes in the dry down. That's where it becomes almost indistinguishable from the original. And when I say "identical," I mean exactly that. The clean citrus, the refined freshness, the elegant soapy vibe—it's all there. Side by side, the resemblance is simply remarkable. I've tried and compared many fragrances that claim to be inspired by Imagination, and nothing has come this close. If your goal is to experience that luxurious scent without paying Louis Vuitton prices, stop looking. Full House sets the standard for what an Imagination dupe should be.
