Cream Velvet

At first encounter, Cream Velvet by Khadlaj seems almost shy. I remember thinking, briefly, that it might not be strong enough - that its voice was too soft, its presence too discreet. That thought did not survive the hour. Because Cream Velvet does not announce itself. It settles, like silk laid over warm skin, and only then begins to speak. This is not velvet in the heavy, plush sense - not the theatrical drape of sweetness that demands attention. It is silk warmed by the sun, fluid and luminous, moving with the body rather than sitting upon it. The caramel note glows rather than pours: golden, airy, and gently toasted, as if sweetness itself were breathing. And then there is the jasmine - the quiet architect of the fragrance. Though named a heart note, it behaves like a pulse, threading itself through the entire composition. It does not bloom loudly; it curves the scent, giving the caramel a feminine spine and a living softness. This jasmine does not shout “flower” - it murmurs warmth, skin, and grace. It is what turns sweetness into sensuality, what lifts Cream Velvet out of youth and into womanhood. I realized my mistake about its strength not in front of a mirror, but in the world. At the post office, standing still, the woman behind the counter paused and remarked on my “lovely caramel scent.” The fragrance had crossed space quietly, without force - perceptible, unmistakable, yet never intrusive. Compared to Eclaire by Lattafa - which I adore for its boldness, its tenacity, its unapologetic sweetness - Cream Velvet is restraint made beautiful. Where Eclaire declares, Cream Velvet confides. Where Eclaire dazzles, Cream Velvet glows. The jasmine ensures that its caramel never feels juvenile or edible; instead, it feels lived-in, intimate, and refined. This is a gourmand that does not hunger to be consumed. It wishes to be worn, to be warmed, to be carried by skin and air alike. Cream Velvet does not project like a flame. Velvet Cream after 9 months of sitting is honestly a monster. Today I sprayed one single spray on a blotter and left it in the far corner of a large living room and it filled the entire space. I could clearly smell it from around 10 meters away. For the first 3 hours, the projection was almost aggressively strong, only calming down to about a 1 meter bubble after 5 to 6 hours. Please consider you might be getting noseblind to it before spraying more. My biggest issue with this perfume is actually its strength. I know that sounds strange, but it’s too loud and pushy, and that hurts its versatility for me. You really have to be in the mood for it. That said... it’s gorgeous. Rich, sweet, caramelized, addictive. I just personally get bored of this DNA quickly, so nowadays I mostly use Velvet Cream/Eclair as a layering perfume to add sweetness, creaminess, and a caramelized effect to other fragrances and for that purpose, it’s amazing. Ironically, my favorite version of this DNA is Eclair Affair. The coconut is blended in beautifully there, and the softer, more moderate performance makes it much easier to wear anytime, anywhere. Update: The next day, I repeated the test. I placed a fresh blotter in the same living room, and this time the projection was cut roughly in half. To me, that's pretty strong evidence that nose blindness plays a significant role in how people assess Velvet Cream's performance. This fragrance is powerful, but it's also easy to become desensitized to it. My advice: be cautious with the sprayer. You may think it's fading when everyone around you is still getting hit by a cloud of caramelized sweetness.

"Cream Velvet" is probably the most unapologetic and delicious gourmand I have ever beheld. It opens with a slightly alcoholic caramel (as if it was soaked in brandy) and absorbed some of its sourness. This mellows down quickly with the advent of the smooth and cosy butter, softening and enveloping the top note in its delicate embrace. Honey also adds to the "drunkenness" of the composition, making it more golden and indulgent. It does not make the fragrance exceedingly sweet, tempered by the tonka's nutty velvet-like texture. Look for jasmine as I may - I cannot find it as my olfactory senses are overpowered by all that gourmand deliciousness and my entire focus is on it (what can I say, - I do have a sweet tooth). Vanilla, musk and amber swirl seamlessly into the composition, without funfair or special announcement. They are perfect companions for the top and the heart of the "Cream Velvet", and help to create a smooth and multifaceted fragrance, without any breaks or stand-offs between the notes and transitions, with the dry down being seductive and warmly intimate. "Cream Velvet" is a perfect Fall-Winter scent, for any time of the day (just be mindful of how many sprays you make). It has an amazing projection and sillage and will be noticed even after 5 hours just as it begins to melt into one's skin. Overall it lasts on me between 8 and 12 hours, and after the full day's "work" becomes a perfect bedtime scent. I would also wear it in Spring-Summer, on cooler evenings, to get an indulgent seduction of buttery caramel and vanilla and treat myself to my now favourite dessert in a bottle.

