Oudgasm Chocolate Oud | 11

I love Kayali scents, but not one of them have ever lasted longer than 15 min on my skin or clothes until now. I should state that Angels’ Share is my favorite perfume and it lasts for days on my clothes and for 8+ hours on my skin. This is the absolute first of Kayali’s entire portfolio of scents that has sillage and longevity for me. I smell the beautiful opening of boozy chocolate and vanilla. It’s lactonic side softens the bite and is more subtle than AS. AS is a powerhouse beast scent on me and has men and women following me wondering what I am wearing. This scent profile is NOT for everyone and can sour or turn sickening mixed with a certain body chemistry. I cannot absolutely wear anything with citrus. It will smell funky on me almost immediately. But, I can wear orange blossom which is light and airy with my body chemistry. There is a reason why this fragrance is completely sold out in the 50 ml bottle. It is like AS younger sister. She is coy, sensual and wearable for the masses. The layering possibilities are endless. This is a must in a gourmand lover’s collection.

Ended up with a full bottle after testing this out and I ended up loving this. YES , its like Angel Share but here is the difference : Less cinnamon than Angel Share, less boozy , softer but added signature Kayali praline sweetness like Invite Only, more incense and the drydown is very sexy and alluring even though its similar but they have these differences. Quite nice and a more femme Angel Share take. Worth testing . This works on my skin and I really love the drydown and its sexy. I do not get Khamrah in this , and I hated that scent. Just because Khamrah has cinnamon doesn't make them alike. Khamrah smells more synthetic , more boozey , more musky and masculine. This is good. 10/10 . Fall and winter season wear. Give this a chance ladies. Its actually worth keeping and let your bottle sit a bit which it will be better. I do smell the chocolate softly during the wear and get whiffs very softly at times but yes its very soft in the undertones. Layer this with : No Prince Required by Fine'ry. or Phlur Cherry Stem or Kayali Vanilla 28.....all fantastic with this!

A delicious warm and woody unisex fragrance. I usually don’t love oud-heavy fragrances but I actually get more incense than I do oud here. It also has a light booziness and overall it reminds me a lot of Kilian’s Angels’ Share Paradis. I get a light sweetness but it comes more from the orris root rather than caramel or chocolate. Has moderate sillage but only lasts about 4 hours on me. In terms of perfumes listed as similar— ✔️ Kilian Angels’ Share (and dupes): similar but sweeter and has a distinct apple pie feel ❌ Al Rehab Choco Musk: a light vanilla and chocolate scent, not woody at all ❌ Kilian Angels’ Share on the Rocks: much less woody and more fresh ❌ Lattafa Khamrah: sweeter, less woody, more powdery, and quite date-heavy ❌ Zimaya Sharaf Blend: less woody and quite date-heavy

Yes for fall/winter cooler weather! I have been searching for that apple pieish colder weather scent and this is it for me! I have Khamrah Qquaha and Boucheron Ambre d Alexandrie and neither quite hit the mark for me. Chocolate Oud does though. I do get some chocolate cocoa powder in the dry down and the oud is very light. I get the rum in the opening and there is a slight sweetness that smells like vanilla/caramel. This works well with my skin and smells decadent! I see many comparisons to Angel's Share which I do not have but tested a couple years ago and thought it too booze heavy for me. This scratches that itch I had for my perfect fall/winter yummy apple pie gourmand.

This is surprisingly beautiful! It reminds me of the spicy opening of Kilian Angel's Share, with lots of cinnamon and rum~ The rest blends well enough that I can't pick out particular notes I find it to be smoother and softer than Angel's Share, and so far, I actually prefer this! Its less sharp and easier for me to wear, while maintaining basically the same scent profile (on my skin, I see other reviews that felt more nuance between the two) I'd love to get a full bottle when I can! This is a great cozy scent for colder weather and the projection is a better match for me~

