I’m a guy and a lover of Gourmand fragrances. I saw the notes and had to pull the trigger. I was worried this will lean feminine, and i was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t. Actually more masculine than feminine if put on a scale. This is a very sexy scent, even if it’s not unique. Straight off i get Lost Cherry combined with Tobacco Vanille. The more it dries down it resembles St Dupont Perfect Tobacco. They are literally identical. Perfect Tobacco however is a fraction of the price and performs like a beast, if you can still find it. In terms of notes i would say none stick out more than the other, what i will say is Cherry, Cinnamon, Tobacco and a Chocolatey Vanilla are the most dominant. The rest are impossible to detect. There is a medicinal nature to this that i actually like, not sure if it’s the Oud, the Rose, or Cypriol creating this, however i don’t detect any of those notes individually. This isn’t Oudy, challenging or anything that you would associate yourself with an Oud or woody based fragrance. It’s a Chocolaty Tobacco Vanille mixed with Lost Cherry that turns into an identical copy of Perfect Tobacco. If you own all those fragrances, this is redundant. There is no point buying this, just layer TV and LC then you will have Amber 23. This scent is lucky it falls into the date night sexy smelling fragrance category, cause the performance ain’t great, not terrible but nothing to shout about. I put it on at 12 and it was more less gone by 4. If your going out for dinner, some drinks, in an intimate setting, it does the job. Let’s be honest no dinner date or intimate situation goes over 4 hours. It serves a purpose and it’s executed very well. I think that was her intention for the fragrance. The same goes for killan fragrances. They are not office daytime fragrances. They are date night fragrances. You put them on for a couple of hours to smell freaking good and that’s it. It’s a decent fragrance that smells great for the occasion it’s set out for.

Invite Only Amber is a strange name for a perfume in my opinion. I don’t find it fitting! Well, except the Amber part of the name, that is very fitting for the way the fragrance smells. The scent itself is gorgeous though. I love gourmand, ambery, sweet perfumes so this is exactly what like! I would describe it a mix of luscious caramel like, syrupy sweet cherry, spicy cinnamon, thick, gooey honey, rich tobacco, dark chocolate and vanilla with lots of amber, benzoin and sandalwood. The notes that I don’t really pick up are the rose, citrus leaf, patchouli and hazelnut. No idea how cyproil oil smells like. It’s very well blended fragrance and is very warm and seductive! It’s unisex, maybe leaning on the feminine side because it is very sweet. That being said, it’s a crowd pleaser, I always receive compliments when I wear this! Going out type of scent for sure! And it layers so nicely with Burning Cherry. It offers the second better performance. A bit of resemblance with Angels Share, not a dupe by any means, but they're in the same category of fragrance. Boozy, sweet, ambery, warm and cozy kind of scent. Performs great on me if I overspray! Otherwise moderate. Bottle is gorgeous, I love mirrored glass bottles and that cinnamon, brownish, copper colour makes me think about fall. Leaves turning yellow and brown, then falling down from the trees... I think the fragrance fairly priced for the quality of the juice and the presentation of the packaging.

Here I am with another Kayali review!! SOO....I hated this...at first - but now I am utterly in love with this fragrance. It is beautiful and sophisticated. Upon initial spray (when I hated it) I didn't understand the fragrance because I feel like so much was going on. I got this sour tobacco scent with this weird, weird spice and was like wtf is this shit? What psycho actually likes this? I am now that newly converted psycho, this is beautiful and sophisticated! That sourness that I was confused by, is the sour black cherry and honey. Now that my nose has matured and I've learned to appreciate complex scents this is absolutely beautiful. It took me a lot of time to understand and love this fragrance and I get sooo many compliments when I do wear it, and the sillage is crazy. People always ask me what I am wearing when I wear this. Out of all the fragrances that I own, and the amount of money I've spent on some of my fragrances, Kayali is the house that has gotten me the most compliments and is the least expensive house out of my entire collection. While kayali isn't the cheapest, you get amazing niche quality fragrances for a respectable price. I've really learnt to love Kayali, and is one of my favourite fragrance houses. Give this perfume some time and wear it, the cinnamon makes it spicy and a little dense but once you familiarise yourself with this, you'll see the beauty. I am not a big fan of kayali fragrances since they tend to be overly sweet but this one has the perfect amount of sweetness. I tried this at a sephora along with a bunch of other perfumes but this one truly stood out and smells like an expensive fragrance imo. This is literally Angels’ Share with hazelnut, cherry, tobacco added, and without praline (which is a plus for me bc i hate praline). This fragrance truly shocked me bc there are a lot of notes I normally don’t like together which are honey, tobacco and chocolate. But this one is not too sweet and those notes add depth and elegance to the fragrance. Gives me femme fatale vibes. This fragrance is super rich and I could literally smell every note listed which were blended amazingly. To me this is definitely an amber-cinnamon dominant fragrance but like i said the other notes are there for sure. This one was long lasting for me and I felt like it had a great sillage but I’m not sure bc I only sprayed once on my wrist. I’d say for this sophisticated scent, it’s a must buy for gourmand lovers considering the price. Edit: I finally purchased it almost a year later. Still a love.