I'm sorry but I truly think many people are getting fake bottles. Amazon is full of these fake Cream Velvet(but not actually the brand Khadlaj, even if when people get the bottle it may say it is) listings as I stated down below. Please watch exactly what you're purchasing. Just watched a video on Youtube with someone who I think had a fake and they said it was super weak also. I noticed you could see the juice in the light when she held the bottle up. If you've bought it already, hold the bottle up to the light. If you can see the juice through it, it's not legit. Someone in Amazon reviews compared her legit bottle with those and that's what she found. The real ones are completely opaque and the only way you can see the juice is to turn the lights off and shine a bright light through it. I tested this on my own bottle and it's true. Edited to add: FYI the Amazon link on here goes straight to one of those fake listings. Probably because the one real listing is almost always sold out. I just won't buy from Amazon for Cream Velvet tbh. Ebay has a few fake active listings also. I'm willing to bet a ton of people have fake bottles. Especially considering the vast performance differences. Edited again much later: Thank goodness. Amazon now goes to a legit listing. And I think they took down those fake ones. Unfortunately those listings where up for months and sold decently. I have no doubt at least a few hundred people have fake bottles of this scent. :(

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend just randomly because I wanted to know what Bianco Latte smelled like and she has quite the thing for pink bottles. No regrets at all, not sure how close this is to BL but holy shit it smells so good and delicious. Khadlaj rarely misses and this definitely did not miss. Scent: The opening smells EXACTLY like Werther’s Original. Caramel and butter candy to an absolute tee before drying down into a slight honey and strong vanilla note. It’s not a complex smell by any means but this is what I expected to get when blind buying Cream Velvet. Deliciously sweet and creamy. Performance: BEASTLY. On clothing or on skin you’re gonna be smelling nothing but buttery caramel in the air which I have no issues with. Leaves behind a creamy and delicious scent trail as well. Just wanna keep leaning in a sniffing the heck out of my girlfriend. Versatility: Objectively speaking this should be more of a night time, colder season kinda scent but I feel like it just works whenever with the exception of maybe summer days. Scent: 8.5/10 Performance: 10/10 Versatility: 8/10 Personal Score: 8.5/10 Didn’t expect I’d rate it so highly myself but man it’s a fucking belter. As a gourmand scent to get a girl, I have zero qualms about it. It smells the exact way you think it should smell and the performance is also crazy for being only $30. Highly recommend for dudes who want their girlfriends to smell like a buttery candy.

Okay, I'm giving my final review. Khadlaj fragrances do not require nearly as much maturing I've found so I think my bottle is at a good stage. What I get immediately is a pure vanilla pudding topped with whipped cream(a rep for the brand stated there was whipped cream in this, unlisted I guess). And I definitely smell that. That morphs into a lightly spiced buttercream icing middle. Then that spice slowly intensifies and the whipped vanilla/buttercream icing scent gets less prominent(but still hangs around in the background) resulting in something very similar to YSL's Babycat imo. The base is like a Babycat Lite version(but still very potent) with a more whipped vanilla accent. Unisex but leans heavily into the feminine side I think. Strong performer. 6+ hrs going strong before fading into a skin scent(then 2-4hrs). Last forever on clothes. Can be smelt from rooms over according to some in my family. Very Fall & Winter cozy but might could work in the cooler months of Spring. Very happy to have this in my collection. Edited to add: After this has sit for over two months this fragrance is SUPER potent. I actually do almost half sprays to get a smaller spritz. Even with a tiny bit I smell it on myself all day. Beast mode crazy good performer.