First off I was really hoping for a cocoa note. Since CHOCOLATE IS IN THE NAME. I can't not love this perfume though. AngelsShare was the perfume for me that started out my love of fragrance so yes I'm definitely buying a bottle even though I'm missing the chocolate note I was wanting. It's like a sweeter angel's share therefore slightly more feminine version to my nose. Not a cheap smelling knock off version either. This fragrance was done beautifully, has the same depth & warmth. Can't complain except for the name. Definitely purchasing. It's Good Good yall.💖

I absolutely love this perfume! It is in a word, 'delicious'. This perfume is autumn in a bottle. I get the comparisons to Angel's Share as there are similar notes but I experience this scent as a different animal. As a few previous reviewers noted, this perfume layers beautifully with apple, rum and vanilla bases (vanilla brings out more of the chocolate notes) = so she is going to be able to show different faces depending on the combination. I love me some versatility!

very misleading name - it doesn't smell like chocolate or like oud at all! it smells like a sweeter version of angel share, with a whiff of stewed apples. deliciously sweet, boozy and spicy - i don't see it mentioned but i smell some cinnamon. i got a sample and i loved the smell - if it performs well i would get the 10ml bottle to carry as it will be a great top off throughout the day if i'm wearing emir fire your desire (AS dupe).

Smells similar to Angel's share. I'd say Angel's share is more refined. Oudgasm Chocolate Oud has more chocolate in the opening which goes more to the background later on. All in all I like the fragrance, but I prefer Angel's share and got that already, so no need to also purchase this.

Picked this up at the weekend, and I love it, although like everyone is saying, im not picking up any Chocolate at all. Longevity seems to be pretty decent on my skin, smells like Christmas! but not in a cheap cinnamon candle way... just warming and cosy. Glad I got it.

I didn't think I was going to love this as much as I do! I got the oudgasm sample set to try and will definitely be needing a full bottle of this. It's apple-y, chocolatey, a little spicey. The oud is not overpowering or skanky at all. It is VERY wearable!

It reminds me more of Khamrah Lattafa than Angel’s Share.I quite like it - surprisingly an easy reach. Kayali version is easier to wear than AS, less woody, less strong, more casual. AS is more of a special occasion / night out scent.

This opens like Angel’s Share and dries down a bit like Fêve Gourmand. Not as complex (but no one does a vanillic fragrance like Guerlain), but it’s sweet, soft spicy, and just a touch boozy and woody. This is a great fragrance.

I really like this. I can smell the chocolate and it's interesting that some cannot. This reminds me of cacao dreams from Alexandria.

This is a nice scent, but it's indicernable from Killian's Angels' Share. I only smell cinnamon & caramel apple no chocolate or oud.

Very similar to Angels’ Share. But with one of the sexiest ouds I’ve tried. So, Angels’ elevated. Love.

Warm spicy, cacao, rum, boozy, sweet, woody, fruity, Oud, caramel, Iris, powdery, rich, feminine, sensual, seductive, chic, mysterious, deep, dark, alluring, tempting, yummy, intriguing, inviting, cozy, comforting, unique On me this opens delightfully sweet, fruity, boozy, and warm spicy with boozy rum, sweet and creamy caramel, warm spicy cinnamon, and sugary and fruity candy apple. The heart smolders with smokey incense, warm spicy cinnamon, and a touch of velvety orris. The base envelopes you in a rich and deep mysterious sensuality with sweet cacao and chocolate, rich agarwood, woody and creamy sandalwood, and sensual cashmere wood. I mainly get the warm spicy cinnamon, candy apple, rum, cacao/chocolate, and Oud. The development is superb! This is such a lovely, intriguing, and unique scent! This actually reminds me quite a bit of Kilian’s Angels Share. It has that same warm spicy cinnamon with boozy rum and warm apple. The opening is super pretty, and as it dries down it starts shifting towards the Angels Share scent. It really comes through in the dry down, and remains throughout the rest of the wear. I’m a huge fan of Kayali fragrances, and currently own 19 different ones! I only have a sample of this one, but I’d like to get a mini bottle of it! My top 5 faves are Yum Boujee Marshmallow, Vanilla 28, The Wedding Silk Santal, Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, and Yum Pistachio Gelato. It is like Angels Share with more prominent cinammon and a bit sweeter almost jammy in the first spray. I hardly detect chocolate. The best part for me is the dry down where it becomes a little bit more quiet and feminine, the sniffs i get when i sweat wearing this are lovely. But if you have angels share i am not sure if its worth buying. I am disappointed that the chocolate note does not stand out although its called „chocolate oud“. In the middle phase i get something „patchoulish“ which i cannot appreciate .. maybe the combi cinnamon / insence. Lastly and although we should detect oud - even more here than in the milky musc- i cannot say so, but i am not mad about it as i hoped it would be light on the oud. I would give this perfume a 6.5/10 as it is nothing new on the perfume market. Mona did it again with her marketing i guess 😂 Lets see if Lattafa releases a more chocolatey version of this, that would be perfect.

