Baby Phat Goddess

I love it! I don't wear it everyday, noway does it smell cheap to me also there really isn't anything bland or boring about it. It's all about having the body chemistry for this type of scent and its better to use the shower gel and lotion first and apply the perfume with a light hand. Everything anymore smells fruity or like another fragrance evrybody has smelled, but not this.... this is a very nice floral woody musk. To me it smells sharp, sparkling, floral, musky, slightly creamy, like fun or a good time, shopping, new clothes, band new, grown up sexy, womanly and fabulous! I've never had any problem wearing it and when I do people always say I smell good and it has very good lasting power for a celeb fragrance. My boyfriend likes it, and if there is a laundry detergent or fabric softener out there that smells like this please tell me the name because this fragrance smells good. It's not my favorite... I really don't have a favorite fragrance, I have different ways I feel about a perfume, thats why I own so many of them.

The bottle is simply divine, girly and chic. I love the baby pink juice and the decorative ring it comes with! This perfume reminds me a lot of a dainty ballerina. The star note in Goddess is lush, slightly soapy pink rose with a hint of musk. I also get a strong essence of baby powder and pepper, which honestly, isn't my favorite accord. The gardenia is nice, rather toned down and simply a supporting role. I do "like" this scent, but I may like it more simply for the bottle design and packaging alone. Not something I usually gravitate towards, but, it's nice to wear once in a while. This is a very nice subtle spring scent, but can be worn anywhere at any time. It's not too mature, but not too childish either, so I think most ages could appreciate this scent if pink roses and musk are their jam! Not bad, Kimora, just not my signature! Scent: 6/10 for me Longevity: A respectable 5-6 hours with 3 sprays. Sillage: Moderate *I probably won't be repurchasing*

Finally found this fragrance and at a great price! The notes are listed as gardenia, and white rosebuds in the top. The middle notes introduce blue lily, hyacinth, and black pepper, while the base unifies seringa, musk and woodsy notes. This is truly a lovely scent. It reminds me of Arden Beauty but the pepper makes it a bit more unusual. I am totally enjoying fragrances with the pepper notes lately. This is a lighter scent and I wish that it lasted longer, as is always the case with almost every perfume I buy anymore. For the great price I paid, I will just respray when I feel the need. The bottle is a beautiful addition to my vanity. I love the pink color and the rhinestones around the top.

I purchased this fragrance a couple of years ago on a whim and I remembered that it was a pleasant enough fragrance, but I didn't think that the smell lasted. I just recently purchased it again on sale and let me tell you that it is now my new signature fragrance! This fragrance has drawn more compliments from men than any other that I have worn!I mean they really, really like it on me and I am still surprised when they stop me and tell me how good I smell because I can't detect it with my own nose. I'm not sure what notes are mixing with my body chemistry that drives men wild...but I will wear it from now on! By the way, I have yet to have a woman compliment me when I wear this, LOL

"Goddess" What it says is exactly what it smells like! This fragrance will make you feel like a Powerful Beauty. The bottle is fabulous like a diamond in the rough. Just like a Goddess. The pink captures the femininity of a Goddess and the diamonds captures the power of a ruler. Besides the fact that I love the smell of Rose which this fragrance made noticeable I love the fragrance. Its strong but the good strong, not the over bearing smell of perfume most perfume does. The fragrance is a semi-unique fragrance but will sure attract attention. BOTTLE - 9/10 FRAGRANCE - 7/10 UNIQUE - 7/10 LONGEVITY - 9/10 TOTAL - 8/10

This one is dear to me because I inherited it after my Mom died as it was one of her perfumes. My dad got her a gift pack with all 3 goddesses, but she used up the golden. Luckily, I already had that one. Since I only have about a 1/4 ounce I just use it occasionally. I get mostly rose and green with a little gardenia and wood and a small reminder of my Mother. This is my fave out of the 3 goddesses I have and this is the perfume that made me realize that I do actually like rose and would like to have some more rose in my collection.