This is my favorite Kayali, hands down. Beautiful medley of spice (cinnamon), cherry, tobacco, honey, amber, woods, and vanilla. In the same realm as something like Lattafa Khamra, but where Khamra is a sickeningly sweet gourmand with fall candle vibes, Invite Only is a deep, spicy scent with only a touch of sweetness, so it’s something I actually want to smell like. It’s balanced - nothing is out of place, and I wouldn’t add a thing. The tobacco note is tasteful and the cherry isn’t medicinal. I can’t smell the oud but I’m sure it adds to the depth of the fragrance. Cozy with an edge. Kinda sexy. As it dries down a few hours in, it’s mostly tobacco, amber, woods and vanilla. It’s less sweet as well, and sits closer to the skin. Lasts for 12ish hours.

Very similar to Angel’s Share. My untrained nose from 2-3 years ago would have probably dislike/hate this one. But I’m so glade I’ve waited to buy this one, since I know for a fact that I enjoy more and more this type of fragrance, with similar scent profil. Oh man, I really like it. Sweater weather vibe but make it bossy 🖤🍁 Cuddling at the cottage, with a glass of cognac near the fireplace with the BF 🔥🍂 If you are new in your olfactery journey, keep in mind that it is very bold, boozy, intense, spicy almost masculine. Probably not a safe blind buy. Cherry first, later the cinnamon & tobacco ! Also, would be perfect for layering. Has a Christmas vibe !

Immediate love! i tried a sample kit and bought this one the next day. I love fragrances with tobacco, cherry and amber, so this fit right up my alley. I do detect a slight coconut vibe in the opening..not sure if that is from the hazelnut..but it doesn't persist too much. This is a bold red lip, a long black dress with a deep V and a high split; stilettos and a sparkly clutch. so good, soooo sooo good. I always planed to get Elixir 11 as my first Kayali, but babyyeee..i am glad i got this one instead. I can also see this would be a good layering fragrance. This kind of reminds me of Venom of Love from Navitus..that dark cherry, slightly nutty vibe..

When this first arrived the other day I was afraid I had maybe made a mistake, but I know better than to review Kayali scents right away now. I need a little time and a few tries to really know. So yesterday was a really cool, grey, autumny day and I tried it again and LOVED it. I think it needs to be fall for this to really sing. Such a warming, boozy, cinnamony fragrance. It does have some resemblance to Lovefest Burning Cherry, but it's sweeter and spicier and cozier. And it lasted ALL day. Love. I got a travel size, but it's going on my full-bottle wish list. It was also giving me old-school Opium vibes, some wafts of nostalgia here and there.

This one is amazing! More of a "grown up" scents than some of the other Kayali fragrances (such as Kayali Vanilla 28). It's a boozy, glamorous, and interesting amber vanilla with Middle Eastern vibes with the spices and nuances, and with some oud that comes through in the drydown. This is not an office-friendly fragrance as it's strong and potent. Perfectly unisex. It's similar to Khaltat Night from Attar Collection, but this one has stronger longevity and silage, whereas Khaltat Night is more well-rounded with cherry in the opening. They are different enough to own both i have a 10ml bottle, and I'll buy a larger one when this one is finished.

This is one of my favourite fragrances. It was a love at first wear for me. It doesn’t smell like any one thing, but is a balance of cherry, honey, cinnamon, and amber with the other notes to round it out. Unfortunately they do not make it but if you’re in Australia then Bujairami makes a great dupe with great performance. I would say this is unisex leaning feminine because of the sweetness, but the spicy ambery profile gives off a masculine edge. I feel confident wearing this as a girl cause I like spicy scents but if you like ultra feminine scents you won’t like this. Ugh I love this so much it smells amazing and has amazing performance.