The fragrance opens with a balanced sweetness and a cozy feel. In the opening, I detect caramelized apple with a drop of rum and a light astringency from maté tea. The start is mouthwatering, yet not cloying. As it develops, a smoky nuance appears, adding a slight bitterness to the composition. This bitterness smooths out rather quickly and melts into notes of cinnamon and iris root. These notes give the fragrance a dry, subtly powdery and spicy character. In the base, the slightly sweet apple from the opening returns, dusted with cocoa and accompanied by a soft woody accent of sandalwood. The fragrance transforms beautifully from the opening to the base, with each stage of its development sounding different and remaining interesting to follow. Overall, the scent is very pleasant, soft, and enveloping, with a harmonious and refined character. It only bears a very distant resemblance to Angel’s Share.

🍒 Ive been wearing this almost everyday for 2 weeks. Kayali perfumes often need to mascerate for at least a week/sprayed 10 times, in my experience. I dont smell any chocolate. To me its a woody gourmand. It smells like cinnamon, spiced rum with a sweet woody base. I like to pair it with other gourmand scents, but sometimes I wear it on its own. I feel like any gourmand would layer well with it, even if you do smell chocolate. I often layer it with a Chocolate perfume so that it smells the way I thought it would smell according to the notes. I often layer it with Chocolate Covered Cherries by Demeter, because it has no cherry note to me. Its a great scent for Autumn and Winter, especially since it can be layered with any gourmand scent. Its not a romantic or sensual scent, I think its great for holiday parties with family or the office.

This was a blind buy/gift I recently received. The name is a bit misleading since the chocolate scent is nonexistent. All I smell in the beginning is cinnamon and the candy apple. I’m really surprised with how strong the fresh green apple scent is for me! Once it dies down, I get the spiced rum, caramel, and a bit of oud, incense, and cacao. I’m having fun layering this and making it more of a winter/Christmasy scent (ginger biscuit - Jo Malone is a great combo). I’ll definitely look into the suggestions to add chocolate scents to create the scent I was imagining. This could have been dangerously close to memories of sickly sweet shots of fireball but the smoky element saves it for me. This reminds me of going up a snow lift with friends and sharing a mickey of fireball.

The opening is Angel's Share, with a touch more sweetness. There are some notes in there that aren't as prominent in Angel's Share - this is dominated by caramel, apple cinnamon, and rum. It's more edible on opening. Within the first few minutes, a touch more musk starts to peep through, too, which provides some balance and makes it a bit more interesting. There's a smokiness that has a leather note to it (this is the oud, I guess!). This is seriously delicious and awesome. I find it to be a more complex and versatile version of Angel's Share - it's worth sampling both, if you can, before choosing between them. After about 10 hours of wear, I just smell a sweet little note right at my wrist. It projected for a good 4 hours then settled closer to the skin. Very nice!

UPDATE: I reviewed this the other day, and I don’t know how to edit my original review- so I’m posting a new one... So, after having this for several days, I’ve changed my mind! I still do not LOVE this, but it’s definitely grown on me! Also. I think I was too quick to judge; I actually smell some apple, as well as the initial cinnamon blast. It’s definitely got some allure, but on its own- it’s weak. I layer it with Al Rehab Love Apple, which definitely helps! I was gonna return this- but I’ve decided that it’s interesting enough to keep- especially since I got the small bottle. It’s VERY autumn, unisex, and if you layer it with an appropriate fragrance of your choice- I think it’s great! On its own- eh, it’s pleasant- but still just mid.