I normally go for more woody/incensey unisex fragrances, but this one won me over in a really unexpected way. Innocent, cuddly, soft and sweet but not overblown. There’s a hint of cereal milk in here but it blends perfectly into what would otherwise be an obnoxious powder. I also don’t get a ton of caramel from this, it’s a little too lactonic and fluffy. Texture: Imagine a chunk of the softest, smoothest, shimmer eyeshadow pulled across a cheekbone. It’s powder but so unbelievably smooth it’s almost creamy. LOVE this. Khadlaj nailed this in a beautiful way. Neither warm nor cool. Color: literally creamy white. “Bianco latte” really is the perfect name for this DNA Who would wear this: It’s feminine for sure but I don’t think there’s any age limit. For me it’s a sweet and comforting bedtime scent, not really sexy but perfect for being surrounded by fluffy pillows. Compared to Lattafa’s Eclair: same DNA but not as well executed. Smells very thin and anemic compared to the comparative richness of Cream Velvet — it’s fine on its own, but Cream Velvet is the clear winner for me in terms of quality. Spend the extra 10 or whatever *disclaimer: I've had this for over a year so it's had time to fully mature

I have Bianco, Eclaire, Vanilla Voyage, Nyla Vani-Elle, Latte Abyad, Cream Velvet, Tiramisu Caramel. None of these are exact to BL but all of them are good. Here's a ranking if it helps! 1. Cream Velvet ($34 Tiktok). My favorite. Extrait, very longlasting. Khadlaj is quality. No aging needed. No alcohol, slightly buttery, sugary, and very creamy. Heavy pudding texture. Close to BL but with a butter note. 2. Tiramisu Caramel ($25 Amazon). This is the closest to BL but it has a plastic, chemical smell? Will update with more testing. 3. Eclaire ($25 Amazon). More caramel, cakey drydown. It takes a few weeks to settle! At first I got rubber and alcohol. 4. Nyla Vani-Elle ($25 TT) I get soft white florals in the opening, in a good way. Alcohol blast but a really pretty take on the DNA. Drydown is very close to BL. 5. Vanilla Voyage ($27 TT Live). The vanilla is sharp the way Mancera does vanilla. No cream or caramel. Think vanilla + honey. Drydown is really nice. Heavier profile. NOT close to BL. 6. Latte Abyad ($35 TT). Diet vanilla ice cream version of BL. It's airy and they replaced the sugar with splenda. Lighter profile. Honestly you will be happy with any of these and they all perform well.

I haven't tried Bianco Latte yet, so can't make the comparison. But I was looking for an affordable perfume that smells like vanilla frosted cake. This one delivers! The opening is a little alcoholic and bitter. The bitterness reminds me of the vanilla extract/essence straight from the bottle. But that harsh opening fades away in seconds and turns into this delectable, vanilla cake with frosting. I can't single out other notes, just lots and lots of edible vanilla whiffs and I love it! Cream Velvet makes me crave for cakes and desserts. It makes me happy, it comforts me without making me overwhelmed. It doesn't have a super long lasting power but then again, no perfumes last on me much. If you layer this with Rifaaqat, you will smell sexy!! Also, I'd suggest you to not sniff your skin immediately after spraying it. Give it a few seconds and then sniff it, you will love it. Edit: Just wore it and when I entered the room my mom kept sniffing saying something smells like cake! I am happy!

