terribly ranty sorry. reacquainted with this beaut yesterday night. not sure if this has been reformulated in the last year but i think its a result of my physiology being different now than when i was freshly twenty and running on cortisol and fumes; doesnt seem to last anywhere like before at least skin-wise, but i have to give it the smell test on a shirt or two in a few days from now to really be sure. not that its like Supposed to be anyones business but i need to do at-home exposure therapy with this smell for myself because of Reasons so im having occasional flares of panic and waves of nausea if i sniff it ... but not the main experience of nausea and fear like i used to. wow. smells still amazing but it seems a tiny tiny bit different than i recall it as i can smell the fruity notes now above the main caramel and it kind of irks me that i can because that nonexistent fruit smell and instant liquory scent upon spraying before the drydown are not like that anymore, but id assume this is due to my nose being two years older now ? save for bodys mild terror reaction of "yay im dying again!" its still wonderful though i am sad im picking up the fruit more than i used to... i really dont like fruity smells T_T not the worst though and still dries down caramelly/gourmand on my wrists to my own nose, but it seems to be more powdery. or i guess my skin just eats it now unlike before :-( anyway sorry this is more of a diary thing than a review but i love this scent soooooo so much regardless and i rejoice in having her again..animo gente edited to also say: i cannot guarantee following my advice would give the same results for everyone, but this bottle is NOT worth more than 25$ max. was so surprised to see it went UP towards that yesterday especially since this isnt the big fat one i wouldve wanted..damn you everything getting more expensive *shakes fist BUT. i got my bottle at tj maxx, was priced at 24$ actually (used to be like 17-18$ up until recently like within the last few months so i dont know what gives <\3). edited-edited to say this bottle is 1.7floz for 24$ and i can forgive the price hike as long as the scent lasts on my clothes if not my person. if youre curious to try this smell and have a tj maxx or ross (as ive spotted it there sometimes) in your town or city, check there before making any big purchases (ESPECIALLY NOT FROM THE BRANDS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE ROBBED BLIND) cus as much as i adore this scent its not at all meant to be something that causes pocket pains <-- it being so yummy and at a good price was why i loved it!

Sweet, warm, creamy, floral, juicy, bright, fruity, powdery, woody, feminine, sensual, flirty, charming, whimsical, playful, uplifting, dreamy, decadent, yummy, luscious, delightful, cozy, comforting This is so pretty! On me it opens with sweet and juicy wild berries, powdery vanilla orchid, sweetly floral lily-of-the-valley, honeysuckle, gardenia, and lush jasmine sambac, intertwined with a soft caramel vanilla. As it dries down the berries and florals become more subtle, but still remain softly throughout, while the warm vanilla and yummy golden caramel take center stage, with the sandalwood adding a sensual woody touch in the background. The notes that are the most prominent on me are the berries, white florals, vanilla, caramel, and sandalwood. I really enjoy the Viva La Juicy line, and own 4 of them. My favorite is Sucré, followed closely by the OG and Gold Couture (they’re tied for me), and lastly is Noir. I thought it might be helpful if I added my opinion of all 4... ✨Gold Couture - tied for 2nd favorite with the OG. Perfect for fall and winter, and the most sensual, warm, rich, cozy, and comforting of these 4. Somewhat gourmand, but not 100%. ✨ Sucré - My favorite of the line! Sweet, delightful, juicy, yummy, and flirty. The most gourmand along with Gold. Perfect for anytime of the year. ✨Viva La Juicy - Tied for 2nd place with gold. Flirty, playful, sweet, fruity, and floral. Perfect for anytime of the year. ✨Noir - Extremely similar to the OG. So much so that there’s barely any difference to my nose. If you have 1, you most likely don’t need the other. I got my bottle back whenever it first launched, and I get great performance with it. The longevity is really good, I get 8+ hours on my skin. The projection is very nice, it radiates out a few feet from me. I've been repurchasing this for years now, and I'm really surprised that there isn't some sort of boozey note in this! I don't get anything like perfumers alcohol, what I mean is I always seem to notice something like Baileys Irish Cream - it's boozey but creamy and delicious! Not creamy in a dense and nauseating way though! Imagine a glass of Baileys, with a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream, with a generous drizzle of a caramel sauce. Maybe it's the combination of praline and amber that I'm interpreting as boozey? Idk. Yes, there are some sweet berries (mostly in the opening) and soft florals too (which give the fragrance just a touch of complexity and sophistication that's missing from many gourmands) but this is mostly a boozey caramel scent for me. Despite being so sweet, perhaps because of the fresh florals and berries, it's not a cosy or heavy scent, and I personally feel like it works well in all types of weather. To me its a sexy scent, so it's not juvenile at all, and can work with a variety of different outfits in many different settings. I've worn this to a doctors office in jeans amd a tshirt for example, as well as to a friend's birthday dinner in a rust brown dress, and I think it suited both occasions well. The longevity and projection suck, and I always say that this is the last time I'm getting it, for that reason. But I always end up getting it again because I just can't find anything similar that lasts longer or projects better. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!

