Serenity

I got this in a Scent Sample Box and this reminds me of a snowy wood. I don't get any booziness but rather a creamy, musky, cold wood. I think it is nice and would definitely buy it for my husband. I think it leans more unisex masculine as opposed to feminine but that's just my personal opinion. Its lightness makes me question how long it would last on the skin as I'm not sure it has lasting power. But, this would be good to wear at work as its quite inoffensive!

The only way I can describe this is a very creamy whiskey smell. Serenity ??I'm not sure, but it definitely smells good!!!! scent 8.0/10 strength/long. 7.0/10.......PS....i think the bottle design is really nice as well....ciao !!

I purchased this without full knowledge that it was made to be layered. As a stand alone fragrance it's actually not bad. Very creamy and slightly sweet sandlewood with a nice peaches and cream vibe is what I got. 100% unisex, neither feminine or masculine leaning. However I decided to try layering with it. I tried using Artisan Pure since it was rated as possibly like the original Kenneth Cole for Him and it's nice. It smoothed out Artisan Pure and took away some of the sharp herbaceous edges, while adding a touch of sweetness and creaminess as well. It really did make it better, for me anyway. It made it smell a little bit like those orange dream sickles you used to have as a kid. So then I thought, I should try layering this with Paco Rabanne Ultrared, and WOW ! ! ! It makes everything better. Every part of the fragrance has more pop to it. The opening is brighter, louder and a more crisp and realistic citrus than just Ultrared by itself. The mid of the fragrance maintained more projection than it normally would and seemed to be almost effervescent when it's normally getting pretty close to the skin by then. The base, which seemed to take at least two more hours than it normally takes to get there maintained more of the citrus from the opening than it normally would and also seemed much creamier than it would at this point. So basically I say it's an ok purchase just by itself. But if you layer, or own either Artisan Pure or PR Ultrared then you should definitely pick it up and then you can thank me later. Seriously, if you have either of those get it!

I live for layering. To find as fragrance that was specifically designed for layering?!? Well they is just the bees knees for someone like me! 02JAN23: Okay...arrival day. This smells like a light woody-peachy slightly-vannilic and boozy fragrance. For the first 5 minutes I get a LOT of booze...then the woodiness comes in. Then 5 minutes later in the mid-drydown I get the vanilla and peachy/fruity notes easing their way in. This is very soft and light...very subtle fragrance. If you aren't paying attention you could miss the changes. This would be a game-changing fragrance if it were full strength. I've never smelled anything like it and doubt I ever will...but I wish I could. If Alexandria Fragrances could make a full-strength clone of this...it would be a one-off fragrance that only they had available. Hmmm...maybe i should make it! Crodamol...some better "Peach" chem...coumarin and ethyl maltol...sylvamber and javanol... I've got the basics that should cover it...but I've gotta find a similar peach aromachem though, what I have isn't "bright" enough to match the way this frag smells... Time to get to work... (05JUN23)UPDATE: Well well well...this has improved in potency substantially since I purchased it!!! Wearing it layered on top of "Honey I washed the kids" and it's a perfect match! I do believe I will pick up a backup bottle before it cannot be found.

Woody, creamy, a bit nutty. No booze or whiskey at all (if you’re used to niche fragrances that have boozy notes). Dries powdery, warm with a tiny touch of pepper, and leans traditionally feminine, but could of course be worn by anyone. Quite a comforting scent, would be nice to wear for bed (I gravitate towards powdery scents for bed).

Oh, this is nice! The cold woods, the vanilla, the Peach that seeps through. Sighs, if only it wasn't so dang weak.

Easily the best of this series. The others are mostly forgettable.

There are 2 formulations of this out there, one is light and has a calming unisex peach, white pepper vibe, and the other is really pungent, almost smelling like spicey-sweet boozey buttery liquorice to my nose. The former came in a mini gift set with all 4 companion sprays, the latter was purchased by itself as a full size bottle. Hope this helps.

The definition of smelly water. It has literally nothing going on. Watery stinky weirdness.

Woody vanilla booze. Very light. I have (and LOVE) the KC for HER in the same shaped bottle. But I learned after blind buying this- they are more catering to layering with the mens scent. Oh well. This was a whopping $14 ebay tester purchase. ;) I do like it! But it's rather masculine for wearing alone. I'll have fun with it. I own A LOT of woody/boozy/leather/vanilla scents to play with. The juice doesn't match the blue color IMO. (I expect fresh/floral/aquatic with blue, haha) I did 3 sprays to the cardboard box it came in, and this is quite sweet, which I like! Ah, this smells a bit like Living Lalique!

I was not a fan at all by itself. Layering it over the KC For Him, as intended, and it is awesomesauce. It adds a creamy woody almondy effect to the masculine base. By itself it was predominately masculine, but layered it brings a masculine scents into a unisex feel. This is a combo that I can see myself actually wearing again.

Even though this is EDT you would think with Base notes like it does and how deep it smells. You'd think it would last longer but it's quite weak. It's comforting, warm, a little rum, sweet and great for layering in which it was designed for .
