I’m a grandpa—but the kind of grandpa the young ladies call sexy. Wanna learn something? I like this just as much as Scandal and SWY. And why does that sound crazy to you? Because Joop gets a lot of hate. Haters... well, they think everything sucks. Guess what, haters? It sucks to be you. 😂 Sorry the world is too good for your taste. Everywhere you read reviews, people feel the need to explain how it’s “not like their other one.” Well duh. I hope a house makes each of its creations different. But hate makes people blind—they think everything is the same. All white people are the same. All men are the same. All their colognes are the same. Blindness, close-mindedness, prejudice... the whole nine yards. The upside? I get great bargains from all the hate. People jump on the bandwagon like sheep. Ride on, MFs, ride on. They all think “they’re all the same”—🙄. Well isn’t that why they all jump on the trendy fag hate wagon. So they can be just like one another. . Ehhh I’m not going to stoop to that level. So let’s cut the crap and get to the truth. This is good and cheap and not a clone. It’s a tobacco formula, which means performance—it stays on your skin. Sure, your scent bubble might last 3-4 hours, but at this price? Who cares? You can easily make new scent bubbles. After all it performs well enough. This is well-balanced stuff. Tobacco notes, woody notes—they’re all harmonious. Savor it. Delicious. Hours of wear. And let’s be real: because of the hate, this could easily be a $50+ cologne from another house, discounted. It would still sell. Same goes for Joop Le Parfum. Ingredients? Looks like Armani—but without the hype. Not many originals in this price range smell this good and perform like this. Snobs? They’ll never guess you’re wearing Joop. They’ve never smelled it. They’ve never given it a chance. It’s clean, versatile, and I’ve worn it in summer nights—no complaints. But personally, I love it in fall and winter. Similar vibe to Ferragamo Uomo, but performs better. Joop Le Parfum? Same family, same solid performance. Blind-buy safe. Joop really tries to give you bang for your buck. And man... people have physically died from that bang! From the fallout. 🤣 So go ahead—give Joop some ❤️. Chef’s kiss. Muwahhhhh.

First off, I am a Joop-aholic. I understand in the fragrance world that Joop has quite a negative reputation, but I simply adore a lot of their fragrances for both men and women. I can certainly see why so many hold many Joop fragrances with contempt, especially the original Joop! Homme, because many people are put off by loud fragrances, however I believe that, much like alcohol or sweets, anything can be great when done in proportion. With Joop! Homme Wild, the issue isn't the scent. The issue is the marketing. There's nothing "wild" about this. In fact, quite the contrary. This is a soft, sweet, almost sensual fragrance that could definitely be marketed as unisex. I believe that it would have been appropriate to be named "Joop! Go - Night Edition" because it simply takes the fruity elements of Joop! Go and replaces them with boozy, spicy elements. Both share a common under-belly that isn't quite the original Joop! Homme DNA, but clearly recognizable and present in Summer Ticket, Splash, etc. The pink pepper is strong, yet is not piercing or spicy. It is softened by the rum and tobacco, which almost gives it a powdery feel. Very linear, of course, as we've come to know from this house. That's not an insult by any means, it's just a statement of fact. The dry down really doesn't bring anything out that hasn't already been detected. The One Million comparison is pretty weak, and only the general feel is similar. The scent itself is entirely different. The silage is absolutely amazing. When I worked at a large office, this would by far get me the most attention. - Silage: 9/10 - Longevity: 10/10 (24 hrs.+, and I would smell this over all my other fragrances in the laundry hamper even after four to five days of not having worn the shirt) - Scent: 8.5/10 - Uniqueness: 6.5/10 - Versatility: 7.5/10 (This isn't something you'd wear to a nice dinner, but this is a perfect fragrance for a date, for the office, or even just for enjoying at home.) - OVERALL: 41.5/50 83% or B