Yum yum yum! Ugh I love this. So much love. Loved it as a teen when I first smelled it on my mom, and I still love it now. One of the best perfumes Ive ever smelled. It smells so decadent and hedonistic. Very syrupy, thick, and to me, borderline boozy. You know what? Smelling it now, it’s like a fermented fruit smell, but not quite in a wine sort of way. Not bad at all, but that’s the best way I can describe it. The berries, although boozy, are much appreciated and give this a much needed brightness, so it’s not overtly just sugar sweet on the nose. And, on my skin the honeysuckle is pretty prominent, which I don’t mind! It’s a straight-up alcoholic, syrupy, fruity caramel gourmand bomb, so if you don’t like gourmands, you will despise this. Now, if you LOVE gourmands, uhh hello, why haven’t you tried this? It’s intoxicating, and I want to douse myself in it. Unfortunately, it’s not me. Meaning, the perfume doesn’t fit my personality, although it smells gorgeous on my skin( it smells gorgeous on everyone) I want to be that girl that fits this perfume’s vibes, but I’m not. This suits a woman who can be described as luscious and sensual. The girl who loves money and spending money. The honeypot. The cute sexy girl who knows how sexy she is. 10/10. Love it to the moon and back, and appreciate it for what it is. A must-sniff for fruity gourmand lovers!

Jeremy Fragrance on YouTube practically had an on-screen orgasm when he talked about this perfume. How could a woman, after watching a hot piece of man meat writhe around shamelessly while talking about a perfume....NOT run out and buy it right after? LOL. So, that is what I did. At first few sprays, I was a bit disappointed. I had Hypnotic Poison already and I was expecting this to be on par with it. It wasn’t. However, after subsequent applications, I can honestly say that it has created a special niche for itself in my gourmand heart. It DOES smell pretty damn fabulous, IMHO. It’s so caramelicious and has vanilla (which is a total must for me). Then I get berries and it all starts coming together like an olfactory buffet on my skin. I get this little hint of lemon mixed in with it. Not sure where it comes from, since it’s not listed as a note. Perhaps it’s the Jasmine? Whenever I wear this, I always have to go back and smell myself periodically throughout the day. Hahaha. That’s how I judge how much I love a perfume. If it keeps me coming back, then it’s a winner.

It's Viva la Juicy without the mandarin zing and more golden caramel, basically Viva La Juicy Intense. I'm still on my nostalgic 2000's kick. This is not the strongest, nor the longest lasting fragrance but I smell enough of it on me and my clothing throughout the day to satisfy my craving and at £28 for 100mls you can afford to splash it around. I just love it so much and this one is always half the price of the OG so you would do as well to just purchase this one unless you really wanted a stronger citrus note in the opening. For me it is the fruity, caramel, amber dry down that makes this one so adorable. A step back in time but it still feels relevant. Just as good as if not better than some of todays fancy niche fragrances. It feels cheeky, playful, youthful but not overdoing it. The gaudy bottle is part of the fun. The only drawback is the opaque gold glass obscuring your dent. OK - a new signature is born !

