Decadent Queen

I got a sample of this in the fragrance celebration box from Ulta and I have to say that I am very very impressed with it. I really didn't think it was going to be anything special because of the oui line I wasn't impressed with at all. So it most certainly caught me off guard when I used it the other day for the first time and fell into a very very hard like with it immediately. Then I used it again today and I had a doctor's appointment and I had to take my 3-year-old with me because she had a bit of a runny nose. So I exuded a lot more energy and actually started sweating a couple times trying to keep her entertained in the doctor's office with a sweater on. I was very impressed with the fact that I was still smelling it so strongly on myself 3 hours in. Also I'll add that the weather where I am today was 44° with some regular gusts of wind. I think I should also add that this is impressive to me because I only sprayed myself twice, once on my wrist once on my neck. Now I'm back home and my 3-year-old is taking her nap, I still smell the fragrance on me very strongly and we are at a bit past hour 7. I have enough in the sample bottle left to use it one more time and this time use it more than just two sprays but I have officially fallen in love with this fragrance now. Out of all of the fragrances that were in the fragrance celebration box that I hadn't at least sampled before this is my number one so far for sure. I absolutely love the cherry and vanilla those standout very well imo and I really like the warmth of it. I personally don't get any soft spice but there's a definite warmth to it. I swear I smell some honey not just honeysuckle floral but a hint of true honey. For some reason I was only able to find one bottle on eBay, lately I have been able to find awesome deals on eBay not to mention a lot of fragrances that are discontinued. So to only be able to find one of these on eBay kind of bummed me out but because of how much I have fallen in love with this fragrance I absolutely need a full bottle of it. Somehow someway I will find it without getting it from Sephora or Ulta. So just to wrap up my really long winded opinion on this fragrance sillage is very nice imo, I received two compliments at my doctor's office today and the last thing power seems to be very good also because I've had it on for over 7 hours now and just sitting here in my bed I can smell it on myself without trying. Without having to put my wrist up to my nose also considering the fact that I stood in the wind a couple times today and the small amount that I applied is still this noticeable is an A+ in my book. I think it's absolutely gorgeous it's very playful flirty and cozy, I haven't liked a vanilla fragrance this much in quite a while. Valentino voce viva was also in the fragrance celebration box and I was most excited for that one but it turned out to be pretty disappointing imo, especially how weak the projection and lasting power it had considering that it's a vanilla fragrance. I love love LOVEEEEED this perfume! Unfortunately I ended up losing my bottle (sobbbbbb..) but while I had it, it was the yummiest, juiciest sweet fragrance. It was love at first whiff with this one! To my inexperienced nose at the time, the plum, cherry, and a note/s that smelled like straight up honey to me (maybe the honeysuckle and amber?) mingled together into a faux apple juice smell which I adored. Not a fresh, crisp apple but a sweet almost kind of syrupy fruit smell that reminded me of a big glass of room temp apple juice. The longevity and silage quite impressed me as well for such an affordable perfume. To my recollection, it lasted around 5 hours. All in all, a deliciously warm and fruity perfume that just makes you want to take the top off and take a swig! Perfect for autumn days as I believe the syrupy sweetness would become cloying in heat.

*ATTENTION * This review/comment is for "Viva la juicy" (I literally just noticed) When it comes to "Decadent Queen" I absolutely love it and it's a crime that it's only available in 15 ml bottles! Beautiful frag and it's honestly my favorite juicy fragrance but unfortunately I can't keep paying $50 for 15 ml, highway robbery! *Bottom is my thoughts on viva la juicy* Why SO weak!?!? Granted the last time I had a bottle was 5 or 6 yrs ago but I bought one the other day and I own many body sprays with better longevity 😥 What happened in the past 5 yrs!? Juicy couture isn't known for being a longevity Queen but this is honestly sad. P.S. I bought it in summer so that I could use a few sprays and the heat and humidity would make her work. Lol it's funny but also not, because I have noticed SO many greats have this happening to them.

