Matcha Latte

As a Vietnamese, I am proud to see a scent made and produced by Vietnamese people that can be considered to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with perfume houses in the world. It can be seen that the scent ingredients are similar to Matcha Mediation but its simplicity and less fussiness are what makes it a plus point. Jasmine dominates the whole but after only 45 minutes to 1 hour, it will disappear and give way to the essential ingredients, the coolness of matcha, the richness of white chocolate creating a wonderful cup of matcha latte that I love. This is a must-try if you are a fan of gourmand perfume.

This fragrance is so simple yet so beautiful. It smells exactly like a creamy matcha latte, with a perfect balance of earthy green tea and smooth milk. It’s light, inoffensive, and incredibly easy to wear. The price is shockingly good for such a well-blended scent. I’m definitely getting a backup bottle!

The jasmine is very prominent on my skin. So much so that I can’t detect the white chocolate at all. It smells more like a strong, powdery jasmine tea. I do like it, it’s just not quite what I was expecting.

Powdery (super grainy), umami, bitter, and a hefty amount of white chocolate padded in the drydown. It's not necessarily boring, but it doesn't capture the complex beauty of matcha (floral, nutty, elegant). This smells way too much like I bathed in Starbucks Matcha Lattes before going out. Well done in terms of replicating what an average matcha latte would smell like. Mediocre in nuance and creativity.