I’ve been DYING to smell this, but my local Sephora didn’t have it, so I blind bought, since the reviews were mostly good- but I’m sooo disappointed! This is what a nice autumn candle should smell like- NOT a perfume. It opens very cinnamon, with some spice and a hint of that booziness- and the dry down isn’t much different, although it does soften up a bit. I’m not getting the Angel’s Share comparison, either- especially not the dry down which is really nice with AS. And, like everyone is saying, there is NO CHOCOLATE!!! Not even a whiff or essence whatsoever. This is a miss for me and I’m pretty sure I’ll be returning it.

I just received my Kayali Chocolate Oud in the mail recently (purchased), and it's a lot lighter than the original ouds in the Kayali collection. The Chocolate one is lightly spicy, aromatic, and airy enough for me to feel comfortable using in the summer heat. There's a boozy note that lingers which is the spiced rum, and it's a nice oud gourmand mix. Emphasis on the oud of course, for those who like the straight up sugary Kayali vanillas and sugars. (I cannot remember what Angel Share smells like, but I've heard some comparisons.)

Very beautiful. Chocolate with various supporting notes like apple, rum, orris, cinnamon. Soft thanks to oud but this note is not that pronounced, just gives pleasant background. Reminds me of Perpetual by Moresque as this has gingerbread-like effect! After a time they are near identical. With wear it turns less chocolate and less cocoa but creamy with hints of cherries. I love Perpetual and this is also close to love , if only the opening chocolate would stick longer.

I bought Milky Musk and Chocolate Oud travel sizes at the same time, but I'll be returning Milky Musk. This, on the other hand, is lovely. Kayali does apple well, and yes, it's a bit of a Kilian Angel's Share dupe. However, Angel's Share lasted about 30 minutes on my skin. This lasts longer. This fall, I'll be layering it with Eden Juicy Apple to amp up the apple even more, and I'll wear it on its own this winter.

Was a bit hesitant with this one as I usually am wary of such a scent profile but this pleasantly surprised me. At first spray, it is a cinnamon cloud which is not my favorite but the dry down is really warm and gorgeous. Of course, very Angel's Share-esque but I find it quite charming and a bit more subtle. Also, it smells like sandalwood on me when it starts to fade.

VERY angel's share-y, but an overall good perfume. Its spicy and warm, and on my skin i really get the apple notes. It smells like you make apple pie with rum in it. Sweet, boozy and delicious I would say that this is perfect for the holiday season and that weird stretch from halloween to Christmas. overall, love her but its basically angels share

This is pretty delicious! The oud note makes this fragrance interesting and even eccentric, the apple is detectable, but it fades quickly from my skin. Definitely suitable for autumn and winter wear. One of the few Kayalis that I genuinely enjoy.

Nice Angel’s Share dupe, really well blended. Beautiful oud and cacao notes - very alluring, sexy, dark. Very impressed by this Oudgasm collection from Kayali so far.

Addicting sweet boozy fragrance. I detect no chocolate or oud in this. To me this smells like Fire on Ice, but with an apple note instead of raspberry.

Loved the scent. Very sweet. But seemed a bit weak compared to her other scents that I have. Ended up returning.

I wouldn’t say it’s Angels’ Share, but for sure a cheaper alternative to Oajan....

When I bought this, I wasn’t expecting it to be an attempt at a dupe of Angels’ Share. It is, with an additional cocoa note. The cocoa note puts it in the same niche as Kismet Angel/Magic. To my nose, they smell the exact same, only with a minute difference in initial intensities of select notes. Kayali has the cinnamon be a bit more prominent, while Kismet has a little more cocoa. The rest is hard to decipher, and they smell the same on dry down anyway. Where my eyebrows raise is that Kismet Angel/Magic is half the price of the Kayali 10ml for basically the same performance. I usually love what Mona puts out, but there is nothing special here. Seems out of place compared to the others in the Oudgasm collection. Do I like it? Yes. But we have too many fragrances with Angels’ Share DNA.

