Eden Sparkling Lychee | 39 Eau de Parfum

Smells like frozen peach rings! I kind of get why people would think this is more of a summer or spring scent, but to me this 1000% is a sweet winter. Like, chewing gummy candy in the type of cold where you can see your breath. Maybe it's the jasmine (often reads kind of frosty/wintery to me) or the super faint woody notes deep down, but this just feels way too sweet for a sweaty summer day. It's like a late winter/early spring vibe to me. Playful, light, and the florals come out really nicely during the drydown. I feel like I can safely douse myself in this and have a nice scent cloud for the day without it being too much. Violet and apple comes out strong a couple minutes after spray, and overall for being a lychee branded scent, the actual lychee note is pretty subdued, in my opinion. I think it's the violet/apple/lemon combo that beats out the lychee? Either way, the fruity combo is SO delicious. One of the few fruity perfumes that I actually wish I could eat.

Kayali Eden Sparkling Lychee 39 smelly like chewy violet and raspberry, but really a non-tart lychee, candy with the freshness of watermelon gummies while not smelling like watermelon at all. Not necessarily super dewy and watery like watermelon either, but just feels like the candy. Not sparkling at all to me, nothing like a drink. This is an amazing, fun, girly scent when you want something sweet in hot weather but also don't want a creamy tropical scent, although there is vanilla in the notes that help create the sweet candied effect. For me, this is one I wear if I'm going to be outside for majority of the time. Not for indoors, then it smells a little synthetic. Outside it's sweet and fresh. Like it's perfect in heat and cool rainy days. One of the few bottles I don't mind having in a 100 mL, which is so funny because I'm so late in discovering this.

Like Burberry Her, her sister fragrance from another house, Eden Sparkling Lychee is what I would characterize as one of those new ethereal solar fragrances. But where Burberry Her stays sweet, warm, and jammy for hours on my skin, Eden Sparkling Lychee 39 tends to go tart, like a poor quality yuzu, grapefruit, or citron. Bergamot is not listed as a note, but it is likely the culprit. It is an extremely common perfume ingredient that I tend to hate in most perfume blends. All the Kayali fragrances I've tried tend towards the pungent a bit apart from Vanilla 28, I'll admit, and Eden Sparkling Lychee was an obsession of mine at first before that sourness appeared. I keep the high rating because she really is special in the perfume world, but she falls short of the signature fragrance I was hoping she would be. Overall, close to a 9/10.

I LOVE THIS SCENT. It’s Bright! Fun! Sweet! Pretty! A bit Sexy! I really enjoy this scent. It’s so good. On my bare skin I get about 3-4 HRS without a Base [oil/lotion]. This scent really makes Me feel BRIGHT & HAPPY! I don’t really care about it not being a LOUD scent; sometimes I don’t want that. I think this is going to a perfect Spring and Summer scent...if my bottle makes it that long! I can’t wait to try different fragrance combinations with this one! I may just get another bottle! The 100ML since I got the 50ML! Y’all it’s really good. A throw and go! A layer and Pair! Just try it as fragrance is subjective and I am often surprised by how I personally feel about something after reading reviews.

This is my favourite so far of the Kayali range, this is what I expected Vanilla Rock Candy Rock Sugar to smell like (which it didn’t as it was straight up 90s Coco Chanel) it’s giving fruity candy, the most strawberry of all strawberry fragrances and it’s sweet and luscious without being too sweet & sickly. It’s flirty & playful, more of a skin scent so it’s suitable for the office as it’s not too strong and the projection isn’t too much. It does wear off quicker than all the other Kayali fragrances I’ve tried though, but they say if you can’t smell your own perfume on you, then it suits you. This is the perfect summer fragrance, it’s light, fresh, berry & luscious.

Got this as part of a set so wasn’t really expecting much! After trying it out, I’ll probably get a full size bottle! On first spray it smells like Fruit Salad sweets, and it settles into a lovely sweet scent. Even though the scent develops into a slightly more complex smell, it does keep a very sweet, almost effervescent scent so if you don’t like these sort of fragrances you probably won’t like this. However if you like very sweet/fruity fragrances you would like this! Given the price point it’s probably best to try the fragrance out somewhere that offers testers, but this was a great blind buy for me. It’s one of my new favourites!

This is a fun, cute, and girly fragrance! Not everything has to be "Niche", "Unique", or "Beast Mode". This a beautiful fragrance that's a breath of fresh air. To me it's about how a scent makes me feel and the experience and emotional trip it takes me on. This perfume brings me so much happiness and joy. It's yummy, mouth watering, and gives me tropical starburst vibes. It smells like a grown up Champagne Toast from Bath & Body Works. It lasts 3-4 hours but I like to top off my fragrance throughout the day anyway so having a travel spray on me to refresh it at the 4 hour mark is no big deal to me!

