Fleur de Murier

This. Imagine if Lacoste L.12.12 pour Femme Sparkling had a child with Issey Miyake l'Eau d'Issey Rose & Rose, this is the result. There is no rose in this one, but the sweetness and fruitiness of Karl Lagerfeld Fleur de Mûrier are to die for. It's simply beautiful and elegant, like Issey Miyake Rose & Rose, yet youthful and playful like Lacoste pour Femme Sparkling. I never gave it a proper chance till last week, when I saw a sample bottle at a department store in my country and one of the staff spritzed it on a test strip for me. Needless to say, I was IMMEDIATELY drawn to it. Later, today, when I tested it on my skin, it appears more powdery, but still exquisitely beautiful. I normally dislike powdery fragrances, but I don't mind this one so much. Get this if you love sweet, fruity, raspberry fragrances. Even at retail price, it's a steal. I'm so glad Karl Lagerfeld came out with this collection. You might say 'but I've smelt this kind of thing a thousand times it becomes generic already.' Well, I admit it's not the most novel fragrance in the world, but it is undeniably gorgeous. An easy 'love' in my book. PS. The true notes that you'll actually smell are raspberry, blackberry, and musk. Don't expect anything else, even though there are a dozen listed above.

It wasn’t love at first sniff. The first spray hit me as a harsh, almost alcoholic mess. I set it aside for a few days, and when I came back—what a surprise! It had transformed into an incredibly pleasant, unique scent, unlike anything I’ve smelled or owned before. Perfectly blended, it stands apart from the sweet, sugary, vanilla-heavy clones flooding the market today. It’s not too floral, not too fruity, not too woody—just beautifully balanced. Hard to describe, but it feels effortlessly stylish, like wearing a crisp white shirt with a blazer and jeans. I absolutely love it, and I think it will be perfect for autumn or early spring.

For me, its the best fragrance from this line among others (Fleur de Pecher, Fleur de Orchidee etc). It is more bright and sensual fragrance. Weird, but for some reason in the shops they sale mostly those others nowadays. I hope they are not gonna to discontinue fleur de Murier..otherwise I think, I should buy it soon.

This is a beautiful scent. Pure and simple. Blind bought a 100 ml bottle and I am delighted!! I shall enjoy this fruity delight during breezy summer days (Scotland) and autumn. Now intrigued to try the rest of the range!!

The components are so well blended together that I can't really differentiate specific notes. I had no idea what was in it before I looked it up. It's such an interesting scent, very feminine and loud.

Very berry-ish at the opening and smoothly turn into a clear-skin scent at the end. It reminds me of the regular shampoo/body wash I used when I was a child. Strangely safe and cozy. Though doesn't last long, it still holds a special place in my collection, since it smells like memories of the good old days, when I was carefree and truly mindfully happy. Life was so simple back then.

A fruity-floral but with two uncommon notes that makes it more special. I doesn't remind me of any perfume at all. It does remind me of the redcurrant jelly my mother makes though, sweet and sour. I can smell some orange and something sweet-fresh that might be the blackberry blossom. A very sweet perfume with some tartness in the beginning and powder in the end.

Love this! Rather sweet, but not overly so. Can definitely be worn all year round, I really enjoyed wearing it in the colder moths. I find it very uplifting; first I smell tangy berries, which then fade into floral notes and disappear, leaving a subtle powdery scent. Daytime-appropriate, but just as good in the evening. I wish the longevity was better though.

This fragrance is really... strange. I perceive a lot the orange notes but it's not a typical floral fruity. It si sweet but in an 'mature' way. It changes throughout the hours and shows a masculine side (guess it's the woody notes). I learned to appreciate it, do not love it though.

If you layer this with a plain vanilla under (I use a 6€ h&m one) it creates the most beautiful scent that lasts forever! I agree with a previous reviewer about the sharp note, it's almost smells like rosemary or pine? But with the extra vanilla it mellows out. Highly recommend

I bought this perfume last week and it's very fruity right after you spray it. But after a little while, it turns into a very sober and elegant woody scent, reminiscing a bit of a male perfume. The only down point to me is the longevity, it could last a little longer.

I get mostly fresh raspberries, fantastic silage. A very welcome to spring with a cheeky raspberry punch fragrance.

Very orange fragrance. I rather like it.

It's quite a nice fragrance, but it feels kind of ... forgettable. It is pleasant, not overwhelming. It's not sweet, which is usually what I prefer. I disagree that it smells masculine. It's unisex at best, but leaning towards feminine. I think people claiming it's masculine might be used to more sweet (cotton candy) or traditionally feminine (vanilla) fragrances(?). It could be a nice every day sort of fragrance. Even office appropriate, as the projection isn't very strong. However, at this point I'm looking for more unique perfumes.