Wow this fragrance has seriously exceeded my expectations. I've had it on my radar for a while now however the price has fluctuated a lot and I have been waiting for the best deal possible. Firstly this is nothing like the original Joop Homme (which is great as it's a fragrance I dislike) and immediately it reminds me of a sweeter, richer version of CK one shock. Not only this but it also shares similarities to 1 million and Spicebomb Infrared which are both scents that I love. The scent is a rich, oriental fruity scent which my wife absolutely loves. She prefers fresh scents but she was drawn to this one as a date night fragrance. I can see this garnering lots of positive attention from women as it has the sexy aspects of popular fragrances like the ones I mentioned earlier. The performance is another phenomenal aspect to this fragrance. The scent projects heavily for 4hrs on my skin and has the capability to last around 10hrs which is more than what you would need if you were to use this as date night or clubbing scent. On clothes, the scent still lingers after its been through the wash so that shows how beast mode this scent performs for me. The atomizer distributes a tonne of juice and the bottle is also very nicely done. The cap is sturdy but a bit cheap and the font on the bottle is a bit gawdy however for the price it's a well put together package. This is the first Joop fragrance that I have owned and I am very impressed. I will definitely look into buying more in the future like le parfum as the bar has been set extremely high with this scent. Hopefully they are not similar to the original and more like this one.

I received a decant of this last year along with 5 or 6 others. I briefly tried it on paper when I first got it along with a few others and completely forgot I even had it. It went into my fragrance storage and remained untouched for about half a year. I was going through my storage unit yesterday and saw it and thought I would give it another shot. I put it on today and was taken aback upon first spray, a familiar scent profile in the opening: reminiscent of Invictus Victory Parfum. As it dries down, it changes quits a bit. On opening, it's sweet and boozy, vanillic and slightly woody with a high quality pink pepper note. This is actually smells more interesting than Invictus Victory in my opinion. As it gets further into the dry down it's somewhat reminiscent of the opening of YSL l'Homme EDP except there is a very strong dry tobacco leaf base, almost a little tar like, and gives this fragrance such a strong foundation. It's really good, although not as unique compared to some other things that have come out since, but was definitely groundbreaking. I'm gonna be looking for a full bottle. Longevity and protection seem great for a budget offering. This seems like it would be best suited for cooler weather, although I think it could work on cooler spring and late summer days and nights where I live. 84/100

This fragrance is a very nice fragrance, because it has the ability to bring a summer vibe to the colder temperatures. The coconut vibe is well blended into this synthetic composition it is not very detectable. Synthetic is not a negative here, because it has a candy type of vibe from the coconut and rum notes. However, it is not overly sweet. It has just a touch. A youtube reviewer said that it reminds him of DG The One...hmmmmm SNIFF, SNIFF, SNIFF again...hmmmm OK... It reminds me of DG The One too in the foundation somewhere lol. It is like a distant cousin that looks like you, but he/she is the less serious one lol. That it what this fragrance is to DG The One. A less serious DG The One on Summer break in the cold temps. LOL. Don't get me wrong... it is NOT DG quality or as good. However, it can be smelled in the DNA or heart of your skin. That is the point. The white tobacco gives just enough bitterness to keep it from going to too sweet, and the woody note gives it enough depth to be taken seriously. 8/10 in all categories. projection, longevity etc. Cons: Not good for work. Too flirtatious...:) Pros: Can be worn all year too. Be careful during high heat. IMHO. 21+ age range. YT shavenonthedarkside review coming...

Massenet is a brilliant chemist with a subtle sophistication that shows itself in her blending and attention to details. This is one of the most underrated modern oriental fougeres on the market in its attempt to take the wearer away from Indian spices and green aromatics and instead transport them to a coastal Colombian market in Cartagena on the Caribbean Sea. It has a rummy, coconut, white floral pollen and vanilla pudding kind of feel and while it's obvious that this was done on a tight budget, the balance of the composition by Massenet turns this from an average release into a noteworthy one and hides some of the more synthetic qualities in the layering. Performance is quite exceptional longevity wise and projection is relaxed and less imposing compared to most oriental fougeres and thus works extremely well as a night on the town fragrance in late fall, winter and early spring. A really nice find and I like how Massenet doesn't use the rum note with a standard over abundance of woods and instead moves toward the white floral and pink pepper to give this a really modern and versatile flair with a younger audience.

