I bought it a few months ago, and I thought it was different and unique. I have 472 fragrances so I appreciate the uniqueness. It opens fruity but spicy, a bit too spicy. As it dries down it becomes more creamy. I'm still trying to figure out which season it belongs to. I think it's a Spring and Autumn scent. The scent trail is actually beautiful, just spray it lightly and let it dry. Not a safe blind buy, not for the gym. Spring Brunch, yes.

I am sooo surprised by this one. I had smelled Delulu and was not impressed. This one has that cream in it, the ginger is soooo soft, the spices gentle and not a lot. The peach smells realistic and juicy. Whereas Delulu was way more artificial to my nose. Beautiful fruity fall gourmand, blended beautifully. Layer with Cream Velvet 👌

Wow!!!!!!!! I don’t need to smell the other peach scents! This is amazing right out the package. I didn’t have to let it sit at all!!! This is a sweet creamy peach scent. Two sprays and my entire room smells like Peach Velvet 2 hours later! This is sophisticated. This was worth the wait!!!! Khadlaj had done it again!!!!

I really like it! I saw Greta Beth review & knew i had to get it & found at Marshall's. Yes! It's said to not have longevity, does anyone have any layering suggestions?

Just blind bought this at tj maxx and I love it. Smells like peach cobbler on my skin, not too much spice once it dries down. I would wear this year round.

This is delicious 😋. This right here is for those who like to smell good! I purchased this for a gift idea but I'm probably going to keep it.

It opens with a slightly sour tropical undertone, maybe the guava, that I found a bit off-putting. (A me problem for sure. I don't really like a bunch of tropical fruits. Other people will probably find it fresh/juicy/delightful) Fortunately, that phase is fleeting. then you get a lovely fuzzy peach (not sweets, not shampoo). a just-ripe peach with the green stem still attached (another review mentioned dandelion stem, and it's apt), sitting on a kitchen table, waiting for someone who is sensible enough to leave it another day. that little green thread prevents it from becoming syrupy. It's resting on refrigerated cream. Not whipped cream, for sure a cold cream straight from the fridge. It gives the fragrance a lovely, comforting lactonic quality without becoming heavy or desserty. I think it's the green note and the chilled cream that make this more interesting and grown-up. On the dry down, the peach feels like it's been baked (no sugar or crumble topping) and served with the cream. At first I wasn't sure, but after a few wears I realised I definitely like it. Notes: *My bottle was already around nine months old, so it had plenty of time to mature before I tried it. maybe reviews were too early. (anyone else starting to feel like they need a perfume cellar for ageing their middle easterns?) *FYI I'm biased towards a good peach note. One of my favourites is The Ghost Wants Birthday Cake. This isn't quite as magical or as photorealistic as that peach, but they're definitely cousins. *If you're wary of tropical fruit, don't judge this in the opening. Give the peach a chance (sorry). *If you're hoping for a bright tropical fruit cocktail, you might actually miss that opening once it's gone (I didn't)

In the beginning, Peach Velvet smelled very overwhelming and artificial. It made me nauseous with more than 1 spray. The peach smelled like fuzzy peach rings and the caramel smelled very bright. I especially had mixed feelings about the guava note. Peach Velvet was one hot mess. Update - 2 weeks since purchased As Peach Velvet evolves - it is a little bit similar to Cream Velvet. Specifically, how that cinnamon sugar note floats in the air. Peach Velvet is like a very warm and decadent dessert. If you can picture hot spiced peaches covered in a thick syrupy caramel sauce - this would be it. I feel like the guava note is gradually becoming less noticeable and allowing the peach to shine like it should. I also smell the amaretto note. I don't necessarily care for it, but to my nose I can understand how it works with the composition. This perfume is beginning to grow on me. It's a lot more wearable now. I can see how it's made to be Cream Velvet's fruity twin. It is officially an appreciated perfume in my collection. --- 1 month, 6 days later --- I actually love this perfume... it smells creamy, woody, and spicy all at once. This perfume is unique in my collection and so refreshing. I feel like I am wearing a cinnamon stick with some peaches and cream in caramel sauce. Maceration, maceration, and... maceration makes a masterpiece! Approach this perfume with patience and you'll love it!!

