Kenzo Amour Make Me Fly

What a joyous little monster this is. Opening with cherry blossoms and mandarin, then settling into utterly glorious musk and plum bliss. The sillage is good and the longevity astounding - I chew through scent, but this beauty hangs in for the long haul. Happy days.

This is a nice non-complicated fragrance with magnolia, cherry blossom (for that extra sweetness) and musk as the main runners. For me it's also a compliment-getter, so i can't complain. Good for office and everyday wear, not offensive at all, not very original either, but still - very pleasant!

I don't like it on me for it bypasses the fruit notes and give me a 5 minute blast of the cherry blossom scent. The scent works its way to the magnolia flower with a cherry on top. It makes me think of young girls just learning about perfume something they would enjoy. I never get much of a dry down scent just like the top notes, maybe a light cherry blossom/ musk scent. I agree with another reviewer it's more of a body splash that has a nice blast of scent then poof it's gone. It is loud at times in the cherry scent then bombs into a total skin scent of barely nothing . Let's go scrub it off!!!

This barely smells like watered down body spray. It could be my skin I guess. Or perhaps it needs the warmth of summer to go anywhere. This was a blind buy for me in the sense that I popped it on my Christmas wish list. I was drawn to it because I love original amour, I loved the name, I also loved the vibrant packaging. I was excited when I recieved it and ready to be wowed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed. I cant describe the smell because I cant smell anything! And I normally LIKE subtle fragrance.

While I love Kenzo, this perfume definitely left a lot to be desired, started strong but turned faint after 30 minutes, it's a floral soapy shampoo-ey perfume, reminds me of a rose scented soap, if you want something sweeter that lasts longer, definitely go for Blossom by Jimmy Choo.

If you like shampoo scents and don't mind a scent that disappears faster than most, this might be your girl. It's not mine. I can barely smell it to decide whether it's nice before it poofs away. The most fitting word I can say for it is unnecessary. Fast fashion perfume.

I really like the top notes of this perfume, it seems really playful at first, the mandarin brings a yummy tint to it, however the base notes, especially the musk feel heavy to me. It is not necessarily unbearable, but it brings nothing special in the world of perfumes.

Fresh cherry blossom and white musk shampoo scent. Kinda sweet for my taste. Bought for $10 on clearance at TJ MAXX and will gift to a younger friend of mine, who will enjoy it for what it is: fresh, carefree, young, and fun.

This smells tropical to me. Super fruity, definitely not in a generic way. I would have guessed quince or frangipani, guess it's the cherry blossom. Loving this!

This perfume is really good, light but still strong. It reminds me of a fruit flavored tea. It’s pretty without trying too hard. Lasts a good 5/6 hours on me.

Ohhh...please Kenzo, stop making slightly different fragrances out of the original!!! The original fragrance, in this case Kenzo Amour, is always the best.

I don't get it. Don't get the name , don't get the concept. Don't get it.

But still I will give it a try.
