Notes of Rose Reserve

I really enjoy rose-based scents, and this one looked like the type of fragrance I'd usually love. At first spritz, I get a sheer, light veil of rose... the barest whisper of slightly sweetened innocent, pink rose. Very pretty. Very subtle. Very quiet. And then, it's gone in a blink. After a ridiculously short period of time, I can't smell it on my skin or shirt any more. By "short amount of time" I'm looking at maybe 20 minutes? By the end of the first hour... it's indectable, even with close and careful sniffing, nose pressed to skin. I might get a couple more whiffs, here and there, but it's not like smelling a normal perfume... it's so faint, and not tied to anything that I can smell directly on my skin, that it's almost like stepping into a room after somebody else, wearing rose perfume, has just left. I usually only wear a single spritz of perfume, on my chest, under my shirt. The perfume tends to get on my shirt, so I can smell it even the next morning. But, not this one. I spritzed my arm, my chest, my shirt... there's no other perfume that I've ever spritzed so profusely, but sadly, it still disappeared on me. It's a shame, because it's pretty. But, there's just not much there. Not much strength, nothing really surprising or noticeable or attention getting. Just... the sheerest, most delicate rose that I think I've ever smelled in a perfume. If this is one that you're looking at, definitely try to grab a sample before buying a bottle. I haven't noticed a tendency for my skin to "eat perfumes", but this could be the first ;) so I'd love to hear if it's longer-lasting for anyone else.