I really don't like this. It's overwhelmingly sharp and almost sour. First thought was to go wash it off but I thought I'd give it a chance, maybe it'd smell nicer once the middle notes came through. Well, I've worn it now for 4 hours and it still smells the same as when I first applied it (thankfully not as strong). Disappointing.

It was a nice fruity-floral scent after spraying, but it dried down to an annoying masculine, musky and woody scent. I really couldn't possibly want to wear it. Nothing interesting about it.

Gave this away because I kept getting a rather bitter medicinal note in the opening that I could not tolerate. The dry down is much better.

This feels quite masculine, I did what the previous reviewer said and mixed it with my body shop vanilla mist and it made such a huge difference, I now find it more tolerable from the offset, otherwise you would need to wait for the perfume to dry down which smells nice, but that’s if you can take the initial smell once you’ve sprayed it.

I to nie będzie kolejna perełka z mainstreamu. Jest taki obrazek: Dziewczynka kilkuletnia bawi się lalkami. Przebiera je, czesze, podaje im herbatkę. I oto z zakupów wchodzi mamusia i swojej modnisi daje pierwszy zapach by zaczęła przyzwyczajać się do "zapachowego świata". W pudełeczku jest "Fleur de Murier" (Kwiat Morwy). I tak bym go lokowała. Dziewczęce, delikatne, ale jakby odarte z duszy. Morwa ma delikatne, białe, kilkupłatkowe kwiaty, jest wymagającym kwiatem, by przemieniły się w owoc. (Miałam na działce). Te perfumy niczym nie zaowocują. Są esencją dzisiejszego "szybkiego" perfumiarstwa, nastawionego na zysk, odtwórczość, bylejakość, a nie na poszanowanie sztuki czy składników. Te przepiękne składniki zostały ukręcone do szamponowego zapachu, by modnisie jarały się designerskim perfumami na swoich plastikowych toaletkach.

I liked it at first sniff, but I have been hesitant trying this out for real bc of the comments about it being masculine. Anyway, today was the day! I smelled this on myself pretty clearly all day long 6.30- 17.00. (Used approx the half of a 2ml tester with a handful of sprays on my arms and chest.) Of course it faded a bit during the day but it never dissapered. Very satisfied with the longevity. I didnt notice much of a change of the scent itself. This gives me the vibe of perfumes like Euphoria, Abercrombie and Fitch authentic night, Hugo boss Deep Red... I've noticed that a lot of people tend to find perfumes with red/black currant as masculine! It sometimes makes me doubt if want to wear them. Makes me a bit insecure. Although a like them i dont want others to think i wear a men's perfume. :/

Just like real blackberry flower after spraying. But only half an hour after, the fruity note fades and the fragrance turns to a very powdery floral on me. Two hours after, only the powdery note stays. Would be a very nice fragrance for Summer if only it had much better longevity. NOT similar to Versus Versace, and definitely NOT in the slightest to Mure Sauvage YR (which used to be my signature scent in college, and I still have a soft spot for it). Yes, it is fruity but that “fruitiness” is rather savoury, no syrupy sweetness here apart from the very beginning (literally 5 minutes after spraying). It opens with blast of raspberry and settles to a fruit salad type of smell. It does have something quite irritating to my nose, similar to masculine note in Halloween Kiss. Lasts 8+ hours and I could have still smelled it even after a shower! It had morphed into watery (or is it leftover juice from that fruit salad? 🙃🧐) skin scent. Not unpleasant but I was hoping for more musky finish.

I actually love this fragrance. I find it very comforting. It may not be mass appealing and probably not blind buy safe for all but I took a chance due to the low price point and my love of KL’s Fleur d’Orchidee. I smell tart fruits and warm amber on a bed of cozy and powdery wood, florals and musk. Not sweet but very cozy and inviting to my nose.

Blackberry shampoo + rose? + fresh "minty" note of apples? There is indeed something resemblig the scent of blackberry blossom. I know how it smells. Some species (for instance Rubus grabowskii with pinkish flowers) have pleasant fragrance - like watered down tea rose with fresh watermelon, black locust and apricot undertones.

I’m not really in to fruity florals but this one is so yummy. The blend of raspberry, violet and vanilla is so perfekt and I cant stop want to smell my wrist after put it on. Its perfekt for atum and time to put this on the market now is good. Also the price is very Good for this little gem made in France. Go get it and enyoy!

This opens with a fruit similar to Hugo Boss deep red and dries down to men's fragrance very similar to Hugo Boss Bottled Unlimited (white bottle). This is a no for me.

I would class it as oriental fruity floral because fruity floral brings to mind youth. This one is more sophisticated because of a slight spicy feel

Pretty scent but I wouldn't say it's unique in any way
