Crème de Banane

Banana is one of my favourite notes and is one that I think is so overlooked in the fragrance world. I was so excited when I saw this perfume that I had to test it straight away and YUM! It’s creamy and sweet from the banana and honey but the light florals make it a little bit green so that it isn’t sickly or overwhelming at all. This is so well balanced and wearable which is tricky to do with banana, I absolutely love it.

I really love this. It's a really pleasant smell that I enjoy dearly. There's almost a note of play dough in it, do with that what you will. My nose has been baptized.

opens with the smell of banana hard candy that i'm not sure anyone actually eats, but after about 20 minutes it dries down into a slightly spicy floral. i'm getting chamomile and honeysuckle with a hint of mango. which is.. fine, but not the lactonic banana i was hoping it would be! great longevity though, can still smell it over 12 hours later. overall rating: 🩷🩷💔🖤🖤 2.5/5

I love the opening of this, beautiful, underrated banana a la Jousset banana split. But the banana really is a top note - it lasts five minutes on me before becoming a powdery, honeysuckle floral. It's nice, but that's not generally my perfume vibe. And not what I'm looking for when purchasing a crème de banane perfume.

This is my first banana fragrance and I truly don’t know how to feel about it, it’s EXTREMELY strong and has a quite synthetic banana-ey and sugary type scent. I used to own a banana car freshener and it smelled exactly like this perfume. Definitely very good if you want a banana fragrance!

Smells like a screechy honeyed-floral. A hint of banana but not the sweet banana cream I was hoping for.

Opens up smelling exactly like a $8 Lush banana scented bath bomb (not candy) then dries down to a honeyed floral. Also has some green facets that very very slightly remind me of aura by Mugler. Overall not a pleasing composition, a dud for me.
