I don't understand why so many hate on this fragrance. I like it. Reminds Tuskan Leather without raspberry

For leather and incense lovers. Not for me. More for a man and for fall and winter. I will not wear it, not my cup of tea. 5/10

Crystal Saffron done cheaper and less obnoxious.

A candidate for the mis-named perfumes list. Ultrahot is supposed to evoke incense burning on hot metal. I get musky, cardboardy Iso E Super. Everything else is a bit nondescript. A mild, indistinct frankincense shows on skin. The hot metal note (habanolide is listed) is like walking into a room heated a few hours ago by a two-bar electric fire rather than anything sheer or particularly metallic. Maybe I'm partly anosmic to this aromachemical. Incense sometimes has that metallic facet for me anyway. I don't get much of the leather or saffron on my skin either, they're present but feel as though they've checked out. It's all a bit too muted to be as edgy as I think it would like to be. So in a nutshell unmemorable but it's good to try these things. From the same perfumer that brought you Versace Eros and Gucci Guilty !

Elemi and atlas cedar in the opening give a kind of piney, lemony, balmy resin effect. This subsides into a kind of plasticy, saffron leather accord which isn't very pleasurable. Then after hours when it's almost completely gone it smells sweetly of vanilla. (worth noting I was surprised as there's no vanilla noticeable for the first several hours) I don't like this fragrance and I hadn't seen the formula for it, nor had I read any notes. Very intriguing that everything you smell is in here (according to Fragrantica) ...that's rare. So perhaps this is a masterful work showing all those materials and properties off? I didn't particularly enjoy it though.

Woody, Powdery, Leather This is smells like faux leather instead of the real thing with a slightly plasticy powdery opening. Like the dressing room of a female rockstar who hasn't made it yet and can't afford real luxuries. It's also a bit quiet. I thought Coffeez was going to be my least favorite amber J.U.S. perfume but at least that one while not my personal preference was done well. I really think this misses the mark for what it what attempting.

Starts off like burning rubber, like an old-fashioned doll's head. The leather and incense become noticeable after a few minutes. Pretty unwearable for me, just can't imagine a place I'd wear this. Maybe, at a fetish party in a Berlin basement? Maybe that's the ultrahot reference? No idea, it's just strange. Agreed about the vanilla, it comes to the fore after a few hours and it's barely there.