I really love this perfume. This is my second time buying it. 3.4 ounce for 22 dollars. Not bad. This perfume is fresh but somewhat sexy to me. I use to get many compliments wearing this one all the time. I noticed that sometimes its the simple ones that stand out a lot more. I don't think this perfume is too girly at all. To me its a more mature perfume that you can wear any kind of year. The spice makes it kinda sweet and not too floral which I like. I can see kimora wearing this.

I bought a bottle of this for myself and one for my sister for Christmas 2008. It was a warehouse blind-buy that I didn't regret. It is definitely a floral scent. It's not overbearing and can be a scent for any occasion. It is light and unoffensive, and a definite safe buy, and something I reach for occasionally. However, if you're looking for something special, this isn't it. It's a very average scent that won't get you remembered.

This fragrance has been a lovely surprise. What I detect mostly is a beautiful floral blend that somehow seems softly fruity. I don't wear this very often because it's a fragrance that takes some thought; it seems somewhat seductive. However, it's one of the lovliest scents I've ever owned. The sillage isn't great, so to me, it's a date fragrance - you know,the one you use when you want smell flirty for just a few hours. :-)

I can't believe I used to buy this for 20$ at Tjmaxx back in the day when in college, gosh the memories and the compliments, wish it were still around. It is still here and there but for insane prices but I won't purchase again. It was an awesome fresh rosy floral that had decent village and okay lasting power for the price, but most fragrances did back then, sigh..

This was a gift and one of the first "real" perfumes I ever had. I am not good at picking out fragrance notes, but I can definitely get a sweet rose smell with this. It feels soft and pretty, delicately feminine. I don't wear this often anymore, but I do like it from time to time, and I think it will always have a special place with me.

I’m so bummed the big bottle I had was stolen. I had all the Baby Phat frags. They were gorgeous bottles, easy to wear, and made me feel like a princess. The price nowadays is just ridiculous and upsetting. I really liked this one and went through a few bottles of it. It was an airy delicate floral on me. Reminds me of spring.

I had some initial trepidation about the white floral notes in Goddess (they can be very good, or very bad) but I was wholly and happily wrong. It blends fantastically with the rose, creating a soft floral blend that melds the longer it sits on your skin. It is fast becoming a fragrance I consistently fall back on.

This does not have an overbearing floral scent, but it's light and fresh. I really believe more people would like this, if only given a try. It only takes but a few light spritzes. This is definitely one of my go-to favorites.

i bought it already like 5 times and i am not getting tired of this perfume. the smell is fresh and not too strong. the bottle & color is a plus! as now baby phat is out of biz i use it until there is no more.

An old favorite. It's a simple, fresh, sweet, floral scent that I've worn for years. In fact, every time I wear it I always get complements.

I was recently able to pick up a travel sized (0.25 oz) bottle of Goddess for dirt cheap. I am overall very glad I did. The thing I most appreciate about Goddess is that it is a full on floral that is totally wearable. While I love florals, so many instantly make my allergies a mess (sneezing). Goddess doesn't do this AT ALL. I swore I got some light fruits in the beginning (specifically pear- which I love), but I guess it was the light and airy gardenia. I find the pepper a welcome note to counteract/compliment all the "freshness". Goddess is light and wearable- a floral that I don't have to think about and can just throw on and go (which is rare when it comes to florals for me). While I don't follow Kimora Lee or particularly care for her, her debut fragrance is very nice.

When it comes to this line, I like every single one of their fragrances. Every single one of the scents is unique, fairly long lasting and has great silage. Now for the Goddess-I would classify it as fresh floral with woodsy notes. I love gardenia when it’s done right and not cloying and suffocating and here is lovely fresh flower with notes of rose. I do get pepper note but only on the first spray. Its soon disappears and you are left with fresh white floral. Its fresh, sweet and unique-I haven’t smelled anything even remotely similar before. Bottle is gorgeous and lasting power is good. On my skin, it lasted at least 4 hours and light florals do not last long on me. I also sampled the lotion and smell is intoxicating-fresh, sweet and just yummy.

