Springpop

So, this is a very comforting scent. Musky nondescript floral. Magnolan is a "magnolia" scent which is really more like a floral pink grapefruit molecule than magnolia as the name states as magnolias don't really have a strong odor profile. The putrid or dank smell people are getting is from the cetone (animalic musk), cashmeran, and patchouli which create a type of dark vetiver scent which then lasts the life of the perfume. It's bright without a citrus note (magnolan) yet musky and soft very floral. For the price they charge, I'd pass though (for most from the brand tbh). If you can get a bottle for $50ish usd, it would be a decent buy. Best use, as the name suggests, Spring lol. Early fall and cooler summer days. Out of the bunch, I enjoyed this one, gingerlise, and bloomastral (which is basically a less sweet and less fruity My Way/Paradoxe)

I'll have to try this again because my notes say 'green' chlorophyll but not basil crucially. A herbal green bergamot I described it as when it's compared here to Tacid a fragrance I felt had a basil note quite prominently. Anywho...no prizes for guessing that there's Cis-3-Hexanol in here giving it a bright, breezy, grassy vibe but balanced perfectly so as not to be intrusive. I enjoyed it but not something to be raved about.

100% unisex, for summer to my opinion. I can smell basil, bergamot and hedione. It is fun, but for me, the color of this perfume is not orange but green. You can try this brand with the discovery set. 6/10, I prefer Gingerlise (ginger and lemon) in this brand for summer. PERFUMER'S NOTE (Céline Ellena): “The sun is inebriating... the sea and the sea baths await... vacation looms in the distance..."

As much as I love the opening (it fits the description "Flowers, saps and young shoots"), this dries down on me in a very putrid way. As if I have crushed some plants and left them to rot a bit in the bin. It's actually a very rustique scent you have most probably felt if you have lived in a smaller village where people have gardens - the scent of the pile of weed after a mowing session. As for a sea note... none for me.