This is a very pleasant scent for me. I can smell rum, berries, bubblegum, chocolate and tobacco. All the notes smell sweet, but less sweet than the Pink Joop. It’s a strong fragrance. I wore this today and I sprayed once on my wrist and once on my lower chest and this projected strongly and lasted about 7 hours before I did a top up spray. This is probably a cool weather, more of a nighttime scent, but I would be happy to use it anytime. My wife says this smells delicious on me. This reminds me of a chilled and fun party drinking rum and coke, eating chocolate and lollies, with some chilled lounge music playing lightly in the background. The tobacco is subtle throughout this scent. Despite the fun scent and the “wild” bottle with the skull, this is a mature scent that I think would smell more appropriate on people aged 30 plus. It’s a bit unisex, but leaning towards masculine. For a work office, spray lightly. Spray more for a date night. Over-spraying this scent might annoy others! I would buy this fragrance again.

Loving it! This is my 5th Joop! fragrance and I just can't get enough of these powerhouses. Joop Wild is very different from the others but I can detect a little original Joop's DNA. In fact, in every Joop fragrance I can detect some of the original, but very little. Joop Wild is like Old Spice on Steroids with its Bay Rum vibe and spicey drydown and hints of wood. However, unlike Old Spice, Wild is very sweet with masculine florals and all so sexy. I just love this fragrance. This is not "nice guys smells sexy" like One Million. It's more like bad boy smells sexy and dirty. Absolutely not for work, business meetings or the office. It's too flirtatious as somebody here commented. Joop Wild is ideal for summer or warm nights going out for a cocktail, bar hopping, clubbing, evening dates, nights at the beach bar hopping, etc. Ages would be 18 to 50 depending on your personality. It's a fragrance when you are out to have fun. It's not a serious fragrance - it's fun in a bottle on summer nights.

Finally ordered a bottle of this. Looking at the notes, I'm thinking this is going to turn out like "Fan your Flames" by Nishane. Hope I'm right... 24DEC22: UPDATE!! O...M....G....this is EXACTLY what I have been looking for!! A syrupy sweet, vanillic, PEPPERY warm fragrance!! This is soooo awesome!! It feels like "The One-edt" mixed with "Ferragamo - F-Black" mixed with "AF - California Blues" (JAZZ CLUB)....THIS IS AMAZING!!! Perfectly peppery, powerfully projecting, SERIOUSLY STRONG!!! This strong chokey-pepper is EXACTLY what I wanted!! Now I can take "Ferragamo - F-Black" off of my list and never have to deal with that "Apple" frag to get the lovely pepper! Goodness gracious...I cannot WAIT to wear this tomorrow!!! BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT so far!! (Until my bottle of "AF - H'Ani" gets here...lol) UPDATE: When I wear this alone....it doesn't last. I put it on, it's nuclear for an hour...then it's gone. Dropping the rating on this...

This is a beast in very good way!!! I had thia frag and loved it so much. It was my winter frag, had a 125 ml of it and by that perfomance u never could get this bottle empty. Sillage the whole room smelled u, longevity 12 + hours. I gave it to my father, he weard it and it smelled sooo good, i only smelledbot on my self, but when u smell it on someone else, then u noticed how goodbu alwaya smelled with this.. How strong is this perfume? I sprayed 6 hours before i was going to workout, the more i sweat the stronger this thing became, i did mountain climbers (excersize) when i was doing that the smell became so strong directly on my nose because i sprayed it 6 hours before on my chest. From the sweet category it is kinda like sweet like 1 million BUT it does not smell like 1 million not even a bit. If u guys love axe excite, put it together it fits well.

I bought this fragrance because i love Axe Excite and i thought this was very similar to it. Well, this is not, this is like 30% similar. The only think they share is the coconut vibe, but in Joop Homme Wild we found a coconut rum which is a little bit different and also Axe Excite has that hazelnut caramel combination which isn't present here obviously. A part from the comparison, Joop Homme Wild is a solid scent, it's a boozy sweet fragrance for winter and fall nights. I also see these as a club scent because it's really loud and has a nice longevity (8+ hours), give this a try and don't compare this to Axe Excite, this is almost totally different and has a different using scenario. 8,5/10

Strong pink pepper opening, but it is not the same sharp, in your face, pink pepper as the original Joop Homme, but a more refined, well rounded pink pepper. Toned down by the rum notes which steadily drown the spice in its boozy veil. The pepper fades and turns into a manly rum soaked wood drydown with a hint of white tobacco. Longevity and silliage aren't quite as powerful as the original, but it still throws nicely and lasts 8 hours or so. I don't get "wild" from it, but rather a, "Joop grows up" vibe. (Which is not to say mature by any means). If you liked the sweet original in your 20's, you may enjoy this boozy flanker in your 30's.