Imagine sitting in the fanciest Parisian bakery surrounded by buttery goodies. A giggling well-dressed child walks past you with a freshly opened bag of juicy gummy bears, followed closely by her stunningly gorgeous wealthy mother wearing an elegant expensive perfume. For the briefest moment all those scents collide, and the combination gives you Gold Couture. Yes, you read that correctly. Buttery cake, fruity gummy bears, and fancy French perfume. The combination sounds bizarre, but it works in such a delicious way. I've never smelled anything like this before, and it's completely addictive. I receive compliments on it every time I wear it, and it lasts all day. The dry-down is gorgeous as well, a sweet but muted version of the initial spray. I loved this enough to purchase in full size, and it's become my signature fragrance. It may be my all-time favorite.

i literally cannot stress how much I love this scent. the only disappointing thing about it is it’s considerably weak sillage and longevity. upon first spray, you’re immediately hit with those white florals, which can smell synthetic for a few minutes before it quickly dries down and melts into the most beautiful mix of gourmands and florals ever. due to the large amount and strength of the gourmand notes on this fragrance, it can sometimes come across as a little too sweet for some people, but since im a diehard vanilla/gourmand scent lover, its not a problem for me. buy this perfume if you wanna smell like the most gorgeous bakery in the middle of a pretty garden. trust me it’s gas. 10000/10

I used to have a travel spray of this but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase again since it’s considered juvenile , anyway I tried out tons of fragrances this week and ended up repurchasing this in a big bottle.Gold couture mixes very well with my chemistry. I mostly get caramel and berries with vanilla the other notes I smell faintly .If you like gourmand very sweet scents like me you should consider adding this to your collection.I also feel like this is a great fragrance for late summer early fall but I’ll be wearing it all year long. So good @_sofia_ funny you say that I was born and raised in Canada but I have Mediterranean heritage maybe that’s why I love this fragrance so much 🤷🏻♀️😀

First review on here so here4 goes <3 I've always been put off by the bottle for this flanker. However, after passing by a tester at the airport and having some time to kill i thought i would give it a spritz to see what it was like. I instantly fell in love!!! I even asked my partner what he thought (he is overly honest with me which is both a blessing and a curse lol) and i've never seen him react so positively to a perfume before. (he avoids perfume sections like the plague) Grabbed myself the largest bottle and i feel its defo worth the money too!! I did find the sileage/projection to be weak, but I've noticed majority of perfumes dont project well on my skin, but thats just me!

That's a very specific review: Imagine that you are Mediterranean but you live in the Nordics. While the whole Europe is in heatwave, you wake up in 13 degrees Celsius with rain pouring. You are alone in the woody, new house that still smells just finished. You feel playful and uninhibited. After a warm shower, you wear two body mists and top them off with an old love: Viva La Juicy Gold. With a huge mug of coffee, you snug again under the covers to spend a rare lazy day. The air around is in a caramelized, vanilla, woody cloud, one of those that are your guilty pleasure since you are a grown woman with responsibities. My heaven for today and...back almost 20 years ago.

Y2K pretty girl, and while this is quite basic, I love it for the nostalgia. When I was a young girl in the 2000s, this is the older pretty girl with cute and feminine outfits, who knows how to flirt and is adored by the world around her. I wanted to be her when I grew up. That girl is only a very small part of me now, though, and people close to me would say there’s not enough edge in this to be a “me” fragrance, but I love her for what she is and she’s perfect when I do want to feel that part of myself. I’ll also wear this to work (in fall to spring, not in summer) since men generally love fragrances like this and I think it helps my tips.

This is my signature scent, since the first time I smelled this perfume I have loved it. It is in my opinion the best fruity gourmand "caramel" perfume to exist. Yes the lasting power is not the best in the world but to me it's worth it because I just love it sooooo much. If could smell like this 24/7 I would but I have to use it sparingly because I want nothing to go to waste. It is also one of the few perfumes I have worn and people actually say I smell good and asked what perfume I was wearing, and that just sets it in stone for me. Overall one of the best fragrances I have ever used and will always repurchase it.

