Taarikh Gold for Women

One of my top favorites right now. I love vanilla and this scent showcases vanilla incredibly. It is a floral vanilla scent done in the most elegant, understated way. The opening is fresh floral with the rose and white floral accord but as it dries down, the vanilla steadily opens up and the scent sweetens up. The dry down is a silky, slightly smoky vanilla with some caramel facets. If you know Moattar Dhahab by the same brand, they share the same silky vanilla note. Very easy to wear. It lasts well and projects moderately. It forms a scent cloud actually.

i have a solid version of this perfume. it was a blind buy and it's JUST AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!! very sentual, i cannot really smell flowers but very attractive vanilla-on-old-paper...want to sniff it again and again! quite close to the skin but it depends how much and where to apply. if you put it on all major hot spots it will have quite a good sillage. as for longevity,unbelievable!-i could smell it after 24 hours! i'm very impressed! will go for some more of Syed Junaid perfumes!

I really hoped to love this because the notes are (somewhat) reminiscent of Narciso by Narciso "White Cube." I adore White Cube, which is sadly discontinued and becoming increasingly expensive and difficult to find. Wish I experienced what others here have experienced with Taarikh Gold but sadly, I do not. Taarikh Gold is a nice perfume. Unfolds and wears as a straight-forward, understated, diaphanous and ethereal, rose-vanilla-musk fragrance. Certainly uber-feminine. My issue is performance. After spraying and over-spraying, I barely detect fragrance. I understand Taarikh Gold to be an under-stated fragrance. Not all perfumes perform beast-mode, nor do all perfumes wear like a lion. But no matter how much I apply, I barely detect any fragrance and neither does anyone around me. And to boot...my bottle's atomizer broke after initial application. Too bad 'cause the bottle is pretty. I fortunately had an empty 100ml decant bottle, so I salvaged the fragrance. Taarikh Gold just doesn't have enough happening for it to resonate with me.

Rose, vanilla, and musk, the scent is pretty straight forward, very feminine and lovely perfume, it’s a beautiful fragrance in a beautiful bottle. Moderate sillage and longevity.