This is one of those scents that will surprise you I have had homme wild for some time now it is very pleasant and very long lasting it stays with you for a good amount of time 6,8 hours. Compliments is by far easy to get with this one I had this on at work and was approached by a customer she said " I like that it smells good" it does get people thinking this scent. However it has got that party vibe to it as well. It starts off with a nice sweet rum and pink peppers followed by the white tobacco the scent itself is very nice I really cant knock this. Scent 10 Versatility 10 projection 10 overall 10

When first sprayed: "Hmm I smell the pepper and rum. This is kind of one dimensional." After 5 minutes: "Sweet scent really comes out and brings it all together. I really like this cologne." 30+ Minutes: "Woody almost smokey fragrance mixed with the original sweet scent. Floral musk. This just made my top 5.. Maybe my favorite of all time." After working out: "When mixed with my bodies natural aroma and heat this cologne smells absolutely amazing. On top of that, I didn't sweat it off, it stayed with me even stronger. This is hands down my new favorite scent."

I dont get this one fully. you get too much of that boozy cheap smelling- with both the "cheapfragrance-smell" when sprayed on AND the rum as a note. additional to that a synthetic sweet smell. You really need to be in your right element or you will get a bit dizzy by this one. ive experienced trying it and felt this is quite okay and also the bleh feeling.if a bit tired or so. Overall decent, for 25euros and 125ml it is a must have in collection as it doesnt smell like anything else. you may hate it or you might like it.

WARNING: This will make the ladies wanna eat you up *wink wink* Smells really sweet, boozy & delicious! This is also a wonderful choice for the ladies out there as it's quite unisex. Joop! Homme Wild Joop! for men is a grate one ( again ) from Joop House with quality & compatative price especially the woody notes with rum are awesome on my skin. Longivity : 6 to 8 Hours. Projection : huge. Smell : Very good. P.S. I truly wish that every house can colaperate to achieve this formula ( Quality + Price + Genrouse Automaizer ). Joop Keep up the good work PLZ.

it smells like its color .. fun, wild, alluring, a dense dessert of berries maybe a cheesecake topping .. it's really delicious. Projection is great and it stays for a long time .. great for a cool weather night out. really different and unique but super casual .. do not suit up with this one unless you wear a colorful suit, tie, socks and shoes. 7/10 overall.

Despite the advice below I wear this in summer. It has rum, bamboo, tobacco with hints of coconut. It reminds me of sitting at a Polynesian tiki bar late at night sipping on a rum drink and smoking a cigar trying to get luck with hot and exotic Polynesian women. Disclaimer: My comment may upset the politically correct police. But I don't give a shit.

Glad I got to regularly wear this out back in 2012 when it was in its most powerful form. It was no slouch and easily lasted a full night and remained on your clothes the next morning. Disappointed to hear today's version is scented water. It used to be great for the bars and clubs. Smelled fantastic. Why tamper with something that's not broken!

One of the better Joop! fragrances, very pleasant opening and great dry-down. Woody-leather-rum all the way with a gentle fruity touch that is the Joop! DNA. One of my all-time favourites, I always have a bottle of it, nothing smells quite like it. I don't do comparatives, this is out on its own. Very well priced offering great value for aromas.

Bought it because of Curlyfragrance because she described it as a tropical boozy one million. And I cannot describe it better. I’m looking forward to rocking this on a night out. I didn’t expect it to be this good. The projection and sillage are through the roof. Very boozy, tropical and sweet. This and Joop Homme EDP are soo underrated.

This fragrance is an under rated gem! It is very long lasting linear but a good linear as the scent it awesome. sweet rum, tabbacco and freshness. This has surprisingly got me more compliments than most expensive frags that I own. This is one of the few frags that I bought a second bottle ( I own a lot of fragrances) as it is so great.