I bought this for my daughter, as she wanted one of these "Viva la Jucy" perfumes, mainly for the bottle. I don't know any of these, but after some brief research, I decided to go for this one. We have just tried it, and I am rather... impressed? I was expecting just an awful lot of sweetness, but to my nose, the white flowers are really prominent and beautifully rounded up by the caramel, the vanilla, and the sandalwood. It is slightly more complex than what I was expecting. The bottle is also incredibly cute, with its little black tulle bow 🎀 Nothing groundbreaking but very nice! I might borrow it 💛🖤

I love this perfume. The description of it is so complex you just have to try it on your skin and see how you like it. I love layering this with sol de janeiro cheirosa 62 body mist since they are quite similar. The caramel in this and the floral/berries are the most prominent smells (sounds weird but it works perfectly together). It’s also a powdery scent but in a young way. The longevity of this is quite poor but the projection is pretty good. It’s definitely a magnet for compliments. The downside of this is that it can only really be worn in the fall/winter because it’s too much otherwise.

This is a perfume straight out of memory! I was too young when this got released but I remembered smelling this on my seniors and they smell heavenly! I was unable to purchase it at that time because I didn’t had the means, but this is one of the very first perfumes I bought when I started earning my own money. And dang I’m using the hell out of it to this day. People can say what they want about this perfume, but it will never go sour for me. This is the smell of liberation for me. A caramel-heavy fruity and floral scent that envelopes you in a warm hug!

It smells like a hairdressers/ nail salon in the early 2000's, like wearing a juicy couture tracksuit with hair rollers in while getting your nails done. It smells quite typical celebrity fragrance like the Britney Spears fantasy line but I love it Very much alcohol when you first spray it and it dries down to a white floral/ berries scent pretty much identical to the original viva la juicy I don't get the overwhelming vanilla at all it takes about a couple hours of wearing it on me to smell the caramel note lasts a good 6 hours 💅🌸🍮🍬❤️🔥💖💝💋✨

I don’t care how old I get. I will always love Juicy Couture fragrances & Gold Couture is my absolute favorite of them all. It is my most complimented perfume of all the years I’ve been wearing fragrance. What’s not to love? Sweet berries, a bit of lush florals & a creamy delicious base of caramel & vanilla. It’s warm, sweet & juicy. The warmth of it keeps this from being too juvenile or synthetic smelling. It’s also such an easy grab & go perfume. You can wear this at any point in the year. I will forever love Gold Couture.

i want this perfume so bad, i’ve just gotten some samples and i can’t stop smelling my arm cause it’s just THAT good. when i think of my most wanted scent it’s roughly like this with maybe a bit more vanilla/caramel in (which i could easily layer with a perfume which is more vanilla heavy to get my ideal scent) but i think the floral and fruity notes really balances this scent out well. she’s mature but playful, anyone of any gender or age can wear this i think cause she’s just too good to be for a certain group of people

✮ FAVOURITE of the entire collection !!✮ If I compare next to the OG (viva la juicy - juicy couture) and "Sucré", I can tell it’s creamier and more caramely, but alone sadly I really cannot tell If it has caramel, it’s more creamy - white flowers like. I don’t think it’s for teenagers only, actually it’s a very light and soft white floral perfume and it can be worn by everyone. This is a 100% safe blind buy for me and it’s absolutely so good. I cannot stop wearing it and it’s my everyday go to fragrance !

This is just straight up sexy. Iconic viva la juicy dna with a slightly deep and salty caramel note. I previously left a negative review after having such high hopes, but it was my first spray of the bottle. It is true you have to give it a good few sprays to reach the true scent (even let it macerate if you are patient lol). It is addictive and sexy in a playful and youthful manner (which fits my aesthetic). If you are looking for a refine/mature sophisticated fragrance this is not it!

Note- I rated this a Great Value because a cursory google returns plenty of reputable outlets selling for around $40 USD. I got my 100 ml for $38 at Sam's Club. A steal. Holy nostalgia!!! If you were lucky, somewhere between 11-14, you knew an older teenage girl. A girl with cute earrings, powder pink baby tees bedazzled with FLIRT in rhinestones, charm bracelets and 4 inch flip flops. She was confident enough to be nice to the younger girls and she smelled exactly like this.

