Hikaye

This is one of those perfume that immediately transported me to the place far away from the routine and commonality of everyday life. I envision a tale from One Thousand and One Nights unfold under the star studded sky of Arabian oasis. The night is warm and dense with smells of opulent night flowers, black tea, and middle eastern snacks. The lights are dim and mysterious. There is a sound of water from a small fountain heard in the distance providing feelings of calmness. This is what Hikaye smells of. On my cool skin this scent has moderate longevity and not a strong sillage. It is not a powerful projector, but I am able to catch a whiff of it here and there for a second or two and I am once again in the Arabian oasis. Yes, the bottle is small and the price is pretty steep, but to me the experience is worth it.

Gourmand floral... I very much get a gourmand out of this blend! crispy caramel with magnolia bubble soap. It has hintly of wooden notes with tea.