Great combination of ingredients. Pepper tobacco and rum, close to CK Shock smelling but this has more punch. It does start off with a weird play-doh aroma which fade into its boozey sweet tobacco. Great longevity and projection. My $25 bottle from 2013 is almost gone. Its a shame these Joop frags have skyrocketed in price.

Yes it opens with Rum, but much better smell , then combined with woody and sweet. It's unique ,winter but it need to be tested 1st, don't buy it blindly because maybe not your style, though i see it a JOOP signature frag . Longevity: More than 5 hours guaranteed Sillage: 8/10 or maybe 9 Scent : 9/10 It's a 100% winter frag

Sexy. bold, contemporary. a perfume for the nights out. you will be noticed. good sillage and fantastic longevity. it is not cloying. shares the vibrations of the current perfumes similar to the various paco rabanne, but in a more adult and more different way. 8/10

Anyone who says this smells like One Million has clearly never smelled it. This is a modernized take on the original Homme. It’s not old-man or old-lady-like at all — it’s a sweet, floral, youthful release, though not “Wild” in any way. Versatile enough to wear anytime except in extreme heat.

Great value and super unique in a good way. The quality and some notes (rum especially) are rare at this price point. I get a Jack Sparrow vibe from this fragrance and I like the branding despite its tackiness. Highly recommend for anyone who has ~$35 to spend and is interested.

Instant detection of the original Joop Homme dna but quickly develops into a more aromatic boozy, almost tropical scent. Doesn't last that long though which is a bit of a disappointment. More mature than the original yet still leans toward the younger crowd. Very nice.

I believe my bottle has finally reached maturity after a year of sitting in the closet unused. Sprayed two shots on a napkin followed by a layer spray of vanilla....bellissimo! 🤩🤩 I'll be wearing this combo out in the morning to go shopping tomorrow! 🤠👍🏾

I really enjoy this one. Much more better the original Joop! Homme. Smells exactly like Pina Colada. If you like Pina Colada, you gonna love the smell of this. Rum and coconut is all you get from this one. This is perfect for a night out in a club.

Younger scent also for the more daring mature perhaps. The complexity comes with the drydown and is really like a more expensive perfume. It almost rounds off with a bit cypress I think! Well done for a basically free of charge perfume.

Lovely and seductive fragrance. Not sure you need it though if you already own CK Shock and Burberry London. Safe blind buy if you are into this type of fragrances especially at the low price.

Inhale, slooowly exhale is what this frgrances makes me do everytime I smell it, the wifey loves it as well making it a plus. This performs awsomely on me a good 10 hrs or so, yes!

1 Million mixture with 212 Vip Men

I must admit, I was a bit disappointed at first. I was actually convinced something like this was just made for me and was pretty sure I was going to love it from the very first sniff, but it took me a few days to get used to what this really is. I expected it to smell... well, a bit different. first of all - rum? I asked couple of friends to describe how I smell; four of them said coconut and the two weren't really sure what are they smelling. it's not that I actually expected it to smell like pure rum, but coconut is the first thing that comes to my mind when I wear it and obviously the first thing my friends thought about when they smelled it on me. that's a good thing btw, because I like coconut and I also love Axe Excite. well, Joop! Wild is basically an Axe Excite edt and that's also a good thing. now, if anyone is asking why I'm complaining then - I'm not. I'm just saying I get fairly simple and gentle coconut vibe most of the time, so there's nothing really wild about this one if you ask me. if anything, the sheer sweetness of the original is more daring for man to wear then coconut. second thing, some reviewers mentioned great performance but I couldn't get that for some reason, at least not in the first two days when I almost couldn't detect him at all after 3 or 4 hours. but trust me, it's there because my sis actually asked me what I was wearing when I visited her. so, sillage and longevity are both fine but never even close to being close to original. third, is there actually a purple bottle like this on picture? mine is brownish at first, but obviously a cherry-colored if you expose it to light. not that it matters, i'm just pointing yet another thing I got wrong about this fragrance. it seems I got everything wrong, but I still like it. it's also a bit strange that I needed a few days to get used to a such a simple tropical-coconut vibe. it's almost like needing to listen Lady Gaga for a couple of months to understand the meanings of her songs when they really aren't any. because this smell is about pure (guilty) pleasure, nothing more, nothing deeper than that. why did it take some time to fully accept it - I really can't say. so in the end, do I like it? yes. did I expect more? a bit more, yes. would I ever recommend it to someone? no, because it costs about as much as the original Joop which is much stronger and is equally fun to wear. would I recommend it to those who already own the original and LOVE it? maybe, because you certainly won't own two similar juices in that case - this one is different enough to justify buy and the most important, it's good enough.