This beauty is my signature scent. It was a blind -buy for me and I instantly fell in love, and will always be. There is something so alluring about this fragrance, it is just so sweet, sexy and addictive that you want to smell it all day. I have received so many compliments when wearing it from both men and women -it is really hard not to like this one. Yes, the sillage and longevity are not the greatest, probably lasts 3-4 hours but I absolutely love it so much 💗

my childhood perfume and still one of my favorite things to smell ever . It was my signature scent for a couple of years and whenever I smell it again I want to wear it again ... I have so many memories with this scent and it just feels like a part of me . I’ll see how things turn out when I buy a bottle of this again but I feel like It’ll become my signature scent again . such a playful, feminine, flirty scent. smells like white flower petals dipped in caramel with a little bit of berries to my nose. viva la juicy gold is a little juvenile but i'm not scared of more youthful scents. this is a total compliment getter from girls! i don't really care for men's opinion on it because i'm a lesbian but i'm sure they like it too or whatever my only wish is that it lasted longer because i am absolutely in love with this fragrance!!

this has me in such a chokehold. i've always gravitated towards caramel scents and this delivers caramel in such a beautiful and lovely way. the floral and fruity notes help to not make it too heavy so it's suitable for daytime and possibly spring nights. not to mention the bottle has a fun design. i don't see myself getting another favorite anytime soon, unless this gets reformulated to last longer, since this requires rather frequent reapplication :(

This is the only JC bottle that has remained in my rotation since HS. I loved it the first time I smelt it back then, and I still love it now. The wild berries pair greatly with the caramel, giving it that soft berry sweetness, with a little extra oomph. The projection isn't the greatest, but I've always gotten compliments while wearing this. Honestly, if you like sweet gourmand perfumes, I would consider this a safe blind buy.

This is a really wonderful light, sweet caramel/ berry fragrance. I kept passing on this because I've bought other Juicy fragrances and thought they were just ok and all smelled the same. Gold Couture stands out and I look forward to wearing it. It doesn't last very long, but they always have this for $20 at TJ Maxx so I don't mind reapplying. For $20 it's great value for the money and I'm really happy with it.

Tell me why is this one of the most amazing perfumes??? I bought it like a month ago and became absolutely obsessed with it. I normally spray different perfumes everyday, but I’ve been using this almost nonstop. Some days I try to use some other perfume but I regret not using this beauty every time. Such a mouth watering, delicious, happy, and somehow even calming scent, that is suited for all seasons!!!

i love viva la juicy and its flankers, but this one is my favorite because the notes blend so well. i can smell everything on this perfume without having to sniff it second by second to figure out which note i'm smelling. of course, some of the notes, like the caramel and praline, are more pronounced than the others, but i can still smell the berries and flowers. it's such an adorable & pretty perfume.

omg i got a travel spray set with this, og viva la juicy and sucre and WOW!! i thought i'd enjoy sucre most bc im a sucker for sweet whipped cream type of scents, but this takes the cake. its sweet but in a cool way if that makes sense? idk how to describe it i just cant stop sniffing my wrist. unfortunately like others have said it doesnt last the longest...but i appreciate it while its in the air :)

You get lots of fruits, white florals, and caramel. To me, this isn't a pure gourmand since the caramel isn't as milky as something like Bianco Latte. The fruity notes prevents it from feeling too heavy so you can wear this day and night. The scent is a crowd pleaser but doesn't project nor last long. Overall, this would be a good starter perfume if you're looking for a straightforward sweet scent.

Absolutley gorgeous scent! The caramel blended with jasmine sambac really come through beautifully for me. When I first sprayed I thought the longevity was abysmal. However, when I came back to work the next day and put my office sweater on, I kept getting wafts of a lovely creamy floral hitting me. This scent stayed on my sweater for at least 4 days. This is my husband's favorite scent on me❤️

This stuff sticks to my clothes all day. Got that same vibe as Ari- which is why I love it. Just without the marshmallow. I layer them together and its heaven. The best part of this perfume is the caramel. White florals are potentially head ache inducing, but I think they are balanced well with all the other notes. If you like Ari, Sweet like candy, Scandal La Perfume etc. you will love this.

If you will wear Lattafa Rose Blush, then you damn sure have no business talking shit about ANY Juicy Couture, Viva La Juicy or any of their flankers. "Impressed"? JC didn't win the Fifi award for best lux fragrance of the year for nothing, hell yea it smells good. 🙄 sitting there talking down on Juicy Couture with a Lattafa of all brands as your signature scent? Get out of here.

