Zhaar

This is my 2nd review of this fragrance: I was watching a you tube video that said the best BEDTIME fragrance was Chanel No.5 and it was late at night, and I was influenced, and I thought Really?!?!, Ill try that! ha ha. I have a .7ml dabber of No.5 on hand that I never touch because... well... its so gigantic and rich smelling. I put it on, and woah, I instantly regretted it. ha ha. Aldehyde bomb and ultra powdery! I went to my little perfume collection to see what I might layer with the No.5 and mellow it out a bit and came up with this. THIS fragrance did something to my heart when I applied it on top of the Chanel No.5. Like, it opened my heart and made me feel comforted and held and I really enjoyed falling asleep to this unbelievable and unlikely combination. I could still smell Zhaar the next morning and the No.5 was nowhere to be found (although I had applied the No.5 ultra sparingly, and the Zhaar liberally on top. Zhaar is strong but not a beast. it won't overpower, but she will definitely still be there the next morning brushing your teeth with you and influencing what you'll wear the next day. (the clingy girlfriend who isn't going home, but she's so pretty and wholesome that you might like to make her your wife... ha ha)

Its like you want to snuggle into the bosom of this scent. I keep burying my face into my arm where I sprayed it... Its warm, its fresh, its feminine, its absolutely white smelling and clean. I would be ok if my body always smelled this way. Maybe a bit floral for some, but it IS a floral scent - it has other notes to keep it interesting. Might be a neat perfume to layer. I kinda love it! Edit: This is absolutely clean and simple enough to layer with other scents, particularly with a warm vanilla or citrus or amber fragrance - It goes really well with Aura Sublime. It gives all the best parts of a white floral without being cloying or antique.

This smells like a magically aerated orange tree, spring gale blasting through blossom-laden branches, through to the inner molecules of bark and petal (no fruit here). It's pristine and yet alive, not soaped into stillness. Technically in the same family as Neroli Portofino, but very different in feel, having a sense of well-nigh ozonic power that NP lacks. I like it.

This is a beautiful Neroli focus fragrance, kinda reminds me of Tom Ford neroli and many other frags in the Neroli genre. However, one thing that makes this perfume standing out than the rest is the opening. Many neroli frags tend to be very sharp at the beginning but this one starts out beautifully. Very crisp, very clean and very realistic flowery scent. Feels like you smell directly from the flower itself.
