Kenzo Amour I Love U

A burst of citrus, then soft roses and peach. Within an hour, absolutely nothing. This is like being handed a flower that promptly wilts in your hand. Just a moment of beauty, then disappointment. A waste of money. Also, the lid is annoying. It's difficult to line up. I don't want to have to twist a lid back and forth trying to get it to sit right. The tester didn't have a lid on it and now I know why.

Beautiful, simple perfume. I received it for a special gift, and I love it. I do find the bottle lid hard to line up, but I feel the perfection within the perfume makes up for that. I also enjoy the signature Kenzo bottle shape. All in all, this perfume is worth every cent, and I adore it!

This Delicate elegant fragrance is very soft, great for day time. When I first smelt it...it was like wow...I could smell the freshness of the grapefruit, I could really smell the peach, and then that soft Rose...Settling on my skin quite nicely!!...I love it!!

Very creamy scent and strong it lasts on my skin for a reasonable amount of hours..cannot complain about this scent at all.It is floral and to be honest I was kind of surprised when I smelled because I love it :)) and I don't usually wear flowery scents.

Oh my! I really, really like this! Very beautiful bottle, and a clean, feminine rose scent. Not too sweet, not cloying, very pleasant. I feel very feminine in a casual/elegant way when I wear this. Very me! My new favorite!

I just got this in the mail today and I'm really loving Kenzo so far this is a light fresh floral perfume when you want a pick me up this is it I plan on buying at least 2 more bottles of this

This was an exceptional perfume. It's been more than 10 years since I've finished my bottle and I still miss it!

Really nice. It's great for spring, fresh, creamy. It doesn't last as long as I would have wished.

The opening of Kenzo Amour I Love U makes me think of a sparkling juicy pear. It's a scent full of delight. It's until later that I manage to discern grapefruit and peach. Then comes the powdery violet and rose. They soon reach to full blossom. Grapefruit lingers and gives a kick to freshen up the flowers. Though I find it very pleasant, I can hardly relate it with the original Amour. If I have to choose a line to release it, I might choose Flower for the powdery violet and rose, or Flower Tag for the citrus kick among flowers. After 2 hours, the fragrance dries down to a woody musky scent with slight fruity-floral caracter. While the opening still has some sillage, the drydown is very close to skin. It's comforting, but I still wish the fruity-floral part could last longer as it's sweet yet refreshing. Overall it's a lovely powdery fruity-floral fragrance. Certainly not ground-breaking, but easy to appreciate. A relatively safe option as gifts IMO.

I found it at the airport. First reflection? Really catchy bottle. Somehow the first Kenzo Amour didn't appeal to me that much. It must be the new, pink and delicate colour I found so captivating. As for the scent - I always choose fresh, and light fragrance. My favourites are: Dior Addict Shine, Dior Forever and ever, Chanel Chance Tendre, Chanel Chance Fraiche for winter, Kenzo Amour could go along with them nicely, still it doesn't really hold a candle. First of all it's kind of soapy. I like to feel fresh wearing perfumes but not necessarily that sort of freshness I have in mind... Secondly the scent lasted only about two hrs maybe. When I got off the plane it was basically gone... I might consider buying it the next time, though just to have that bottle ;)

Just as I announced - the bottle is now mine ;):) Being asked what I want for Easter gift, since I couldn't find it anywhere but on the airport, I answered - the new kenzo. Surprisingly - I like it very much now!! Maybe because it occured to be so hard to find in my country - impossible in fact - and now I have sth I have been longing for. :) I wish I could really tell what the fragrance is, but I can't really put my finger on it. Sure - some citrus at the beginning, but later it gets more floral. Soft and delicate for sure. Now I KNOW! - it reminds me of Dior Forever and ever. The same delicate scient. Same soft notes. No wonder it kept preying on my mind. Glad that I have it :)

Nice summer scent in a lovely bottle, much lighter than the original Amour and without the original's sweetness (which I find cloying, so I prefer this one by miles).

stunning bottle, but the scent is really weak and nothing special. i get only some ordinary rosy soap on a musky base. gone in 2 hours. thumbs down.

Very nice subtle and light. Tried it on at the store today. I like a lot of the Kenzos and this is no exception.

Really Liking the perfume just got it as a blind buy and it smells very lovley 🥰

I have no problems with the scent of this perfume, it's not my favourite but it is a nice floral scent. I don't get much citrus or musk, nevertheless still a very pleasent fragrance. However, the longevity and silage really dissapointed me. An hour after spraying this on it was barely noticeable. Another thing that bothers me is the bottle. The lid is quite annoying to put back on the bottle and it is disproportionately large.

Well, I tested this at sephora when the bottle hit my eye. Of course, the bottle is so pretty. Love the colors on it and would look elegant on any table. I just simply find this perfume to be very basic. It smells expensive but it disappears quickly and has very low scillage. I realize that oriental perfumes are preferred fresh but it was a little light and showery to me. I smell a light fresh sweet rose that could be mistaken for another flower or is covered up by a fresh green. Smells a little watery to me. I find this totally non offensive and very "pleasant"....but I don't love it and I don't want it. If I did receive this as a gift or something I might wear it once in a while when I do not want to be noticed. This perfume blends. This is one for a woman who doesn't want to smell like perfume or an office worker who isn't suppossed to wear scents. I like my scents with more punch than this. I like things like hypnotic poison, Angel, hot couture, jadore, etc....I like to smell a scent that makes an impact. I like it to be with me during my day. This one was one that just left to quickly and wasn't entertaining when it was here. This is a great scent for a mature woman who has it all and you are buying this simply for the impact of the bottle. Just too boring for me. I'd rather wear Stella, Paris, pure poison or givenchy very irresidtsble to get a rose scent. I also have Dior addict to life which is also s pretty basic hum drum rose that actually is pretty similar to this one but it actually lasts. I can't imagine getting compliments or complainys with this one. A "C" perfume.

I've always found it hard to like any of kenzo amour perfumes.this one's very different from other amour flankers,but has something in the root that reminds me of it's precedent ones. first of all,it DOESN'T SMELL LIKE MOSCHONI I LOVE LOVE.ok,both are fresh,but very different. kenzo amour I love u starts with strong grapefruit scent mixed with something strange,powdery and sweet. as the time goes,I can detect musk,some sweet musk mixed with soapy notes,but sadly(for me) no fruity note. it's very soft.the sillage is not considerable at all.it's not something you go crazy for or couldn't find a good replacement of it.but the bottle is gorgeous,it's the mos beautiful among amour bottles.actually reminds me of lipstick and as it's only available in 40 ml,it's just a little bigger than a lipstick!

First impression: the bottle is really cute, although the cap is kinda inconvenient and it takes too much space. Imagine how the box would be much smaller if the cap is proportional to the bottle. The smell is really floral, when I spray it on I feel like I'm walking through a garden. I get compliments on this right after. Oh but this could attract some insects to you though, especially bees, because of the floral scent. This doesn't last long on my skin at all, although my clothes it lasts forever. Seriously, I can still smell this after 2-3 days. I wish it would work better with my skin though. I probably wouldn't buy this after I'm done with this bottle, but it still has a nice scent.

First impression, very "fresh," citrusy, light florals, not distinctive at all. The reason I even tried this was because I like Kenzo Amour, but find it a bit too much of something, so was hoping this flanker would be similar but closer to what I want. Instead, it is the complete opposite of the original. There are fleeting moments when I think I smell something nice in I Love U, might be the violet or musk, but the fragrance is very light and before you can really analyze what it is, the entire scent tries to evade you. Ironically, many hours later, a rested nose can pick up traces of the fragrance on the skin under a sleeve.