I'm not sure if I love this - it's much, much more powdery than Milky Musk Oud, and kind of smells very faintly like hot chocolate powder. It lacks the creaminess that I enjoy so much in Vanilla Oud and Milky Musk Oud and doesn't have much sweetness to it. I also don't get the apple, incense, rum or caramel, just this powdery chocolate scent. That said, I do enjoy oud for oud and not for 'oud caked in 10 different sugary notes' - there is a pleasant woody undertone there which I enjoy. Similarly to the rest of the Oudgasm line, the performance is great. I find the other notes pretty offputting and don't agree that it smells the way it was marketed, but perhaps with further trialling I'll come to love it. For now it's firmly in the 'ok' category.

Opening is almost identical to Angel’s Share, but without quite as much of a boozy punch. 20-30 minutes in the apple, rum, and spices recede and the whole composition smooths out. The cocoa is there, but very faint. It adds a subtle grounding quality to the rest of the spices and the teeniest hint of chocolate. The oud is almost undetectable on my skin and seems to just help add some depth very far in the background. It’s more prominent on paper. The performance is awful, full stop. It’s a skin scent within an hour and completely gone in two. It’s possible that I just go nose blind to it quickly, but that doesn’t happen with other similar scents in my collection, YMMV. Nice while it’s there, though.

If I knew Kayali was doing dupes now, I wouldnt have stayed up until 3am for the drop. This is Angel’s Share with a bit more cinnamon. I stalked Sephora for weeks waiting for this to be in stock. I was particularly excited for Chocolate Oud as the notes sounded like the perfect fall scent! I received today and I’m unfortunately feeling a bit let down. It smells great, but it’s not unique and there’s nothing innovative here. So disappointing. If you have one, you 100% don’t need the other.

I blind bought this fragrance and I knew better to not do it. Its not a bad fragrance, its nice, but so blah! Boring, nothing exciting its very similar to angel share or khamrah by lattafa, but a water down version I gotta say its classy . It also reminds me of Feve Gourmand by Guerlain as per how light it is. If i can take it back or re-sell I will. Still testing though but so far not impressed

Mix Angel Share, Killian and Khamrah and KAYALI's Oudgasm Cafe. This is what you get. I'm not sure what Mona is doing, but her 2025 releases have been dupes and super disappointing for the price point we pay. Royal fleur majesty - Delina Exclusif, Oudgasm Milky Musk - Commodity MILK (watered down severely!) Oudgasm Chocolate OUD (Killian Angel share). Love Mona, but super super disappointed.

when i first sprayed this on all i could smell was cinnamon which was so overpowering. the dry down smells nice enough but theres no chocolate OR oud

quite basic, powdered hot chocolate scent with a touch of oud and play doughy vanilla. however, layered with oudgasm milky musk, I’m in heaven.

I like it, but I can't find the chocolate. Initial spray is Angel's Share, drydown is close to Kayali Vanilla Oud.

i was hoping for a creamier chocolate but it’s more boozy coco vibes. still good! just not for me unfortunately:(

Angel's Share watered down. Nothing special, and not as long lasting as I would have hoped.

Whoooooaaaaa, this is FULL ON!!! Others have compared it to Angels Share and while I wouldn't dispute that - I would add that this smells like a heavy smoker and drinker has oversprayed Angels Share, but not enough to mask their bad breath. Smells like tobacco to me, breathed out by someone with the halitosis of an unhealthy lifestyle. There is no chocolate in this at all, but the oud is really ouding. I like having this as a reference fragrance only (I have a 10ml), but I won't be wearing it. Oud really is vile; I mean... V.I.L.E. 🤮.

The name is misleading. No oud or chocolate to be smelled. It’s part Khamra and part Angel Share. The attempt to add chocolate didn’t work but it gives the dry down a bitter bathroom cleaner smell. I so so wanted to love this but it’s a return. Also they now have 50 ml for the price you used to pay for 100 ml. This is a big bummer.