I genuinely don’t understand some of these reviews. I tried this on skin and it is a very light, subtle, airy, creamy, peach/guava scent. I find this quite lovely if you love very fruity scents, it’s fruity and fun but not overly juvenile or synthetic it smells like yummy candies to me. I don’t understand how people are saying this is loud, screechy, or so strong it’s nauseating because to me it was very light and subtle and well blended, but I guess everyone is different. I’m glad I picked it up anyway despite all the bad reviews because I love it and it seems like it would be a good one for layering as well.

Smells juicy without being overwhelmingly sweet. Is complex and the guava makes it's so different from all other peach fragrances and gives it a more tropical feel. Longevity is not there at all but I received it today so I'll update for improvements. It's not an easy wear though. Update: It turned out really nice. Like a tropical smoothie at an insanely overpriced restaurant or at a Tiki Bar at the beach. The dry down is a sweet vanilla with the smoothie hanging out in the background. I never thought I'd like this scent but it's a beautiful creamy sweet vanilla fruity mix that stands out and smells good.

The opening to me smells like sweet peach rings and pretty sour guava gummy bears. I wish the guava was muted, this isn't Guava Velvet lol. It gets creamier after sometime, thankfully. I hope the peach becomes more intense as it sits. I've had this for 2 weeks. It's definitely a gourmand but an interesting one. Nice performance as well and great for layering with floral perfumes or really creamy perfumes like Cream Velvet, its sister. It's not spicy to me. I thought I'd hate it because of the guava note but I actually like it enough to wear.

ehh.... the initial spray smells like cough medicine... didnt even give it a chance to make it to my skin....i was like eww... its a no but then i got a whiff of the tester strip i sprayed the day before and was pleasantly surprised!! so i tried it on skin and the initial spray is still harsh cough syrupy to my nose but once it dries down its actually a nice peachy slightly woody vanilla, lots a guava... should be called guava velvet.... not bad tho... i will give it a chance🤔

Elevated brown butter peach tart. Or peach cider /tea.This fragrance is too warm to be worn in the summer, maybe summer nights I feel like it’s probably best worn in the cooler months. Very unique peach, sweet and beastly. That peach and guava and that ginger and sandalwood is really prominent on my skin. Really nice and I’m happy to have gotten this one. I still prefer cream velvet, layer them together is actually really nice too.

I came to give an update on this (my original review is somewhere below). This was a total mess for me. It's been sitting for 2 months and it has changed for the better. That wierd "rotten wood" vibe has settled down and it's not very prominent. So when I first spray this I get all the fruits together: guava, peach, nectarine and it still has an artificial sugary peach rings type of smell. Then the cinnamon starts to appear and it balances out that artificial sweetness which I appreciate. What is hard to describe is that after a few minutes it almost feels like the name mentions, like a velvet fabric that would be peach/cinnamon scented. It's better than before and now it is a bit more wearable but it's still not a DNA that agrees with me. This is probably something I'll try to layer with some other perfumes or maybe give it away because it's just not for me. It has something sharp and artificial about it.

I can see why people would find this nauseating. There is a sourness from the prominent guava note that becomes stronger with the ginger and it makes the fragrance sharp and something like sweet-ish/sour. It has too many things to be a cohesive fragrance, it tries to be fruity and also gourmand and also spicy and at the same time it has a "fabric softener" or "toilet paper" type of scent. It's not terrible but put it this way, if I had tried it before purchasing it, I wouldn't have bought it. It's not good enough for a full bottle. It would be more appropriate for a room spray scent. PS. I read some reviews below mentioning that this smells a bit like rotten wood and too musky and I can also see how this can be true, there is a slightly unpleasant note at the drydown that is woody and musky.

So by now I’m the queen of blind buy fails. Here’s why this one didn’t work for me. I love peaches and nectarines. They should evoke a summer’s day, juicy, fruity and fresh. A happy sunny feeling. This fragrance, once dried down was more reminiscent of a peach cobbler. The spiciness and cinnamon/ginger, while something I cherish on my evening/winter scents, felt out of place and heavy here. It may be a decent fragrance for an autumn day or early evening, but it just wasn’t something I would wear often or enjoy wearing at all.