Bought eclaire first which is nice but not amazing and felt like I was always waiting for it to lose that synthetic plastic note. Meanwhile I heard about cream velvet being a similar scent profile to Bianco latte, this is so beautiful creamy buttery sweet straight out of the bottle (keep in mind how long ago you’re was manufactured, mine was over a year old so it’s fully matured out of the box). I then bought Noor which is an extrait and even better than cream velvet, then I found out about Sana by risala omg it’s the best of the lot. I also have Nyla vanielle which I also adore. Sorry eclaire, you are now just my body spray. I also have taken caramel (burnt plastic yuck), tiramisu caramel (nice but still waiting for it to mature a little), Fede Celeste toffee which is nice but not as good or strong as any other listed above. If I had to pick my favs out of the dna scent profile it would be 1. Sana, 2.Noor, 3. cream velvet and 4. Nyla Vanielle. I wouldn’t rebuy any of the others.

I havent tried Bianco latte, let me preface with that. However, ive tried all the supposed dupes and can finally give my two cents. Eclaire was my first dupe, and this one smells like pure vanilla icecream to me. Its creamy and dense, lasts perfectly for a whole day wear. It does have a faint gasoline note but honestly i kind of like it? And it goes away more with maturation. Vanilla voyage was my 2nd dupe and WOW this is THICK and strong. Yet somehow its more airy than eclaire and has a deeper caramel note. I'm not sure this is for me. Cream Velvet next, and this is the perfect combination of the two! It still has that ice cream smell which i loved from eclaire, yet is very smooth and well blended and lasts eternally on my skin, like vanilla voyage. By far my favourite of the bunch! Overall, they are all excellent if you love a rich gourmand vanilla, its just a case of sampling to see which one works best for your nose and skin ❤️

I was looking at the listings on Amazon. There are 3 atm and not one of them list the actual Khadlaj brand. In fact, they all have the branding on the bottle & box covered up, both in pics and the small ad video. Plus actually say from other brands in the info. I'd be leery that those are fakes. There is ONE listing that looks legit(has Khadlaj Perfumes in brand listing info & pics show brand label) and it's currently out of stock. Just be careful. Edited to add: Also seeing some questionable overseas listings on Ebay that people are actively buying from. Please make sure the listing says the brand Khadlaj and that it's coming from within your own country if possible. I have to be honest here. I think there are a lot of fake bottles of this going around. Especially considering this is a beast in projection(we're talking smelling from rooms away) and some people are getting little to no performance at all. Doesn't make sense to me.

I actually dont think its close to Bianco Latte at all. Yes it is a creamy caramel vanilla but Bianco Latte is much denser, like condensed milk, caramel creme toffees and a bit of spice. This has no spice at all, it is very airy like sugar cookies and a lot sweeter in a cotton candy sugary way not so much the dense caramel of Bianco Latte. I dont get milk per say but buttercream frosting. It has actually grown on me, at first I didnt like it because I wanted a 1:1 but now that I am satisfied in the Bianco Latte department, I think this is a wonderful alternative on the style. It doesnt come across synthetic at all and I have become a huge fan of butter notes so I like that this leans more buttery than caramelly. It is close to Vanilla Voyage with that pure vanilla extract vibe and butter but here the scent is a lot more baked cookie-ish and far less spicy, no spice at all actually and no honey. Its not redundant to me.

YUM! Yum yum yum. Cream Velvet is buttery, sweet, warm, and creamy, and a little powdery. It smells like caramel and vanilla frosting but in more of a candle way than a food way, if that makes sense? It's absolutely scrumptious. Performance is GREAT - wears allllllll day (and all night, if you get it on your clothes) and projects far from the skin. One spray and you're set. I get so many compliments when I wear it. This was a blind buy that I am THRILLED with. Regarding similarity to Bianco Latte - I would say this smells 70% like BL. Smelling them separately, I thought "woah, this is almost the exact same!!" but smelling them directly side by side, BL is a little more warm and gooey, and Cream Velvet has a little more butter and a little more...sharpness? Powdery-ness? especially in the first hour of wear. For the price, I can't complain about Cream Velvet whatsoever.

