Vanilla Amber Patchouli

Hot take: Amber/Patchouli/Vanilla is the best combination of fragrance notes. Ever. For any time of day or night or season or situation. The amber is sexy in a sophisticated way, the vanilla makes people want to nibble on you, and the patchouli gives a little witchy and mysterious. All together? Magnetic. I’ve been looking for just the right combo of those notes for a long time and this might be it? On me at least, the vanilla fades a bit on the dry down, so I’ve been layering with the sample of her Dark Vanilla Intense. My only wish is that it had more projection and sillage, but obviously I’m a little extra so that might not be an issue for you. Planning on trying the EDP of this scent to see if that lasts a little longer and smells a little stronger on my skin.

I adore this fragrance 😍 it's a regular on this year's autumn-into-winter rotation. I love the warmth and how it makes me feel really comfy. The patchouli in this makes me think of a rich hot chocolate, it feels really smooth. I have received a number of compliments while wearing this, and I genuinely feel good wearing this fragrance. Plus, it smells great on my husband too. My other favourite from Juliet Rose is Bell Tower Raven, however it isn't on here to review. If you're uk based, you can check out her Etsy.

A glorious patchouli fragrance, warmed by amber and sweetened by vanilla. You really don’t need much at all, it projects well and lasts all day. This is one of my favourite scents.
