Musk Ice

This is such a beautiful scent—airy, breezy, and effortlessly elegant. The florals are perfectly balanced and never overpowering. That said, my first 2–3 sprays straight from the bottle were honestly disappointing. It came across as a harsh, synthetic citrus detergent smell, almost like a cleaning product. I instantly regretted buying it, and that sharp scent even lingered on my clothes all day. But after about a week or so, something changed completely. The fragrance settled, and now I’m absolutely in love with it. It’s fresh, soft, and incredibly uplifting. The citrus synthetic smell has become more rounded and very subtle. I genuinely find myself deeply inhaling the air around me every now and then because it smells that good. The performance is moderate I would say or maybe I go nose blind but I am happy to reapply. Overall worth it.

Macerated a fortnight to put to the test. For me this is a clean, creamy orange blossom with a dash of depth and the barest hint of sweetness. Expensive and luxe body cream vibe. Holds up well in extremely hot weather. Sillage is very good (have been told I smell nice and also asked what am I wearing) and lasts a solid 6 hours, probably more. It layers well with other fragrances - the clean notes I think would pair rather well with masculine leaning scents. I do have a quibble, though. Is the base note "moss" or "mousse" or "musse" - I must admit I am slightly irked by the company's inconsistency because the box and the website says these three different things.

After picking up a decant of Musk Ice I knew I had to get my hands on a full bottle! I love the citruses in the opening and the dry down leaves this clean, fresh vibe. I am into my musk era and this one was a no brainer considering the price point. Can't really comment on the comparison to Valaya since I've never smelt it but it's less sweet and floral than mystique bouquet which it is also compared to. I think I prefer this one although I do enjoy MB. Solid 8,5/10

Have the original Valaya and this smells better. I will say it leans more towards Valaya exclusive but it needs to maturate. Buy it spray it and put it away for a month or two. Bottle, packaging and longevity are good-everyone knows Valaya so will not describe the notes.

More Valaya than Afnan Mystique bouquet but but i prefer mystique bouquet as i consider it sweeter. To me this is 95% Valaya, 85% mystique bouquet. I don't regret buying it, i love this DNA and i don't want to pay the Valaya price

It's pretty good but I like Delilah Blanc a hair better, some youtuber mentioned it lasts longer than Maison Alhambra's Delilah so I bit the bullet and spent 40 bucks which might not be super expensive but not so cheap either. To me Delilah smells a little bit fresher-airier than Ice musk. I find longevity and projection worse than Delilah but the bottle I have of Delilah around a year old so it had time to sit. I put 5 sprays of Ice Musk on each arm and could barely detect it. If I had to choose again I would pick Delilah over Ice Musk but Delilah is a kind of pain in a butt to find in US and it's way overpriced if you manage to find it.

I've never smelt either of the Valayas, so can't speak to whether it's a decent dupe of either (ditto Musk Therapy), but this is a very unusual and refreshing scent – in a good way! It lasts and goes from being a very airy, cool fragrance to a very subtle skin scent. Perfect for warmer weather, but I can also see it working on cooler days, too, as it does have a cosier and warmer dry down.

Well-blended scent with good longevity and super versatile. It’s citrusy but not kind of synthetic or sour. I find all the citrusy notes in this perfume are mixed beautifully with white flowers and musk. You can rock this all year round too, and it leans feminine. P/s: I macerate my bottle for two months.

smells musky with little bit fruit; smells good but performance is terrible!

Sadly this is a declutter for me. I really like valaya, and this goes on great, I like the opening and middle notes, but at about the 6-7 hour mark, there's something that happens to this fragrance that makes me sneeze non-stop and gives me an allergy attack. I'm also smelling cat poop, so whatever it's done, one or two of the notes haven't processed well on my skin. I had to go and shower and wash it off. My Husband also does not like this fragrance on me, at all, so it's going to find a new home.

To me this smells like a toned down Virgin Island Water but not as tropical and more musky. It’s like a mojito laundry detergent kinda vibe. I do like it. It’s a great alternative to VIW with less tropical and vacation in a bottle. I do pick up a lime note and I don’t get the peach note whatsoever. This also may need to macerate. I know that’s a thing with these brands. I grabbed it for like $30 so I’m happy with that. Definitely a useful fragrance.

This stuff is STRONG and not in a good way. It’s a very clean linen smell but it comes off very old lady-ish to me. This one will make u nauseous it’s so strong. This was a blind buy fail.

Smells like Lattafa Art of Wood but more creamy and smooth and less woody. Very similar to Valaya’s notes.