After some of my favourite #PerfumeTok Creators celebrated this perfume, I blind bought it and so far, I really like it. As I already tried Lattafa Eclair and absolutely hated it, Zimaya Tiramisu and kind of liked it, I decided to give this one a chance, as well. After the initial few sprays, you can definitely see the heavy gourmand side of it, with butter and caramel being very prominent. Allegedly, maceration gives it more refinement, so I am looking forward to that - just in time for autumn and winter. I would not wear this in summer, but as the weather gets colder, I believe it would be perfect for layering. I am not sure I would wear this on its own, but we will see how the maceration develops the notes further. Definitely see the hype on this one and I waited patiently until Notino had a 33% deal on this ;). Got it for as little as 20€!

I love this SO much! This scent is exactly what i'd been picturing every time someone would describe eclair or tiramisu, only when i got eclair i was wholly dissapointed because it smelled weird and burnt and more like cinnamonrolls than a caramel sunday, and tiramisu too was just a bit too spiced for my liking. But this! This smells exactly how i wanted it to!!! A sweet delicious soft serve vanilla sunday with caramel drizzled on top, or like a pastry of some kind. Sweet fluffy and edible. It’s so so SO well blended and smooth, i can't even begin to describe it. Smooth and sweet without being cloying or gross. On me it last all day and has stellar projection, any hugs i give always being followed by comments on how delicious i smell. Gosh, i'm in love!!! This is definetely what i'll be wearing throughout the cold half of the year.

To me it smells like vanilla buttercream frosting or like a vanilla white cake. Very good fragrance even if a bit basic and pretty affordable. That being said there is definitely a licorice note at the top that definitely caught me off guard when I first sprayed. On my skin I get at least 8 hours, maybe even more as Ive caught whiffs of this in my chest after waking up. On clothing, at least on certain fabrics, ive smelled this on them for up to a month, dont spray on clothes unless you want them to smell of this for a long while or you wash them very frequently. My raincoat smelled like this for ages to the point where I wanted to wash it even though I only wore it once. Would walk past my hung jacket and smell this on it each time.

Smells just like Bianco Latte with a bit of butter. It has the SAME super annoying plasticky note that Bianco Latte has. I know you might think that Bianco Latte is more 'refined' because it's more expensive, but noooooo it smells just like Cream Velvet. If you put Bianco Latte and Cream Velvet side by side you would not be able to tell them apart (on the dry down). Eclair is the exact same but with a tiny bit of a floral note and no butter. The butter note does make Cream Velvet slightly softer and 'creamier' than Eclair and tones down the plasticky note a bit. Bianco Latte, Eclair, and Cream Velvet all smell exactly the same on the dry down.

this is a deliciously smooth buttery caramel vanilla fragrance, very similar to eclaire but much better in my opinion. when i first smelled it, it did have a sharp licorice scent, but over time it went away and now it is just a very VERYY smooth and creamy vanilla, like a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream with caramel drizzled on top. however, the lasting power on the skin is disappointing. i just sprayed some on my arms a few hours before this and currently i smell nothing. on clothes though! it LASTS. for the price, i would say it is a great vanilla and works wonderfully for layering, too! i will definitely repurchase when i finish my bottle

To say I love vanilla perfumes is an understatement. I love the scent of vanilla so much, and so I absolutely adore Cream Velvet. It’s soft and airy with the perfect amount of vanilla, butter and caramel. If you are a vanilla lover like me, this won’t disappoint you. I did notice the scent is very one dimensional; what you spay on is what you get. Personally I don’t mind this at all. For at least 3-5 hours I get whiffs of vanilla buttery caramel and that is all I ask for. I’ve gotten 2 compliments in one day, telling me how yummy I smelt. For the price this is usually sold at, I am a big big fan!

