Opens upp smelling like root beer aka ginger and spices , then honey and vanilla shoots upp like a Comet and pirces the top notes, the honey takes center stage and the vanilla is there hand in hand, in the air it creates a creamy vanilla honey backt by spices, seeing that the bottle etc all promises rose i get very little off this, the talang and the orange blossom is much stronger and adds to creating a wonderfull spicy gourmand that is perfectly unisex... Opening is leaning male...drydown femenin but very very slight. Its a strong juice...almost abit to strong, a little will last you long

At first spray you are rushed with a rich blend of spices, vanilla, ginger, bergamont. after a few min you get the jasmine really shining through combined with the fresh realistic spices, its really warm and makes you feel like you are in a cabin, surrounded by loved ones and are happy. Immediately a happy scent. The dry down lasts and lasts, over 12 hours in my experience. This is what I was hoping Angels Share would be. Its just the right amount of sweet, not overpowering and mature. Bought a full bottle, because its full bottle worthy!

Honey, nutmeg, gingery sweet and cozy. Not sweeeet ick sweet, but a cup of warm spiced cider, sweetened with honey and a splash of lemon. Fall in the Northeast. The combination initially smells camphorous, as mentioned below. I don’t get any rose, but it would be just as beautiful Personal side note: This smells like every specialty, curio, crystal rock and boutique shop in Salem, MA

This is STUNNING STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! OMG This is so my type of perfume....it is like a mix of Hypnotic Poison EDP & Amouage Memoir. BOTH of which are n my top 5 BTW. This is soooo sensuous & seductive as well as sexy. It is beautiful and I am now going to always keep this in my collection! It was a blind buy from me and I am so happy that I jumped on it.

Exactly how someone bellow described it, Hypnotic Poison with 1888, even more powerfull than the mix of the two. Very longlasting and headache inducing, but very feminine and happy and bold and sweet and and and... If you know how Hypnotic smells like and you like it, this is for you and it lasts forever on you, around you etc

A spiced, honeyed rose, sweet and seductive. Honey lovers will love this. A very unique and seductive rose. Because of all the spices, the opening comes off a bit camphorous, but settles beautifully into the honey/rose scent.

Quick review, if you loved Bouquet Ideale from Xerjoffs Casamorati line, you will absolutely love this fragrance. We just got a decant in and within 5 minutes my wife had to order the full bottle.

like sucking on a hard honey candy your distinguished, stately grandmother gave you. there's this root beer like quality to this, but more so vintage house made draft sassafras that's $25 a mug. i think it's the orange blossom, which always reminds me of a grape soda, mixed with the warm vanilla that evokes this. personally, i love it. the opening is warm, fresh, and spicy, teetering on a gourmand, and has a very classic feel while also being unique. it fades into a wildflower honey scent and continues to dry down still warm and powdery and very sweet and just slightly dark and animalic. controversially, this is a year-round scent for me; it's sweeter and more vanilla in the summer and spicier and more tonka in the winter. i wore this to work last summer and i have distinct memories of mopping the kitchen and sweating like crazy and catching whiffs of the perfume and my sweat and being vividly reminded of my mother. i also wore this to hook up with multiple girls. take that as you will. i do wish the honey was MORE animalic, but i mostly wear this to work or first dates or situations where i want to express my love for oriental scents but not come on too strong.

It was between this and Lamar. I loved the complexity and how I knew the fresh rose in this, but couldn’t pin down the other surrounding notes. However, like Osang from Mendittorosa, it’s one of those fragrances that when someone points out that it smells like a particular thing (for me) it’s hard to get out of my head and ruins the experience. With Osang it was all the reviews saying it had a urine smell during dry down. Now I can’t wear it without my brain connecting its unique sweetness to a smell no one is longing to emit. With this one, it was going to our niche perfume shop with my teenage son and the first thing he said was ‘I like Lamar, but the other one smells like root beer’. I took a sniff and it really did smell like root beer on my skin. He was right, what I couldn’t pin down was exactly that. I went home with Lamar. I’ll say that if a fragrance is going to do something weird, it’s going to do it on my skin. Santal 33 smelled like straight up mayonnaise on me. If you’re that person too, maybe get a sample first.

