This perfume is like a bottled sauna, dry and enveloping. The notes are compact but every now and then they pop out on you. I do not get oud in the traditional sense, it isn’t like a heavy cologne but is woodsy and perhaps too masculine for some in the dry down. It’s a wonderful morning scent and great for activities. The downside of this scent is my cat hates its 😂😭he blinks his eyes like im stinky and refuses to know me for the first hour or so but then except that maybe ive been rolling around in papyrus marshes I’d also say this is not a layering perfume it eats up other scents and I’d say this isn’t a safe blind buy and maybe headache inducing or overwhelming Longevity- 4/6hours Projections- arms length Scent profile - 8.5/10 Purchase- Absolutely

I didn’t have super high expectations for this one, but it surprised me. It’s extremely fresh and clean. Fresh, light woods. I find it to be perfectly unisex. Nothing dark about it, the Oud note displayed on Fragrantica can be ignored - it’s just soft woods, no oud. I must say though, deep into the dry-down it almost gets an air-freshener quality. It’s not entirely a bad thing as it’s very clean, and I find it to be pleasant, but be aware of that. Thoroughly enjoy wearing this, and I think the value for money is fantastic! 8/10

Wow! This is soooo good!! Love at first sniff! Great longevity and projection, powerfull in a airy kind of way. This stays forever on my skin, even after a shower! Ferfec balance between sweetness and freshness, and the dry down...my god! Leans a little more to the feminine site to me. Got a lot of compliments first time wearing it. Very happy with this new release!

Gorgeous scent. I tried this on in the store and forgot to ask for a sample... immediately ordered a travel size as soon as I got home. It’s warm, gentle, like a second skin. I can’t figure out its projection, but I can smell it on my skin 5 hours later. This is the first Juliette Has a Gun fragrance I’ve ever liked. I might need a full bottle. Beautifully done.

The definition of a skin scent done right. Airy, clean, softly sweet - it just smells like the best version of clean skin. No drama, no complexity, just beautiful. The kind of fragrance you forget you're wearing until someone leans in and asks what you smell like. I've been gate keeping this one for a while ...

Ordered it on the release date and when it came in the mail and smelled it ... WOW 😍😍 Immediately sprayed it, got a lot of compliments that I smell sweet and soapy. By the end of the day I could still smell it on me. I have almost the entire JHAG collection, but this one is by far the best for me 😍

Got to smell this today and absolutely loved it. This is so beautiful! I'm however very surprised at this being voted as more fall/wintery, because to me this is a beautiful summery fragrance for sure!

JHAG is rather hit or miss for me but this definitely is a hit. Fresh & slightly sweet woody, reminds me of Ode to Dullness, Cri du Kalahari and Salle Privee X Skins. I love all three so I’m happy with it. It is definitely a clean smelling wood, no skanky or sickly sweet notes. Longevity and projection are good, better than most JHAG’s I’ve worn over the last years. Intrigued with this being released right on the cusp of summer though because to me it is more an autumnal scent.

Sweet soapy wood. In the best way. The scent is seriously good and I am hooked. Possibly a very close second to my favourite JHAG Musk Invisible. I'll have to leave it to sit for a month or two and keep my fingers crossed that helps to boost the performance though. At present it has no projection and is gone in a couple of hours

This is better than 90% of Juliette Has a Gun fragrances. It really reminds me of Sana Jardin's "Sandalwood Temple", when I put them side by side, it's hard to tell the difference. Surprised there's no sandalwood notes listed. Very, very good.

Too much wood and not enough vanilla for me. Pulls rather masculine after the top notes are gone. Pleasant, overall.

A very nice woody and citrusy perfume. Long lasting as well

Crystal Noir and Bois Imperial having a child. To my nose it smells like the perfect blend of those two fragrances. Sadly I prefer them over this one. Crystal Noir provides a creamier and sweeter scent, much more bold and comforting while maintaining this spicy profile; and Bois Imperial shines in the woody side, much stronger and sparkly. So, I don't need that one. But may be a good choice for those who really really like CN or BI or just can't compromise and want a very good mix of both.

Vibrant and smoky lychee, ginger with warm spicy overtones from the akigalawood in the opening. Trying to figure out if I like this enough to buy, but so far it’s very pleasant. There is a point in the drydown where the smokiness is a bit sharp and pungent and masculine, but once you get past that there is a very creamy, paper-like quality that remains on the skin that is quite nice (similar to Paper by Commodity).

All notes talk to me ❤️ I've been really interested in JHG fragrances ❤️ I would like to have about more 3 from them. Is kind of brand you have to try out properly to get their fragrances, doesn't work just smell from paper.

Very nice opening, then it becomes a bit more weak and very like ... office scent? Later on it becomes powdery, but in like a quite dusty way, if that makes sense.

i don't mind Akigalawood, but would have preferred Oud or a combination of Oud and Akigalawood. still, always interested in new releases by JHAG.

Is there any way to get this scent in the USA? I finally find a JHAG that I think I'll love and you can't get it. darn!