I have to agree with the other reviewers this is an identical twin to both Eclaire and Bianco Latte. The opening of this is better than Eclaire and the projection and sillage is absolutely massive. I find Eclaire to be kind of on the mild side of projection and the musky airy opening to be nice but not my favorite. This handles both of my complaints in one go. This will be my go to from now on for this dna. Edit: I wore this the other day and someone tracked me down to tell me how good I smell and to ask what it was. Told me how delicious it smells. I would call that a rave review!

Not sure how people are getting weak from this. My Cream Velvet is so strong that if I do more than 2 sprays max it knocks me out. lol People have smelt this from room to room in my house. I know this particular fragrance has a super amount of fakes of it going around. And I'm pretty sure Amazon for months was selling the fakes(with the legit listing being out of stock constantly). Considering my experience with this scent I can't help but think many aren't getting legit bottles. It's either that or they've reformulated it or it just has a huge inconsistency in production.

to fans of cream velvet., unfortunately they reformulated it? i don’t know but the first bottle i got from them, the top note has mentioned ‘licorice’ but then i bought a back up bottle (new batch with august 2025 production) and the box no longer mentions it as a top note. and it smells different as well, the caramel smells similar to caramel cascade now instead of bianco latte or eclaire. my first cream velvet was much more smoother. but i’m not losing hope, my new one is just new so i’m hoping after maceration it will return to its true form.

When I first got a sample decant of this some months ago, it was a screeching mess. I thought the butter was too potent and weirded me out so I packed it. Fast forward to what, 7 months? It’s a cosy burnt caramelised cream scent reminiscent of Baileys cream. See now I don’t know if it’s because we’re in fall now or if really we’ve got to wait 7 months to use these Arabian perfume. The latter is what puts me off about their fragrances tbh. It’s a loud creamy scent, lasts all day and not a bad buy. I’ll use it to layer my fall/winter scents.

WOW! I love this scent, I only had a sample of this.. :( This is the perfect dupe of BL, It's so sweet, light, creamy, lots of caramel and vanilla and a little hint of licorice wich is a beautiful combo, the licorice note doesn't take over at all, it just combine everything! AND it's also better that the lattafa one, the lattafa can be to much and synthetic and strong BUT it is a beautiful scent aswell but if you want to buy a perfect dupe of BL, I definitely recommend Cream Velvet over ALL!!!!! I will soon buy it! :D LOVE LOVE LOVE

Smells like the glasshouse fragrance candle in tahaa affair, i think its called. Peter alexander, the pyjama shop always has that candle on in their shops and it smells like vanilla pancakes to me and it’s so heavenly and expensive smelling. I understand the similarities between this and eclaire but i like to have both as to me, it has different feels - eclaire is more lactonic and airy and reminds me of a latte and cookies where as this straight up reminds like of warm pancakes and is much richer and creamier with no lactonic feel.

Since I already own and love Lattafa's Eclaire, did I need this fragrance? Nope, surely don't. They are 95% the same. Am I mad I bought it? Nope, it's absolutely delicious and warm and cozy. The way it differs from Eclaire is that is does not have that plasticy/playdoh note that Eclaire has before it macerates. So it's basically "aged" Eclaire without the wait. And I would also say the longevity is pretty close as well and long lasting. So if you want a soft, buttery, vanilla-y caramel scent that lasts all day, this is perfect.

If you’re looking for a compliment magnet, Khadlaj Cream Velvet is the undisputed champion of my collection. The vanilla and caramel notes are so rich and recognizable that they create an irresistible trail everywhere I go. It’s an uncomplicated, beautifully blended scent where every note shines. Interestingly, out of my entire collection, this is the one that men notice the most! With its warm, inviting vibe and "beast mode" projection, it’s an absolute powerhouse and a foolproof gift for any fragrance enthusiast.