Joorie is a warm, spicy, aromatic fragrance with a darker opening and a much fresher drydown. Ginger, pepper, nutmeg, honey, patchouli, and cedar create a scent that feels both rich and airy at different stages. Not really a rose fragrance to my nose despite the official description. More like a woody, aromatic, and spicy composition with a smooth honeyed warmth. Well-crafted and interesting.

This is good stuff! So unique and spicy. It lasts quite awhile. It actually smells a extremely similar to a Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab favorite called Samhain-"Truly the scent of autumn itself -- damp woods, fir needle, and black patchouli with the gentlest touches of warm pumpkin, clove, nutmeg, allspice, sweet red apple and mullein." Joorie is much more wearable and smooth though.

This smells similar to Serge Lutens Fils de Joie (one of my top 5 forever favorites). But I prefer SL more. I have both and will probably get rid of this one eventually. A dark, vampy, femme fatale type of spicy florals with sweet and sticky honey. Very seductive. I will say, I get a small hint of smokiness from Joorie that I don't get from FdJ. Both are stunning though!

Sweet fruits, tropical flowers and LOTS OF thick honey. It’s a beautiful fragrant, super radiant and sunny one! But watch out for floral notes(especially ylang-ylang), they may cause a headache. I, personally, can only stand just one tiny spray of it. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

Initially get a strong blast of pepper, nutmeg & clove. Fades into musky ylang ylang, patchouli & a very light vanilla then a woody honey. Not a fan to be honest. Reminds me of the soaps at Whole Foods or hippie shops

Joorie is a very powdery honey, but there’s purer, more golden honey scents out there. Joorie is powdery in a pink powdery deodorant type of honey scent. Every note just seems like a synthetic version of what it’s trying to be, like it’s a pale imitation of Surge Luten’s Fils De Joie, which is how this should have turned out. Later on the power gets a little chalky and bitter. It’s now taking a turn for the worse and smells like dusty Palma Violet candy. It’s now dusty rather than powdery as it’s so dry. This should have been gorgeous but it’s like an unlit floral intense stick.

Honey, Rose's with hints of tonka. Sweet Rose's with hints of tonka and cosmetic powder. It has red lipstick smell mingled with honey and bits of patchouli and amber musk. Really enjoyable and bit of seductive. Beautiful. Edit (1st Jan 2020) I KNEW IT! when this blend reached my nose i just felt that i knew this blend! and i have sniffed it before.... It's almost identical to "1888" by Xerjoff! That's why i liked it allot.

Initially it was a blast of soda similiar to smoking rouge by BDK, but like a more intense version (which was cool and what attracted me to it) but thats extremely short lived and on my skin it just becomes cloves and nutmeg, which isn’t what I was looking for at all. It’s like it went from root beer float to soapy urinal smell. Irked isn’t the word lol

Has a unique characteristic to it. Must be my reaction to the cloves. Distinctive. I like 1888 and didn’t get the comparison straight away, but after sitting with it for a while I can see the connection. 1888 is more bold. The honey isn’t too pronounced or animalistic. Nice composition and execution. Interesting and draws me in to think about it.

This is a perfume that will make you feel as if the person wearing it can be your downfall. It has an alluring scent of spice, honey and rose which leaves behind nothing but "sweet memories" in their wake to last for years on end- just ask any creature who smells this powerful aroma firsthand!

A wonderful spicy rose with honey! Smells divine. It's not all about rose. If you love spices and honey, this might be a great fragrance to test. Perfect for cooler fall weather. I have only tested this, so I cannot comment on projection and longevity.

I wasn't in love with the opening. Pleasant but slightly weird. The dry down has me smitten. Powdery, sweet and woody.

This is exactly like xerjoff casamorati 1888, which i loved and was one of my favorite from xerjoff

I love this. It reminds me of my favorite incense I would get from a Tibetan shop in NYC.