I’m gonna start this review with a few points which I think are important to clarify: when we read about this cologne in some websites, including the description of some virtual stores, some say that this version is more bold and daring than its predecessor, suggesting the famous Joop! Homme, from 1989. But this information doesn't match the reality, because what is not reported (especially in Brazil), is that this version of 2012 is already the ninth flanker of the original cologne. So, comparing it to its predecessor are chronologically wrong, since its predecessor is called Joop! Homme Sexy in the Pink, released in 2011. And there is also another version, also released in 2012, called Joop! Homme Summer Ticket. Therefore, the correct would be to read out there that this is a wilder version of the "original" scent. Makes more sense! And I go further: to state that this fragrance is more daring than the original is nonsense. Joop! Homme was a true transgressor at that time and remains quite daring for the male audience nowadays, with its pungent, floral and sweet aroma. This new version is not, in any sense, more daring than the original. I'd say it's more modern and updated. With respect to its composition, they achieved a great result with a simple construction. In the output, notes of pink pepper; in the heart, absolute of rum and, at base, white tobacco. As already mentioned in other reviews of mine, the pink pepper does not transmit spicy nuances, as many think. The scent of pink pepper (also called Schinus) features slightly sweet and softly floral nuances, reminding sometimes the shades of roses. When applied on the skin, it seems that contains some kind of red fruit, because it presents a sweet side, that makes people think of raspberries or something like that. But it's the aroma extracted from the pink pepper exuding! After 15 minutes, approximately, the alcoholic tone of rum begins to dominate and remains for the whole evolution, so addictive. Finally, the tobacco ends in a male and enticing manner, with its soft nuances which refer to the smell of jasmine. It is a linear fragrance, but well-made and powerful. Projects and lasts for many hours on the skin. Looks nocturn, young and doesn’t push people around. It's the kind of scent that adapts to the man who, during the day, has a nice behaviour, but at night, is a transgressor.

don't get me wrong, I still like it. it's just that, after I finished with cleaning today, I realized how rarely I actually used it since the day I bought it. it all comes down to the fact that this fragrance doesn't really perform and doesn't really smell good in comparision to original. it's "just" a nice, fun synthetic smell. but to be honest, my main complaint about it is the price, something that only came to my mind when I was going through my past orders on my Notino profile. I actually forgot that, exchanged from my country currency to US dollar, I payed about 45 dollars (delivery costs included) for it in march, because that never bothered me untill I realized how rarely I use it. I mean, on the same page (I'm currently looking), you can buy 2 Zinos for that money, 2 Versace Blue Jeans, 2 Encre Noires, basically any Lalique, CK, Aramis or Ted Lapidus fragrance, both Boucheron classics, Bently Intense if you really like the rum note that much, Dunhill Desire if you want equally "fun" scent, or whatever you're searching for. basically, you can get much better value for money with plenty of other products. like I've said, I still like it, but it really shouldn't cost more than 20-25 dollars. if you can't get it for cheap, you shouldn't get it at all. I never tried other Joop products besides the original but I see that Go and Jump are always, like, 25 dollars max. well, Wild should be in same price range in my opinion. chances are, you bought this flanker because you already have the original and you like it. well, the original is going to remain your king of the winter, you can bet on that. on the other side, you most likely have much better suited scents for hotter days. that doesn't make this fragrance pointless, but it's likely to be your second or third choice for every occasion - while being more expensive than your first choices. does that make sense to you?