This is such a pretty fragrance. I was going through some boxes and found a little tote of my old perfumes. I'm so happy this one was in there. I know this was a repurchase from the past 10 years as all of my original perfumes were stolen. I wore this one in my 20s and I remembered loving it and reached for it often. Along with golden goddess. It is soft and delicate. Floral and clean. Imagine a woman in a white laced sundress walking through a field of flowers. She is free, not bothered by the world. She is smiling and looking out into distance. She is taking in the beauty around her. This is Goddess. It's unfortunate that this beauty was discontinued. However, she is spending her days in freedom, wondering the fields.... Rate- 8/10

I purchased goddess when it first came out but never repurchased again. It is a lovely perfume but....it is light and doesn't last very long, sillage is close to the skin after 15 min. When i had this perfume years ago i didn't know what notes were in it and at that time i didn't have knowledge of notes, phases, sillage, nothing. All i thought is it smells good or doesn't. I never would have guessed that gardenia or roses or even pepper was in this! To me it just smelled pink and sweet. Lightly fruity and maybe a non identifiable flower. It was pretty but no wow factor in my opinion.

It had been many years since I've worn this fragrance. I decided to revisit it this past Saturday, as I did chores around the house. My nose is a big fan of anything that contains gardenia--but, unfortunately, I didn't pick up on the gardenia note in this fragrance. I did enjoy wearing this on Saturday. Much more than I remembered enjoying it in the past. It is a fresh, grab and go fragrance--that seems to be appropriate for any day activities. It has pretty good performance and is very feminine.

I remember trying this in the mall frequently, but never owned it, and never knew anyone who did. It was so pretty and clean! I recall it feeling refreshing, but soft, and put-together. It might sound weird, but at the time I felt that it was satin-y, and it reminded me of lingerie. All I really remember from this in terms of actual notes was peony, but apparently I was mistaken, as rose is listed. From my scent recall, I'll say I think it's largely a peony with white musk, but again, very soft.

Gave it a second chance.. at $5 I had to buy it. ( mini) The opening isn't great. It is a matter of getting past it. It is worth the wait. I get a sweet dusty rose that is so pretty. I love it. I went back and bought the remaining 2 bottles. Now the delimma, are they gifts or will I keep them. No it isn't long lived or a sillage monster, true. I prefer that my perfumes stick around all day. Still , it is very cheap and you can afford the need to reapply. It is a fb worthy perfume.

This reminds me of my younger yrs big time. I think I was already out of highschool when this came out but I loved it and I've never loved florals. It's the nostalgia for me, the same way candies, lucky and cool water remind me of my younger yrs lol. I actually bought a bottle of candies last week and now I've been going through all of the frags I loved in my teenage years or at least 21 and under. I absolutely cherish my scent memory 💝

Bought a used bottle in an auction based on reviews here, but I think mostly based on the personality and design ascetic of Kimora Lee Simmons. I'm not afraid to cop to loving Life in the Fab Lane! Anyway. This is a lovely light rose, perfect for my current mood. I can understand the negative reviews of it not being a very complex or elegant fragrance. Living up to the name goddess is had work. But it is fresh and lovely.

I think this is a nice day scent that smells like powder and roses. From the reviews I expected something worse, but it is actually quite likeable and much better than many celebrity scents out there. It reminds me of Herve Leger Rose. The staying power is a bit weak on skin, only around 2 or 3 hours - but in clothes it lasts almost all day. I hope it's not discontinued now that Kimora does not work for Baby Phat anymore?

The only strong floral in my collection and I love it! I don't know what it is about this perfume but i love it. I do smell the rose but there is another note that is the star of the show but I can't figure out what it is. I love to wear this when I go shopping and occasionally to work. It is very strong so spray with caution because you will have everyone sneezing if you don't. And the bottle is beautiful!

This reminds me of fabric softener. A very "clean laundry" smell. That's not a bad thing. It smells really fresh. Perfect scent for spritzing on after a long, hot bath. Puts me in the mindset of white linen and blue skies. That's the feeling I get with this fragrance. It may not be mind blowing but it's nice and pleasant nonetheless.