Oh my god 😍 I can't remember ever smelling such a YUMMY smelling perfume! What is this!! I'm in heaven 😍 My first reaction was "this smells just like Ari, but a thousand times better!" It's like Ari but deeper, darker, yummier and creamier. So if you like Ari you're gonna fall deep in love with this one!! I can't believe I waited a year to get this. Best buy this year hands down.

i liked the original viva la juicy but it just smells so bad on my skin, and i loved the sucre as well but it had a pretty faint smell and didn't last super long. however, this perfume is perfect. for some reason, it smells so much better on me than the original. i love how it just adds some more nuance to the original, a little less floral and doesn't smell as cheap or immature.

Personally, I really enjoy this perfume. It is very rich, fruity, and comforting to me. If you like gourmands and flirty scents you make like this one. I'm just starting my perfume journey as a form of self care, and have really been enjoying this scent. I'm 42 and have no issue wearing "younger" scents. It's all fun and I enjoy smelling yummy.

Top smell for me. A perfect combust combination of both berry and warm caramel and vanilla in the first initial spray. The lingering notes of white floral stay mostly in my hair and clothes. This scent mixed with my skin chemistry is perfection and I can never get tired of it. I have been wearing this for years and will continue to do so.

I absolutely love this fragrance. It is a great everyday work scent. I wished it lasted longer and projected a little better. It is definitely not worth the retail price because of the performance. With that being said i will spray myself down and reapply if needed. I bought it for $40 on the grey market, to me that is all it is worth

I would pay big bucks for this perfume, like niche prices, but only if they somehow managed to make it last longer... Its so delicious and literally cannot get enough of the smell but I spray it and by the time I have made it out of my front door, its gone- I have to put my literal nostril to my skin to be able to smell anything.

I recently picked up a travel size of this and I really like it! I'm not a gourmand girl, but this little bit of caramel is lovely. I've worn it a few evenings and I'm finding it quite addictive. The price for a full size is terrific so I'll probably pick up a full size bottle. Bonus that the branded travel size is refillable.

It's very juicy sweet berries and suddenly changes into very sweet, caramel. I really LOVE this!! I got it few years ago and it was reformulated. So the scent is too weak. Love the scent but hate the projection. 20 mins and it's gone, 30 mins max, Literally. I'm looking for the scent like this but still can't find it.

After having this for awhile, I am starting to understand the term "cloying." I LOVE sweet perfumes, but just know this is very high up there (but I love it). Honestly don't smell too much of a different between this and the original, but this one is my favorite. I would describe the original as more "soapy."

This is the best gourmand floral I’ve come across so far. There is no dupe for this but it’s affordable. Opening has a Red Vines licorice smell opening that settles into a vanilla caramel dry down. The classic Juicy Couture floral DNA is in the background. Could be worn as an everyday fragrance.

this grew on me... when i first got it i thought it was meh, maybe the scent developed further over time? but ive really been enjoying it now! it has a sweet flirty scent with an alluring quality to it. this is the scent that made me realize i didn’t hate gourmands as much as i thought!!

I love Juicy Couture perfumes, and this one is one of my favorites! If you like more rich gourmand scents, but with the classic Juicy style, this is the one for you! It’s the perfume I wear when I go out for night activities, and it’s great if you want to smell good and stand out.

A very sweet, well-crafted scent. Although the caramel stands out slightly, the composition remains beautifully smooth. It instantly lifts the mood and envelops you in a delightful aura. It does require reapplication, which can become a small self-care ritual throughout the day.

Yummm.. I wanna eat that! Turns very bubble-gummy on my skin and I love this. Maybe most appropriate for teens, but I wouldn't mind wearing it casually! Poor longevity though. Tip for testing: let it settle for 5 min then smell it. The opening is very heavy on alcohol. 8.5/10

This is how gourmand fragrances should be , edible notes without smelling like a cookie tray. To me this fragrance is the best of its category, and it doesn’t work hard to be the best , it is simply the best. I hope they keep selling it without altering the original formula.