This was the perfume that made me fall in love with fragrance. I have fond memories with it, and it’s the closest thing I had to a signature for a while. But after a couple years the longevity has become really awful. Which, of course, not every fragrance is going to withstand the test of time from a formulaic standpoint, and that’s perfectly fair, but I can’t help my disappointment. I was already hesitant on rebuying since I’m not a fan of Kayali’s recent AI usage, but knowing that I can’t count on the formula cements that I won’t be buying it again. 💔

This smells so good and it genuinely lasts a long time. Not sure what everyone’s talking about with poor longevity or no scent bubble. I think it’s a combination of going nose blind and thinking every perfume should be so strong it’s classified and biological warfare but this lasts all day on me. I’m partway through my 2nd full size bottle. It’s just so juicy, tart, sweet, gummy and candy without being childlike or super “synthetic” smelling. It’s the perfect adult candy scent. I want to chomp down on the candy like gem bottle.

I’m really impressed that this perfume literally smells sparkly! It has a very fruity opening, kinda alcoholic but that vanished very quickly. It then dried down to a really lovely scent that reminds me of fruity sweets- think tangfastics or fizzy peach rings! The lychee gives it a nice tang while the florals help balance it softly. After a few hours the florals start to come out more, alongside that sweeter lychee depth. This is a really fun and feminine fragrance, super perfect for spring and summer!

Caved in and blind bought my first Kayali years ago. Forgot it in my collection as it didn't impress me at first. Very sweet and fruity. Can't tell you what I'm smelling, but it's refreshing. I'm not too sure about the lychee, but I can definitely detect the apple. I'd categorise it as an overpriced perfume for teens. It does last a while on me and it projects quite well. Wouldn't buy again. I like to use it on days where I don't have to think too much about what I'm wearing.

So bright, fresh, uplifting and sweet but not in an overbearing or sickly way. The juiciness of the litchi is so refreshing, the sugar is balanced, and the black currant smells realistic and minimal (not like the cat pee smelling ones). It’s a super girly and flirty fragrance but not juvenile.This is such a great scent my sister and I both love it and get compliments whenever we wear it. I wish it lasted a little longer but other than that it’s great!

Yes it smells synthetic and yes it smells like a something that could have been a bodyspray... but meanwhile there is no bodyspray exactly like this ... I own some really expensive well blended masterpiece niche fragrances... but this silly happy perfume with its poor longevity and its happy go lucky character often convinces me to leave its bougie grown up friends to their adulting business and go play outside... and I love it for that

I must admit, I love this DNA. It's my favorite DNA for the summer. The issue with this is it last all of 2 hours. That's too much money to constantly have to reapply. Its such a good fresh fruity floral scent. I love it soo much. This is my constant daytime summer scent for the past few summers. (I say DNA because i did find a cheaper one to one with far better longevity,but this review is specifically for Kayali Sparkling Lychee)

DELICIOUS OMG, it smells like GUMMY BEARS !! I don't get the lychee sadly (which was my main reason of buying it) but was left with something wayyy better. I get the Blackcurrant and candied violet, the longevity is like 3 hours to 4 (maximum) but after 2 hours the scent begins to fade, same for the sillage sadly which is moderate. Blind buy success for me! and more than that; it's actually my favourite of the brand. ♡

Absolutely mouth watering. I’ve tried this in all seasons and here’s what I’ve found. In the summer it’s juicy, sweet, energizing and bubbly. In the winter, I find it to smell very clean. Like a fresh out of the shower smell. Absolutely lovely. I feel this is a very safe blind buy and lasts longer than some of the other kayali fragrances. Pair it with vanilla candy rock sugar and you will get compliments all day.

Sexy playful girly scent. J’adore lychee fragrances and this one is very fruity lychee forward. It reminds me of the old salon selectives shampoo that smelled like gummy bears but it’s more complex and elevated. It lasts a long time on me as well and every time I notice it, it makes me smile. It’s fun and flirty. Today I layered it with Jo Malone Ginger Biscut and it was also amazing. Delicious fragrance!

I really love lychee, so maybe I expected a bit too much. But honestly, I do like this a lot. It blends so well with all my fruity, floral, and sweet gourmand perfumes. It definitely smells like lychee, but also reminds me of candy, like bubblegum, gummy bears, sour sweets, and jolly ranchers. It’s playful and makes my mouth water. Plus, there’s a fresh, sparkling vibe, kind of like pink lemonade.

Got this today bottle number 9 of the full 100mls size from Kayali. I had bought this in a travel pen but wanted the full size in my collection! This is so yummy fruity. If you like fruity sweet fragrances you’ll love this. Sparkling is definitely the right word. I’m not good at detecting what specific notes are in a perfume unless it’s blatantly obvious, all I can say is is YUM!

I ended up loving this one. When I started using it it only smelled sweet, I couldn't pick up any notes. With time, I started appreciating the lychee. It smells like a candy I used to have when I was little, I can't recall which one. Beautiful fragrance, compliment getter. Won't be repurchasing as I don't think it suits me and my style, but it is beautiful!
