Ambré Extrait de Parfum

What an absolutely beautiful fragrance. The sweet golden raisin opening was stunning, its backed by this warmth which im assuming is the rum. Its not a super boozy rum compared to Killians black phantom its kinda like how you feel when your slightly buzzed but for your nose. As it drys down the vanilla woodiness comes through but its still got that sweetness from the opening that follows through the life of the scent. Id honestly wear this any time its below 60f degrees out little goes a long way with this 2-3 sprays is sufficient. 9.9/10 for smell 8/10 longevity lasts a good 9 hours with the first 2 hours being of decent projection 6/10 price wise. 225 for 50mls if you can find it. Pretty pricey but Grand soir which this is compared too is around 265 for 70mls

This is beautiful. I don’t find this the same as Grand Soir, this is fruitier & more boozy. I also get cacao which i don’t notice in GS. I can’t wait to wear this in cooler weather. Totally unisex, in my opinion. Love it. Bought a bottle as soon as i tried it.

Perfectly unisex, but a bit spicy for me! I think this would smell nicer on a man than myself

to me this is Grand Soir with few drops of fruits juices. The paprika and rum is also present in the opening but as it dries down, it goes in GS way. Really nice perfume, only downfall is the price. If this was priced the same as the rest of the lineup, I would consider a bottle, but since I own Grand Soir, it's just redundant to own both and I wouldn't pick this over GS.

This is nice, but the Amber accord outshines the other notes in a way that most Amber frags tend to. It is also what makes it very similar to other fragrances on the market, and not unique. If it toned down that note and amped up some others it could be something different, but that isn’t what was done. As far as ambers in this profile, I prefer Ambre Aurea and Oud & Amber. The latter became my favorite this last winter, but the former is also very good. If you don’t have an Amber fragrance and only need one in your collection, this would be fine, but if you want something better and more unique I would keep searching.

Well....on my skin it is the SAME like Grand soir. No orange, no plum, no rum.... It si more expensive version of Grand soir. You dont need both.

Truly niche...I hated it for few hours then it turned into soft vanilla, 7/10

Strong Ani/Grand Soir mixed with Layton (in the opening) vibes. And while I hate Grand Soir and Ani and like Ambre much more, I'm certain this should in no way have a higher price tag than those two.
