#911 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Because most of the Killer Ouds have been clones of men's scents I think folks assumed this was a clone of Amouage "Lyric Man." Nope. "Lyric Woman." I think the low rating is because people were not expecting that. But compare the notes boys and girls. This is a dead on clone of Amouage "Lyric Woman." Lyric woman has a 4.08 rating because the people trying it knew what it was and weren't expecting the banner at the top of this page "for women and men" to be wrong. I just ordered all the Killer Ouds on a whim without reading the reviews on any of them, and all have been pleasant surprises so far, but it wasn't that much money for this, so I'm over it. It's long lasting, great projecting. If you're a guy don't buy this. If you're a woman, probably not a very young woman, you may really like this. I'll give it to a girlfriend. She probably won't wear it, but her forty something mom might like it. Addendum: Actually the girlfriend loved it. Sorry mom.

Some say it's more feminine but somewhat ,I think it suits me. The scent turns out quite soft on me. I bought it as it was on crazy sale! Notes are quite floral - more of the rose on me and am ok with that!

I am a huge fan of Amouage, and have been working through the Paris Corner Killer Oud dupes of popular Amouage fragrances. Most are pretty decent (copies of Jubilation, Interlude, Sunshine Man) though not reaching the complexity of the OGs. But this one? Well, Amouage makes Lyric Man and Lyric Woman, and PCKO Lyre is a dupe of the FOR WOMEN. It is a feminine rose scent with accents of Dove Soap/hand cream, lipsticky/powdery iris and vanilla. The rose straddles the grandmother/jammy line, and while I could take it initially, it began to grate after an hour. This has excellent performance, which in this case was a negative, because the rose never quit. If you like rose, and are a woman, this could work well for you. Otherwise, pass.