If this scent turns you off at first spray - whether on your wrist or on a paper strip - give it time to mellow out and then revisit it. For me, the initial burst of fragrance is a little medicinal and chaotic - maybe a little much - but once it dries down.... oh man, it's beautiful. I really love it - it's deep, resinous and rich and it settles down so nicely. I added a little bit of Nest Madagascar Vanilla oil to pulse points for a little lighter and mellower vanilla touch (rather than Kayali Vanilla 28 which I also have and love) and it's so beautiful. It's not going to be for everyone, but it's a love from my corner of the world!

I enjoy this fragrance so much that sometimes I wish it was fall so I could spray it all over my jackets. It performs so well and that’s insane for me, because body tends to eat up any and all scents. But this one sits, lingers, develops over hours. 10/10 sillage and performance, not too intense but noticeable enough to waft confidence in the air. I have Kilian AS, they’re distant cousins. This is more complex, definitely not a safe blind buy - but if you love the DNA in Kayali this is basically a ramped up version of it with added cinnamon. Delicious, sexy, unisex, worth a few chances if you don’t love it at first sniff!

I've been testing Kayali samples and this is one of my unexpected faves. It reminds me of spiced mulled wine, it's so good 😍 It gives me a feeling of spicy fruity warmth that heats you up. Perfect for winter time and for the below zero temperatures we get in more northern parts of Europe right now. Not sure if that was the intention when creating this perfume, but this really is great for frosty weather. Also projection, longevity, and price point are really solid, and I get similar results from most other samples from this house so these seem to be good perfume options (if you like the scents of course).

I’m one of those rare people who doesn’t enjoy Vanilla 28 or most of Kayali’s signature vanilla‐heavy scents. So for me, Invite Only was truly the standout fragrance in the entire line and of course, it’s the one they DISCONTINUED! On crisp autumn or winter days, when Angel’s Share feels a bit too sweet, Invite Only was my go‐to. It instantly made me feel put‐together. It had that boozy, classy, unique character that set it apart, and the longevity was incredible. I’ll definitely be mourning this one for a long time. I 100% agree with HNK11 this was Kayali’s best release. Kayali, please bring it back!

I LOVE this on cold Winter days and especially nights so much. It reminds me of the smell of my grandfather's man cave where I used to go play as a child. Think wooden walls of an old jazz club that still smell of pipe tobacco when people used to smoke indoors. You are served a tart cherry pie with dark chocolate and honey drizzle and a slightly nutty crust. Absolutely DIVINE, I wear this when I want to feel attractive and regal, yet comforting and just a tiny bit more masculine than what I usually go for. (Also, sweeten it with Lovefest Burning Cherry or Vanilla 28, you will not regret it)

I got a sample with a kayali kit that I purchased today and OMG this is definitely my favorite in the kit along with Vanilla 28 (but I already have that one). This scent smells like an amazing whiskey with cherries and chocolate. I usually don't even like cherry based scents but the only other cherry scent I love is this old victoria's secret one called "feathered musk". That one has cherries & chocolate too so I guess I love anything with those two notes together. I love summer but I almost can't wait for the fall because of how amazing this is.

At first when I spray it on my arm , I did not like it,it was very strong and reminded me of something old that I knew. But after around hour or two it settled to really beautiful addicting smell that I never thought I would ever like it . My husband did not like this perfume, specially when first sprayed he said its smells like dead body funeral preparation in his country, because of aud note that he smells so much 😅 I got it as a sample and now I want full bottle of it anyway 😄 I just wish that it lasts longer as longevity is not that great.

This shouldn't even be compared to Angel's Share. There's ZERO similarities. Upon first spray, this reminds me of my grandfather's pipe tobacco as a kid. He smoked cherry of course. On my skin, the amber, patchouli & honey come front and center almost immediately after the tobacco. Very well rounded fragrance but not for everyone. This is rich & sophisticated. Kayali did this well. Not full bottle worthy for me personally but I can respect this one. People comparing it to Angel's Share need to just STOP! They're not even in the same league.

I am surprised at how much I love this, given how much I dislike other Kayali scents or find them unimpressive. I don't get a lot of cherry, cinnamon, citrus or rose, it is mostly a tobacco honey scent on my skin, and a very lovely, pleasant one. The drydown is amazing and gives me warm, cosy vibes without being too gourmand or sticky sweet. About five hours after applying, the namegiving amber comes in and creates a soft bed together with a hint of patchouli. I have a small decant and am seriously thinking about getting a full bottle.