Decadent Queen by Juicy Couture is a fruity, juicy perfume. It starts off with a stronger cherry/grape type of smell, but settles more into a more plum/grape smell. It has a hint of tang; not as much as I’d like, but it’s still a winner in my book. The honeysuckle middle note was a great choice to include as the floral note to prevent too much of a flowery scent, leading it more towards a honey-like, sugary smell. Again, even though the notes don’t mention any grapes, a grape Fanta soda smell seems to stay present as the scent dries down into a warm, fruity amber/vanilla bean base. This is a fun, flirty perfume that would be best used when you don’t want to be taken too seriously. Use it when you want to have a more candid time, or during the day. Or, do what I do, and use it whenever you want!

This is my favorite perfume ever!!! I really wish they would make it in a larger bottle. I ran out, and I'm dying for more. It's so yummy!! It lasts pretty long too compared to the other oui play. I can't find anything else that smells like this. Nothing. The combination is perfection and almost nostalgic. Smells like something you'd get from Claire's or Hot topic in the 2000s. Youthful without being too childish. The amber musky Woodsy notes give it more of a mature scent. Everyone always asks me what I'm wearing with this one. I truly can't get enough either. It smells like candy. I love how the bottle looks too, again, really wish there was a big one. Perfect for spring or summer, but I'd wear it whenever I want.

This is my second bottle of the collection and I find these to be more interesting than some of the bigger bottles they feature so heavy. In my experience these have better performance than a lot of the viva’s. I have this and the pink bottle and both are very nicely done! I find this one to be unique and in a good way. It’s sweet but with a hint of spice and fruity. It’s an odd combination but it’s so nicely done and pleasant to smell! Definitely a compliment getter and easy blind buy! I haven’t smelled the other 2 yet but I am thinking these are one of the better collection juicy has came out with in a while.

I finally found something that smells similar to Victorias Secret Feathered Musk! I still have half of an old bottle of Feathered musk and had to do a comparison and Decadent Queen smells like an extremely close dupe. The only thing I wish was different is the size! These are only 0.5 oz! I need a bigger bottle! I guess I'm going to have to purchase a few! 🤷

such a sweet and fruity fragrance. the opening is a burst of cherry and plum and stays bright for a half an hour. the dry-down is very sweet vanilla and caramel. i love the duality of sweet and fruitiness in this, definitely a new staple for me.

I love this scent but it did not last long at all. I bought it twice and its 30 buck but the amount you have to apply doesn’t make it cheap.

Forget about Plums and Cherries. This is the best Grape perfume. Like a bubblegum with a flavor of grapes. Delicious and not nauseous.

This is honestly so beautiful! A delicate fruity vanilla!

I got this fragrance while shopping with my sister last year. It's nothing special now that I have grown my collection and found more sophisticated and longer lasting scents. This is a sweet, sexy and fruity perfume that I use to touch up other similar fragrances while at work. Won't be repurchasing as it lasts for maybe two hours tops on a good day. Overall would make a good starter perfume for people trying to get into designer perfumes.

This used to be my everyday perfume until I discovered Versace Dylan Purple which smells pretty similar and comes in a larger bottle. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear this perfume. Definitely my favorite one from this line it’s light and playful, the rose one smells more sophisticated.

Decadent Queen smells really good and is a very playful fragrance. Sweet plum mixed with vanilla and light florals. No wonder it's the only one in the OUI Juicy Couture Play set that's sold out at Ulta.

Sweet, happy and fun fruity floral. I quite like the plum note. The small bottle is easy to carry around to cheer you up any time.

This smells like a sweet cinnamon raisin cake! Very unique.

I think 'Decadent Princess' would be a more appropriate name. By far my favorite Juicy 'Play' scent -- but there was not a lot of competition. I get big doses of juicy plum, a little cherry peeking out, lots of rich amber wrapped in nice vanilla. I see this as a scent for 17-24 year old young woman that has unique, maybe a little dark tastes, but still likes fruity scents. This would fun, sexy 'going out to the bar tonight' perfume for that fun phase of life.

cherry (the candy kind. not TF Lost Cherry Woodiness) /raspberry. Drydown kind of gross and crunchy florals. Smelled bad on paper & Skin after 30 minutes.

I actually really like this fragrance but not all parts of it. It's nice when I first spray it. It smells like cherries and slightly like honey. It has a warm & rich, sticky-ish sweetness. It's ok.

This smells like tigers blood snow cones! I wish they would make it in a bigger bottle!!!

To me it smells just like grape Bubblicious! I love it.