One of my very first fragrances when I begin getting into perfumes. It was cheap and was my go too scent for the time. It was a time when we thought smelling like a celebrity was the "thing." My tastes have evolved and I wouldn't wear it today, but it will always bring special memories. It was a very rosey and spicy scent.

I had this and returned it for golden goddess. Don't get me wrong, it's not the worst scent in the world but it kinda smelled generic. It had a strong almost cheap smell to it. I think I rather rub myself with my dryer sheets, atleast I'll smell better. On the plus side, I do love the bottle

I've had my bottle since 2005 when it came out...after all these years I'm still surprised it hasn't turned! This scent lasts on me and its a nice and light rosy floral...great for spring! I like this one a lot...for whatever reason the scent reminds me of bubble bath lol

I have to agree with most of the negative statements when it comes to this scent. It's not something that is repulsive. It's nothing really enjoyable either. Perhaps another day it might be more appealing?

I find this scent simple and elegant. It doesn't smell unique or intriguing to me, but I still enjoy it. It does smell a lot like alcohol at first spray, but so do a lot of perfumes.

This scent isn't just feminine, it's straight up girly! It has a very "clean" element to it, but I don't know if I would call it a clean scent. It reminds me of bubble bath.

Super floral smell....I have had a long time and kind of outgrown the smell on me. Very good for spring or summer....like fresh greens and Rose's.

On me, I get a strong boozey note! I mean strong! I couldn't tolerate the smell long enough to let it develope. I had to wash it off.

Light safe pretty floral! you can really smell the rose, pepper & gardenia. Not a heavy rose fragrance. Feminine soft floral.

I tried Goddess in a store a while back and liked it however decided to wait until my other perfume was finished. When the time came, I ordered it from Overstock. This is the worst perfume I've ever used in my life. It is extremely weak, doesn't stay on for longer than 30 minutes, I literally would have to bathe in it in order to make it leave any trace. I am used to quality perfumes which you can still smell at the end of the day, even if it's very subtle. After I bought this one and put it on for the first time, I kept asking my husband how he liked it and he kept saying he couldn't smell anything even when he got very close to me. I'm not sure if it's the manufacturer's fault or perhaps improper storage issue, etc. but I am extremely disappointed.

This was my second perfume after Curious by Britney Spears. I love KLS! So it was such a natural move to buy this after so long wearing Baby Phat apparel. The bottle, well it was nice. Nothing big to shout about. Was pretty cute for me back then. But one thing, the pink cap kinda lost out the colour. Then you can silver. Smell wise, freshly floral. But it didn't last. Just for two hours I think. Easily finish though. Bout two months after every day use. Overall, okay for tween or teenager. Good try.

Kimora Lee Simmons Baby Phat Goddess is a soapy rose that wishes it was something else. It just seems like it’s trying a little too hard. It’s not horrible, I don’t love or hate it, but it does remind me of cough syrup. The lilac was a nice touch, gardenia is a classic, rose is a given, hyacinth lightens the fragrance, the pepper fades quickly, and it’s not every day you smell a fragrance with syringa. It’s a cheap fragrance so I didn’t expect much from Baby Phat Goddess, but it’s okay!

I wish I could smell this fragrance - I apply it and it disappears just as fast. I applied it 4 hours ago and after 5 mins couldn't smell a thing. I love roses and gardenias and I can't smell them at all. Coty has done it again - produced a perfume that is nondescript especially for me. I am not sure what I will do with a 100ml bottle of a fragrance not worth wearing.

Although light this is most definitely an in-ur-face floral... I always felt like this fragrance wasnt complete and missing a component or 2 like maybe vanilla or amber to add a richness which its lacking, because the pepper isnt enough for me . To give this one a lil depth I use one spritz of her sister Seductive Goddess and I'm good 2 go...

I had this one, from a gift pack. I never liked it that much. I didn't dislike it, and I can see why someone would like it, if rose was their kind of scent. This one just never felt right for me. Too flowery. Too fresh. Maybe too much rose. I don't know. I gave it away. I hope the new owner gets more enjoyment out of this than I ever did.