On a winter and cool autumn afternoon, after dark, this scent is magic. You will require *far less* dosage than your usual, and I recommend allowing Invite Only to breathe for an hour before it reaches its best. Yes, the sweet cherry is strong initially (and will cling if you try to wear this on a sunny day!) but it is so well balanced with the cinnamon and rose to dry and lift it. Rather than for a "mature woman" no, I would say this is for a self-assured woman of any age at all. Think alluring, quiet confidence

This is so beautiful!!! The only tobacco fragrance that I can tolerate. Of course, it’s not just tobacco, it’s an array of spices, fruits, flowers and amber-y woods expertly blended and I love it! This is a special occasion fragrance which is why I got a 50ml bottle only as a little goes a long way but it is such a masterpiece!! Longevity is really great (for a Kayali since they are notoriously short lived), one of my favorites from the house along with Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper 25 and Citrus 08. 🍒🍯🍫🌰🌹🍁🪵🧡 ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I was in Sephora, feeling a little disappointed that I didn’t love angel’s share like everyone does . Then I came across invite only Amber ( I love it’s name 😄) I thought that it has the same DNA , super sweet but not annoying and I found it to be so classy . It is simple but it has enough complexity, good for layering and perfect to be enjoyed alone , it is warm but I can imagine myself wearing this in summer evenings. I bought the miniature size and I am thinking of going to full size.

I tested it in store a few months ago and initially did not like it at all. Went back today and I don't know why I didn't like it back then. This is the definition of a sexy date night perfume. Sweet, deep, tobacco and something boozy. This is what a rich elderly very confident woman taking you out on an expensive dinner date would wear, in the best way possible. Hints of vanilla but mainly sweet boozy cherry and tobacco. I adore it and am actively hunting for the full sized bottles

How did I discover this fragrance? A colleague sat next to me, and I immediately noticed this inviting, alluring scent. To me, it smelled like an expensive lotion with a subtle smoky touch—difficult to describe, but incredibly well blended. What impressed me most was its projection: when we were outside, I could still smell it from about two meters away! It is suited only for mature ladies, not young girls. The next day, I went straight to Sephora and bought a bottle myself. 😄

Beautiful, very spicy and warming fragrance that adds a mature spin on the classic Kayali DNA. It's warm and intense whilst still being sophisticated and a little sensual, with notes of tobacco, cherry and sweet cinnamon being prominent. I find this has insane longevity as well, as I can still smell it strongly at the end of the day, without reapplying. The only downside is I find this is more difficult to get your hands on than most other Kayalis! 9/10 :)

I love this fragrance, but it is quite bold so I understand why it isn't everyone's cup of tea. This is a sexier, more sensual and robust Burning Cherry. It shares a lot in common with it but isn't as cherry forward. Spicy amber honey is mainly what I get from this, and for me it is a phenomenal choice for colder nights. I live in Norway where cold darkness reigns for 21 hours a day in the winter, so I will be getting a lot of use out of this!

Easily one of Kay Ali's best fragrances. Beautifully complex and highly wearable blend of amber and vanilla with whiffs of dark cherry and tobacco. Layers beautifully with almost all of her other fragrances -- I especially like it with Eden Juicy Apple. I'm hanging onto my last 10 ml and travel sprays of this since Mona discontinued the big bottle and now it's only an online exclusive. I'd definitely purchase a big bottle of this again.

This is THE Kayali fragrance for me. How this one doesn't have the Vanilla 28 love is beyond me. A blend of warm and boozy spices fill the room after just one spray. Smells like spending an evening at the bar. Love the tobacco note, really isn't to masculine to me! Lasts forever, which is insane coming from Kayali. I'm able to smell it on my clothing AFTER WASHES. Overwhelming to some, just right for me. Love love love.

I'm obsessed with this. I didn't realize it at first sniff, but after a few minutes it hit me: it smells very similar to Whiskey by Thin Wild Mercury, which is one of my favorite scents of all time. Whiskey is far more long lasting, but Invite Only is sweeter... I love them both 👏🏼 Also, this along with Lovefest are my favorite Kayali fragrances. I can't wait to layer the two in the cooler months.