On paper, I should love Joop! Homme Wild. A mix of spicy, boozy, woody and fruity notes. It's made up of notes I like and I am glad that Simply Put Scents brought it to my attention. I bought it cheap on eBay in a 1oz size. I was super excited to try it. But then I wore it and I suffered from anticpointment (the feeling of excitement before an event, only to be let down by it), a feeling I don't feel often from fragrances but it sometimes happens. When I wear Joop! Homme Wild and I wonder what is wrong that I am not getting the performance others get from it. I get a very fruity rum scent, like say a Malibu from the rum note. It is sweet enough I can see the bubble gum comments from other reviewers but I don't get it myself. The rum really is over-powering in this scent. I really don't get any other note the way I do the rum. Whether you mean pink pepper, the ambigous woody note or white tobacco. I do notice the pink pepper and white tobacco but you have to cut it through the Malibu rum note. Now while I do like boozy notes, especially rum, this scent seems far too rum heavy. I think it would work far better if it had more of a Joop! Homme feel where you do experience several scents and not just one single scent with traces of the others. Performance is weird. At first I didn't notice it lasting more than 4-6 hours or having super strong projection, but I have noticed it lasting pretty good but not quite a beast. It would last about 7 hours and projects for about an hour and a half, not like Joop! Homme. That said, it is fairly limited in use. You should only use it during tropical vacations, on dates and in clubs though spray it heavily. I do think it is a year round night scent though. I give Joop! Homme Wild, a 7.1 out of 10. I like it but it needs more to it. I previously gave a 6.7, but I realize that isn't THAT bad of a scent.

Blind bought this because i'm obsessed with the Joop brand haha. I love the sweet bold scent of the original, i just love it. but this one caught me off guard at first. bear with me here. at first i thought it smelled exactly like some cheapie that i've smelled before, maybe CK shock or something. but now, on my 3rd time applying it, i am smelling it very differently. it actually smells like fruity bubble gum, like a grape bubble gum mixed with a root beer kind of scent. it's just really fruity, it's overly sweet, and it's very loud. but i wouldn't call it offensive. actually it's really nice. but literally i smell gum, like fruit gum, actual gum. like those gumballs that you get out of the machine the distinct flavor they have when you chew it, it's in there. i think this could be a real banger for me, and i'm gonna wear it some more out in public and see how it plays. i think it will definitely be favored by women because it is really sweet and fruity, but it's not feminine at all. it kind of has a 90s musky body spray vibe undertone to it. The loudness tones down pretty quickly, so i think i will try 2 or 3 sprays next time i go to work. i mean i really am liking this scent and i'm glad i bought it. and i just purchased "le parfum" Joop, which i am so excited to get because i have heard amazing things about it. anyway i would recommend this for anyone looking for a loud fruity cologne that is reminiscent of like 90s style stuff. it doesn't smell like joop really at all, but it's still a nice scent in it's own right. yes it does remind me of CK shock a little bit, but it's not very similar now that i smell it closely. thanks for reading!

Joop! Homme Wild smells like a "Cherry Cola Float"... Fresh Spicy Creamy Vanilla Sweet Light Powdery/Smokey picture a man, who smokes, wearing a leather jacket eating a "Cherry Cola Float" (a mug with cherry coke and a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top): alcohol/synthetic chemical smell at first when sprayed that dissipates into a prominent heavy syrupy sweetness then get's fresh-clean spicy as the pink pepper brings that hot light floral spiciness + light powdery/smokey accord from the white tobacco in the background (which cut's the syrupy sweetness down some and gives it some masculinity) as the rum blends composing a cherry (syrup sweet) cola (spicy-sweet) float (creamy vanilla) like gourmand fragrance; If you have a 'sweet tooth' , this is a good smelling fragrance (and if it wasn't so synthetic it would be a great smelling fragrance); it smells edible, has that similar cherry-tonka like syrup and vanilla sweetness similar to A*Men and just take out the coffee and leather notes in A*Men (though if a leather note is actually apart of Joop Home Wild's composition tho not listed I would believe it but it's slightly) and replace them with spicy pepper and light smokey/powdery incense instead in the dry down and Joop! Homme Wild is what you get, but I'd say it is creamier than A*Men. Projection/Sillage is BEAST MODE, very strong (synthetic) sweetness makes it super loud, very in your face for first few hours Performance/Longevity is GREAT, last for 12+ hours but tones down as time wears on * Because of the syntheticness it can get cloying/head-ache inducing if oversprayed, only need 2-3 sprays max