I'm sorry but this smells like fabuloso and alcohol. Really sharp and chemically. Nothing pleasant about it. Edit : I think I needed to spray on skin ,because on skin it's a lot better. On my skin it reminds me of a peach or mango yogurt. It's smells tropical and I think that the initial guava opening is what is harsh smelling from the cap.

Update 1 month later: The fragrance didn't really change. It still has an artificial opening, the middle is a screetchy woody note and the drydown a sickly sweet unpleasant peach. I will let it sit one more month but I really don't see myself wearing this. If I do more than 2 sprays it is very nauseating.

Very synthetic powdery peach, no guava. Strong sillage and longitivity. Bad.

The first time I spritzed this was around christmas and I did not like it at all. I could sence somekind of rotten fruit with acidic/sour tones. But by now I do know that these middle eastern fragrances need time to macerate. Today I took it out after 3 months of maceration. The guava is still dominant but the aroma molecules have somehow grown together in the bottle, it is a little smoother. The initial spray is no longer as bad as when I sprayed it the first time, but I am not a huge fan of guava and absolute not in this heavy amount as it is in this fragrance. Well, I'll put it away again and test it in a cold summer evening next time, maybe this will macerate into heavenly nectar by then;) Update// so sad to report that this fragrance still has a strong and acidic rotten fruit vibe to it - and yes, it's been macerating now since christmas (2025) and now it's the end of May 2026. I will give it away to someone whom hopefully gonna like it.

Thank god I bought a sample first because this is revolting. I had to wash it off 30 minutes later. Just not for me, but when I see it compared to Peach Delulu, it makes sense. I hate that too. Still in search for a true juicy peachy fragrance!

So plastic and synthetic it made me gag. Literally rubbish — a waste of money. Sarah Baker’s Peach’s Revenge is so superior and way more enjoyable than this garbage.

I assumed I’d like this bc of how often I reach for Cream Velvet and was warned to stay away but I did not listen. The same person who warned me of its grossness, was also giving it away and somehow talked me out of taking it. Lol she was literally begging people to take it for free (+ shipping). Unfortunately curiosity got the best of me when I found it on sale at Marshall’s for $15 as an ‘open box return’. Looking back, I should’ve heeded the red sticker warning. 🥴 Here goes the review: IT smells exactly like an expired pungent cherry flavored children’s cough syrup but worse. It’s overwhelmingly synthetic and sickeningly sweet, but in the medicinal way not the good way. The scent profile doesn’t improve nor change with the dry down, and maceration just perpetuates it. Even worse, the sillage has a farrrr reach so you smell it for days on fabrics and others will know you’re coming from 6’+ away— but like I said “not in the good way.” It’s not a safe blind buy, and oddly enough the peach note isn’t obvious, while something unpleasant (maybe the synthetic guava?) strong arms the scent profile. This is a horrifying perfume that easily comes off as smelling like a biohazard for all human skin 🫣. I ended up giving this away a couple days ago bc it’s the only perfume I’ve 100% hated and that says a lot bc I typically can find something good to say. Do NOT buy this unless you think you’ll enjoy the above description. I genuinely believe they released this for the scientific purpose of proving people will buy and wear anything (no matter how bad) based off of “Influencer hype” and/or TT trends of the month.

I was so excited when I found this in TJ Maxx, because Cram Velvet is one of my favorites. I was expecting a sweet creamy peach scent, but that isn’t what my nose gets at all. The opening is STRONG sweet straight peach/guava, a bit artificial smelling. Once it dries down on my skin all I smell is musty wood, almost leaning towards rotting wood. There’s a couple other perfumes that do this in my skin sadly and I can’t even find common notes between them to know what to avoid. :(. Thankfully my daughter doesn’t get the rotting wood smell and likes so I gave it to her. At least it wasn’t a complete loss

I think it's the guava and the ginger that ruin this scent for me! Guava is the one tropical fruit that has a funk and the funk mixed with the spice of the ginger makes this smell like peaches that have turned. I love the way Japanese products can do a realistic juicy peace scent. This is just WEIRD. And it does smell nearly identical to Paris Corner Peach Delulu.