I think this frag is primarily marketed femme...and I'm not sure why. Tobacco is my favorite note, and that is what drew me to this awesome gourmand. It's loud, proud, and unapologetic. It's a sensual frag, that (to my nose) is unisex and maybe leans masculine. If any guys generally like the notes in Kayali Amber but are undecided, I would suggest sample it...you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best smelling Kayali scent I’ve ever owned. It smells similar to Kilian Angels’ Share but more sweet. I am absolutely obsessed and immediately ordered two bottles because I knew this would be my new signature scent. It smells so delicious and honey/cinnamon/oud and I am absolutely obsessed. Smells even better than my more expensive fragrances.

I love this one. For me, it feels a bit nostalgic since it smells a lot like a cinnamon hard candy I had growing up. My favorite from the Kayali discovery set After a few hours, this sits beautifully on my skin. Creamy and nutty! I also picked up a t-shirt I used more than a week ago when I first tried this and it still had its scent!

Stunning, but for a date night or a very cold day. One of the prettiest tobacco smell on the market. You get a nice not overpowering cherry note, very boozy, nutty, heavy on cinnamon and honey with a slight note of the idea of chocolate rather the the gourmand one. That's how I would want tobacco vanille to smell like.

One of my favourite perfumes,unfortunately they don't make it any more. When I realised kay Ali have stopped to sell it i ran out to get more bottles but could only find one so I only use it on special occasions. It's complex rich sophisticated sexy and absolutely addictive. Layers beautifully with kay Ali de javu.

The smell is amazing, definitely a more feminine leaning unisex but could honestly go either way. Very cozy and warm. The only problem i have with it is that it kind of dries down in to nothing on me, maybe a rollerball problem? Idk love it either way i always layer it with something to bring it out more

Why is this so poorly rated?? This is beautiful! You can smell at the same time: tobacco, amber, honey, cherry, cinnamon and vanilla. It does feel like it is boozy, which i don’t like, but other notes are louder, so i totally don’t mind. If you like sweet, niche perfumes, you should definitely try this.

Love love LOVE! This one grew on me. I wasn't a big fan at first but I let it sit for a bit before I revisited it, and wow. What a change. That being said, you're going to either love or hate this one. Do not blind buy. Layers BEAUTIFULLY with Kayali Juicy Apple and Lovefest Burning Cherry!

This is a lovely delicate tobacco scent. Alluring sour cherry, dark chocolate and cinnamon notes. It’s got a soft spicy, nearly powdered feel. Very well blended. Unisex. Moderate longevity and projection. Beautiful for cooler weather and cocktail parties.

If you’re early in your fragrance buying journey, I don’t think you’ll like this. However, I think a seasoned nose will appreciate this. It’s unique. It’s bold, sweet, spicy. It’s perfect for fall. The cherry, cinnamon, and tobacco combo is to die for!

The best kay ali perfume ever made! So sad they don't sell it anymore. It's sophisticated sexy and addictive. Layers beautifully with the kay ali de javu. Every time I have it on people stop me and ask what it is. Absolutely gorgeous!

This is my favorite Kayali fragrance. Super grown and sexy. It has a ton of notes but they are perfectly blended. Perfect for a winter night out or a cozy night in. This is lovely layered with Lovefest Burning Cherry.

Very sweet and boozy, and a much more tolerable cherry than in Lovefest burning cherry. It's warm and amber-y, with a little spice and gorgeous backup by tobacco. I like this very much but the longevity is quite poor.

Gorgeous spicy unique fragrance, not for the faint of heart. Managed to find a 50ml but sold out everywhere else due to it being discontinued. Such a shame the brand saw fit to get rid of a fantastic fragrance

For me the most complex and unique Kayali scent and one of my all time favorites. It's rich, deep and spicy and lasts all day. It smells the best during a night out combined with cold winter air.

I got this when it first came out and I'm in love. Theres no gourmand to this. Straight up cherry hookah/tobacco. Fresh tobacco leaves with a sweet but smoked cherry accord. LOVELY!

In my skin it long last like a beast, sweet, warm and sexy. This is sweet amber quite nice, But unfortunately after I saw the reviews not many people like it.

I absolutely love this. One of my top 5. Boozy dark woody Amber scent that lasts all day. Wore this today and got not one, not two, but THREE compliments.

Hear me out, it’s Lovefest Burning Cherry mixed with Angels Share... at least I hope because I’ll have to create a cocktail when I finish my stash.
