Rosamonda

A beautiful rose medley - if you're a fan of roses, this will be your jam. It's bright and refreshing like a walk in a rose garden. As mentioned, this is not only a scent from the petals but also the whole plant. There's a lovely astringent note to it, green and dewy. I love the adjective Houdini4 used - visceral. Would be happy to wear this is spring!

One day, you feel like doing something a little wild, so you start tearing roses apart in your garden, petals and leaves, with reckless abandon (I don’t know why you’d do this, don’t!). Your hands are now sticky with the essence of crushed roses and leaves; everything is sharp, and everything is intensely fresh. Then, driven by impulse, you bring your hands to your nose and smell them. That’s exactly what this is

This fragrance is a really realistic rose, cassis frgarance. It opens up heavy on the rose and it continues through out the fragrance. Lovely fragrance. 8/10

If you like rose with green touch, this perfume is for you. For spring or summer, I can smell the complete rose with petals, leafs and stalks of the flower. Very natural, it is interesting but not for me. It is delicate and poetic, very fresh! Too green maybe. The sillage is correct and the longevity is perfect. You can try this brand with the discovery set. 5/10 but for sure the quality is present... PERFUMER'S NOTE “That morning the air was cool, still damp with dew. It's like fresh cut roses put in stagnant water in a vase, where some of the leaves have previously fallen and started decaying.

Finally it's Rosamonda a perfume which is personally not of interest to me, because I wouldn't wear it. However, it is of interest in a 'clinically fascinating' sense. Philip Kraft described this fragrance recently as smelling like, dew covered roses complete with stem an thorns everything. That's what this is, a visceral, green, herbal take on the rose, not all pretty petals and jam this has some detritus to it. It's not quite dead rose but I detect more of a lean towards a geraniol (which the formula confirms) type of rose a more earthy affair. It's actually got somewhat of the Bulgarian absolute but with an all around more transparent feeling.

Realistic rose scent, with crushed petals and leaves. Very similar to Serge Lutens Sa Majeste La Rose. It is very rosy and nice, but kind of redundant. A sample is enough for me.

This is green fresh rose, so deep and elegant scent. To my nose it smells very similar to Une Rose by Frederic Malle, i love it but the bottle is just a little tacky