I've heard this described as "the most photorealistic peach smell" and "a peach milkshake". I am jealous! What I smell is a horrific, muddled mess of sweet, musty, sour, rotten, woody, spicy, vomit adjacent, trash can juice. No peach. No guava. No cream. I wish I smelled what you guys are smelling!

I am on the same boat as Sierradawn! Failed blind buy for me, I don’t like it, but I hope you guys do! I feel it smells very similar to the bathroom air freshener that you’d get in public toilets or the strong toilet cleaning product in a hospital.

I should have known not to get this one. Oh my god it is horrendous. It's extremely screechy and it burns my nose. I can't even scrub it off. I do get a lot lot lot of guava and some sweet vanilla, but it's so screechy and scratchy,.

This is such a harsh fragrance. Very synthetic peach, and it doesn't smell that tropical to me. It does perform well, though.

But it’s not just fruit on fruit, there’s a creamy, ambery softness underneath that rounds out the opening beautifully. As it develops, I can understand why some people read this as “too much.” The cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and caramel swirl together with the fruit in a way that can come across as intense. To me, though, that intensity is part of its charm, the spice adds nuance, the caramel adds plushness, and the ginger keeps the whole thing from becoming syrupy. If anything, those “medicinal” or “overwhelming” impressions some mention feel more like the fragrance still finding its footing in the first few minutes. Give it time. Truly. Much like appreciating a piece of art, wearing Peach Velvet rewards patience. It’s not a spritz-and-run kind of perfume, it evolves, shifts, and resolves into something cohesive and surprisingly elegant once the notes have had space to breathe. After settling, the composition reveals its silky sandalwood-musky base, and the once-bright fruit mellows into a soft, creamy glow. For me, Peach Velvet is a reminder that not every fragrance is meant to be understood instantly. Some demand that you slow down, let the moment unfold and experience the transition. And when you do, you discover the nuanced beauty that was there all along. If you still don't, then you need to upskill your nose to understanding olfactory notes better than the 30 sec TikTok instant gratification. Time to man up your nostrils!

For 30$ USD, I think I'll keep this (in it's original box) to see if it changes at all after I've let air into the bottle. However, I have never smelled a perfume that made me nauseous quite like this one has. The opening is pleasant, but the heart notes are not blended well, I'm not getting well enough cohesion to even wear it on my skin. Initially, it's a bright peach note that meets with a heavier/denser guava note - fruity and pleasant for a moment, before the guava rots. There's an aquatic/animalic type of Amber/Musk that *does* meld with the Guava note but not in a 'play nice' sort of way. Almost like when the musk dries in the guava turns from fruity sweet to sour/fermented which makes the entire scent completely unbearable for me. I am picking up on a mildew or dry earthy scent here as well. Had to open a window and take the article I sprayed to the laundry room. At least projection is there. Given just how terrible this perfume was to me, I'm going to let it mature and come back to it later. I'm not getting peaches and cream oatmeal whatsoever - so perhaps she's still gotta grow up.

This is bad. Believe the negative reviews. Why is peach such a hard one for anyone to get right? I actually think it’s the guava here though that smells rancid and sharp. This actually reminds me of puke, to be honest. Not blind buy safe. Edit: Maybe just maybe maturing it will improve it because this is so strong. Sprayed it on my hand, washed hands and I could still smell it the next morning, 10 hours later. The dry down is much better too. I will come back if it gets better.

I actually like this one. It’s creamy and peachy. Everyone is not going to like everything. However, the person who smells B.O and piss, lol - that might just be a you thing 🤷🏽♀️

Truthfully, I didn't give this a chance. I smelled it and it was an instant NO. I'm a gourmand girl but this is weird. It's too artificial for my nose. Just no...

Can we normalize reviewing fragrances after trying it on skin at least? Or at least say you only smelled on test strip or something like that.

You know what...the review of this is so easy. One sentance: chai peach ice tea. I'm not into fruity fragrances, but I like this a lot.