FINALLY! After getting Vanilla Voyage (and being disappointed) I got this being prepared that I will dislike it because they are (supposedly) similar. BUT! This is BEAUTIFUL! I unboxed it and tested it side by side with the original Bianco Latte. They are IDENTICAL! Some people say this has some butter note which I read in the box but for now I don't smell anything extra buttery, there is no difference between the arm that has Cream Velvet and the arm that has Bianco Latte. Beautiful fragrance! Good job Khadlaj!

Ok, now I see what the hype is about. Right away, this gem just radiates creamy, cinnamon, buttery goodness. I got a decant of Vanilla Voyage and my opinion it was straight up alcohol. No need to macerate this one, smells so good right out of the box!! I picked this up at Marshalls for less than $30, so I am happy with my purchase. I look forward to pairing this with other fragrances for fall and winter. I want to try layering this with Vanilla Romance from Bath and Body Works, I think this would be amazing!!!

Story time: My friend and I were walking in the train station, and I randomly smelt this sweet cloud of vanilla/caramel sugar... my friend pointed to a girl quite far from us and said it’s her. At first I didn’t believe my friend because the girl was kinda far from us, but as I walked closer I SMELT IT AGAIN (love at first sniff). I ended up asking her what she was wearing and she pulled out a bottle of cream velvet, and I just had to get my hands on one for myself!! GREAT PURCHASE FOR LAYERING!!!

I love this, it’s exactly what I expected straight out of the box, no need to let it sit for months like some other bottles I’ve bought from Paris corner! This is very close to vanilla voyage but more Carmel vs vanilla. This has the same buttery vibe as VV, I love them both!! I am so happy with this, it’s exactly what I expected and it was $24. A great deal and blind buy safe!! Make sure you order from a reputable seller though, lots of fakes going around of these cheaper fragrances lately!!

This is the best dupe for Bianco Latte. Eclaire falls far behind. As a girl addicted to gourmand perfumes who has been wearing BL every day for a year, this dupe even IMPROVES its scent. I detect a very creamy note of buttery vanilla that BL doesn't have, which makes it sweeter and more welcoming. BL can be very intoxicating for some people, but Cream Velvet is more pleasant to smell. The only negative thing I can say is that Bianco Latte has better projection and longevity than this one.

This is an elevated, more classy, version of Eclair. Similar, but not the exact same. I own both along with Vanilla Voyage, and to me this is a much smoother wear. For some, Eclair has a harsh, rubbery, alcohol smell in the opening. Cream Velvet does not. It was perfect with the first spray. It is such an easy wear. It isn’t beast mode like Vanilla Voyage, but I do not always want a beast mode fragrance. To me, Cream Velvet probably the closest BL dupe. I paid $29.99 at TJ Maxx.

A rich, creamy, buttery caramel scent with a soft touch of musky floral. Maybe I’m nose blind but I don’t smell it strongly on myself even when I spray loads but it’s a gorgeous scent and great for layering with other creamy scents or lotions like Palmer’s Cocoa Butter. The initial salty buttery smell is quite delicious and makes me hungry. Love it for day wear and also to bed or whenever I want to feel soft, creamy and cosy. Luv. 9/10

I looooove this stuff. I was between Cream Velvet and Eclair, but ultimately chose Cream Velvet because of the bottle. I've only tried a sample vial of Eclair, and to me they smell very similar to each other but this one has a little something extra. It almost smells a little deeper, maybe from the licorice? Anyway, both Eclair and Cream Velvet are delightful true gourmands. This lasts an eternity and will garner lots of compliments 😊

Opens strongly as caramel buttercream, dries down to a blend of vanilla and caramel. Smells cozy and edible. Unfortunately I find the projection quite modest and the longevity on skin really weak but decent on clothes. I also seem to go noseblind to it extremely quickly but I have gotten many compliments. Quite similar to Lattafa's Eclair but leans more into the caramel side for my nose. I really like both!

