Janan Gold Edition

The salesperson at the White Rose Centre in Leeds convinced me to buy this over another J. scent. When I first sprayed it after getting home, it reminded me of Mont Blanc’s Explorer—a great scent, but not really up my street. I don’t get the hype around Explorer. So naturally, I didn’t take to this at all and wished I had purchased the other bottle. Now that I’ve had this for a few weeks and let it settle—or do whatever it needs to do—I’ve come to really appreciate the scent, particularly the dry-down, which is simply stunning on my skin. It also lasts a good while—up to eight hours, at least. I understand why people say this reminds them of Creed Aventus, but that resemblance fades fairly quickly. It’s spicier than what I would usually go for, which is strange given its ingredient breakdown. Perhaps it’s the pineapple mixed with the other notes, and my nose just isn’t able to pick up the full sweetness it promises. Nevertheless, this is a great scent: masculine, sexy, and long-lasting.

Very close to Aventus and CDNIM Well rounded, better than CDNIM if you have felt harshness in the opening of CDNIM. Projects and lasts less than Aventus and CDNIM both. Still, a job very well done by J. Smell 8.5/10 Projection 6.5/10 Lasts 7/10 Recommendation: If you want a smoother clone of aventus, go for janan. Apply at least 2 extra sprays than your routine. It will solve problem of sillage.

Janan Gold Edition is an impressive perfume by J. (Junaid Jamshed). It used to be an affordable perfume in Pakistani market sitting under 5k. Recently, the designer has restocked it and now the price is somewhere around 10k, almost doubled. So, wherever you find the old stock, grab it. Normally comes in a 30ml and 100ml bottle but 200 is also available (which i am yet to see).

its a blindbuy you can buy this after you buy the perfume you nose will be blind cz you will not smell anything and also the people around you also cant smell anything after 1 hours hahaha just go for something better in perfomrnace and sillage if you are experinceing it then its ok but otherwise its a waste of money

Got birthday gift... yes close to aventus & club de nuit intense by armaf. Opening notes are very fresh. Best for summer & day. overall Performance is 7-8/10. Not such a disappoinintg fragnnace as by some reviews. Longtivity 7/10 Projection 8/10 fragnance 9/10 value for money 9/10

I got this as a gift and really loved it. Fragrance seems premium. Good for Outdoors and special ocassions. Longevity is 2,3 days. Totally recommended.

Great fragrance by junaid jamshed. I liked the smell of this perfume. to me the smell is 9/10. sillage is 6/10. longevity is 7/10.

I have about a dozen Aventus clones so I recently ordered a bottle of Junaid Jamshed Janan Gold Edition out of morbid curiosity along with the fact that I am happy, for the most part, with the other J. Jamshed fragrances I own or have sampled. Oudh Qadim is a stunner! To be honest, I didn't detect an Aventus vibe when I first sprayed this fragrance onto my wrists. Instead, I got a very nice fruity, woody, musky type scent with a touch of floral notes in the background. Later on I could detect black currant along with a touch of smokey birch, but nothing that reminded me of Aventus. The second and third times I tried Janan Gold were different in that I was immediately hit with that juicy pineapple, crisp apple and birch notes...and I did get a reminder of Aventus based largely on the interplay of pineapple and birch. While this scent may show brief hints of Aventus, I would not classify it as an Aventus copy, but I certainly understand how others feel this way. Moreover, I feel that it is a decent little scent on its own merits. To me Janan Gold Edition is a wonderful office fragrance; it screams professional, but it is also a bit playful and doesn't take itself too seriously. Janan is just a comforting, good-natured, welcoming scent that will put people at ease. Moreover, it's also quite versatile in that it can be worn casually or as a date fragrance because it has a warm, confident appeal while not intimidating like Aventus has been known to do. Sadly, I was disappointed with the performance of Janan Gold in that it lasted 4-5 hours and is pretty much a softer skin scent after an hour or so. Got this as a gift and, it's a very nice one. It does "Remind" of Aventus because of this Pineapple in it but, that's as far as it goes. Aventus always gives this barbershop feel to it, this does not. This is a nice, fresh, fruit concoction that is very inoffensive and enjoyable on any occasion in the daytime. Wearing this as Spring begins, and I see that it would fit any season really but, I'd stick to Spring and Summer for this one.

Don't judge this one on initial sprays...In the dry down it's smells like Aventus or CDNIM

I tried it and it smells no where near CDNIM, idk how people think it is closer to Aventus and CDNIM or maybe new batches are bad

Most overrated and overpriced Avenue wannabe. This is the perfume that made their brand survive but they have made this more weaker and with no longevity. Waste of money

smell is really nice. but i dont find any where near Creed Aventus / CDNIM / L'aventure. people need to stop misguiding others. this is NOT a aventus clone. it has its own fresh grapes kinda smell which is great but the worst part is it does not last long. like 3-4 hours tops in office conditions and out door is even worst. does not last long. smell great if you keep in atomizer and reapply every 3rd hour.

There is no listing for Janan sports which I love. Janan is no doubt an excellent fragrance with very good lasting power and projection, but Janan sports is even better; a sweeter cooler sibling. I applied it in the morning and still enjoying it after 5 hours in hot weather. Women can pull it off easily as I think it can be unisex fragrance.

Smells just like creed aventus. I think it's better refined version of armafs cdni. I spray 5 to 7 times get about 6 to 7 hrs. It's legit. Hard to fine and got it a middle Eastern shop in Cerritos CA on pioneer and south st.

The top on the best by j dot. Last until from dawn to dusk and projects upto 4 hours. After that it becomes a skin scent but still noticeable if someone is close to you. Very close to Aventus by creed.

Not sure where the comparison to Aventus or CDINM are coming from, this smells like synthetic Apple to me. Hopefully marcerates into somathing better.

I got this perfume actually a good perfume but very little Longevity and Sillage.
