Muse

I have always loved and adored Muse and always intended to buy it some time later but then it was discontinued. It felt like it flew off the shelves overnight. :-( Hopefully I will get hold of a bottle someday. One of the great feminine, modern classics. No odd smells, no bad surprises. One day... maybe...

One of my favourite oriental florals. I love the warmth of the musk which softens the white flower notes which could be too sweet for me. This fragrance wears well in warm and cold weather.It's great that it is contained enough for me to wear at work and keeps me feeling elegant and approachable. This was my signature scent for a while until I couldn't get it anymore. I have just bought another bottle online privately and fallen in love again. I also love the weight and shape of the bottle- smooth and sensual and heavy. A winner all round.

a precious little fragrance, very smooth musky base, the heliotrop makes it lovely and sweet while the powdery lily let you feel very feminine and clean. it's discontinued? o what a shame. guess this was not a self-selling-runner because the quite ugly plastic looking bottle - not really likeable though. but this is a very nice scent! good sillage, stays close to the skin but it stays!

Very pleasing, this one. The style of the scent is a far cry from the 2001: A Space Odyssey prop it is housed in, so I can understand that it didn't exactly fly off the shelves. I cannot stand J'Adore nor Si, but this one reminds me a little bit of them both in a good way. Golden, warm, floral.

Almost as nice as Iceberg Universe but more affordable Notes: champagne and cointreau deepens to a heart note of Madonna lily and Base notes of almond, heliotrope, vanilla and white musk.

Does not go with dinners, toooooo powerful! Best for outside drinking dancing having fun at night over 30. I do not recommend drinking and smoking, just stating my opinion.

this one is quite soft. it starts with champagne and heliotrope followed by lily, which gains in strength over time. there are hints of jasmine and sandalwood but this is primarily a soft lily and musk perfume on me. some almond comes through later as well. the musk is clean and slightly sharp.

I don't smell tiara nor vanilla, nor tuberose, nor jasmine, nothing. This strange, weak, sour smell disappears after 10 minutes from my skin. Very disappointed.

I was in the market when I saw the nice modern bottle of this perfume.there was only one bottle of 1.7 oz left and the price was fair too. when I tested it on my wrist I liked it so much that I wanted to buy it immediately.but as I use to check every perfume in the site to see the ingredients I decided to keep it in mind.also,I didn't know the meaning of the name:"The Godess of music & poems".it's exactly me! now going to the scent... at the first sniff it's very flowery with just a bit green notes.very warm and girly. then it becomes what I call "GOLD" color,just going to a glamirious party while drinking champagne.the perfume of a young,elegant,chic and confident woman with the beauty of mixture of classic & novelty. the base notes is a bit disappointing.somehow artificial,but ok. it's one of the rare occasions that I love a oriental floral scent and it's cool. I may buy it the next time I go to the store.

Floral. Discreet, but very feminine and sensual. Gently cuddles the body closely to the skin. Friendly and alluring, a bit sweet. A smell of an elegant woman of a strong personality, who doesn't like to stand out too much and who never reveals all her mysteries. You get to know her step by step. She has a non-obvious erotic charm. A universal fragrance, smells good during the day as well as in the evening.

I blind bought this and am a bit dissappointed. It is a rather synthetic generic clean woody fragrance. I find joops perfumes to be synthetic and artificial. It's not awful and it is pleasant but there's better out there.

I only know that all the Joop scents smell really synthetic to my nose, and Muse is no exception, the nose behind it is great, but either he worked with poor ingredients, or a low budget. Not impressed.