WOW! The name really describes the scent very well. It’s indeed VERY creamy and ”velvety”. It’s soooo smooth. A bit buttery but not as much as the other dupes (which I personelly prefer). The only bad thing is that it does not last on the skin as I would like to. I cant smell the scent after 2 hours unfortunately. It could be me. Worth the hype though and the price is soooooooo good. A very safe blind buy.

I am so deeply in love with this perfume. I have no words. I bought it on the spot the moment I smelled it, because I knew I'd found the one. This is the sort of attitude I'd expect of a devoted husband to his wife. I want to bathe in this smell. I primarily sprayed myself, but it even lingers in the bathroom for hours after I've gone. Ok hello this is yummyyyy, if vanilla voyage is a powdery vanilla cookie then cream velvet is a intense caramel-forward vanilla. Sillage is really low, lasting power is also 4-6 hours, nowhere near vanilla voyage or some other dupes, but this is such a smooth caramel frag! Only buy this if you are a huge fan of smooth caramel! If you want a beast mode vanilla, vanilla voyage by Asrar is your best bet.

It's like they had the perfect BL clone, nay, BL but better. And then they accidentally tipped in ALL the butter. Seriously. I get faint vanilla and licorice and caramel and A FUCKTON OF BUTTER. It's a lovely expensive artisanal butter but it's too realistic for its own good. While BL is fantastic for layering, this isn't and it's missing BLs oomph. My search for an affordable dupe continues.

The buttercream makes this just soo soft and feminine and smooth unlike my others which are sweet and pretty but doesn’t have the roundness that cream velvet has. I picture a dollop of yellow buttercream on a cake before you spread it out, and it’s sugary and fluffy and whipped in texture. This is just delicious and amazing and I don’t be wanna without it.

This is the best dupe of Bianco Latte that I’ve found. I wear BL often and this is the closest thing I’ve found to it. BL is a little more beast mode and complex but this is really fantastic for the price. Maybe a bit more buttery? Eclaire is more sweet than BL, but not in a great way. BL is best, but Cream Velvet is a superior and worthy dupe.

If people dont like this smell then wtf do you even like? This legit smells like a vanilla ice cream cone with hints of a light cappuccino. It is a bit feminine i guess, but it works unisex very well. Its not a nauseous smell and it does not smell like spoiled milk or a "stinky candle" review below needs their nose checked smh... 8/10

So freaking good, like wtf are we talking about! this is SO CREAMY!!! the creamy type of stuff no other perfume has!! this is so amazing fr, just so yummy vanilla cupcake with creamy butter but not cloying at all! this is my best gourmand perfume, not only alone but layered with so many others. This is pure olfactory indulgence.

This is one of my favourite perfumes. I have eclaire by Lattafa as well, but I reach for this one because this is much smoother. This one time I sprayed it on my husband and he went to office, his colleague kept on asking if there is a cake in the room!! Extremely good longevity, it smells like photo realistic caramelized cake

@MannyH You're not wrong about the licorice note. My box for this scent lists licorice in the top notes. Not sure if Khadlaj have started leaving this out of the notes on recent boxes or not(I suspect they have) but it's probably still in the fragrance. ;) Overall I'm good with it. It adds a little more depth to the scent imo.

Absolutely delicious and scratches the bianco latte itch. I feel sorry for Giardini di Toscana because Cream Velvet satiates the sweet, sticky caramel craving for a fraction of the price. Lasts 6hr on my skin, dries down to vanilla/tonka skin scent, excellent for layering or on its own. Knocks Lattafa Eclaire out of the park.

I like gourmands but there is something my nose doesn't like about this perfume. It has a very similar profile to many other middle Easter scents. Not complicated. The alcohol was prominent to me with vanilla and the cream. There is a faint hint of a spice I can't place my finger on. Overall you'll either love or hate this

Sweet, creamy vanilla and caramel. Smoother than Eclaire. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long on my skin, approx 2 hours and I have let it sit for a while now, hoping it would be stronger. Great for layering and would highly recommend, if you love this scent profile, as its very affordable.
