Amber Shores Hair Perfume

This is beautiful! Really beautiful. It's a smooth neo-amber (not a resinous oldschool amber), tastefully balanced with a generous amount of salt. I don't always love citrus with decidedly sweet amber or vamilla, but in here it truly flatters and amplifies the amber. You know when you're cooking, and try to lighten/freshen the flavor of a heavy dish by adding an acid and salt? Well, this has a similar feeling. The lemon and salt pair perfectly with it, it's impressively rich for a hair spray. It's just...satisfying. I almost purchased this on the spot, it's something easy, but yet interesting enough that I would feel confident and pretty wearing virtually any time or place. It's versatile, but it makes me think of sitting on the beach in October (which I actually do, I go to the beach all year).

It's a very clean amber with mild sweet citrus and aquatics, I don't get much wood. I enjoy it, but it reminds me of a body spray and I'm not sure I would pay $20 again for 50 mL. I sprayed this in my hair at 7AM in the morning and could still smell it around 1P. It wasn't strong, but I could definitely still catch whiffs if I fluffed my hair. I sprayed it on my skin when I first sampled it and it was gone within 30 minutes though. I haven't used it on linens yet and can't speak to its ability to neutralize any odors because I haven't tried using it for that purpose.

The best fragrance of the whole Kitsch hair perfume line - a good balance of fruit salt and amber. It's very clean compared to the others, no excessive sweetness, which makes for a great base for your hair.

A very well blended sweet and slightly savoury fragrance! It’s been my go to since I got it; I love putting it on after a shower and it lasts a long time on my clothes.

So pleasantly surprised by this little blind buy - the scent is really beautiful and I can still smell it on my hair a full day after applying it.

I sprayed this on this morning and 8 hours later, it's a bit fainter but you can definitely still smell it when my hair moves. Perfect in that it's not too strong and overpowering, but just enough scent to give you an extra oomph. My hair doesn't feel sticky or greasy. There's not really any one scent on its own that you pick up. Kind of just a clean ambery beachy goodness that I think would work year long and layer well. Presently I've got this in my hair, molecule + Mandarin generously spritzed and two sprays of D'anam White Rice to soften things and it's a really nice combo. Would definitely never pay full price though. They seem to frequently go on sale.

so gorgeous and lovely for the summer. the lemon isn't too strong, but you can smell the fruitiness. very warm smelling but in a beachy way. i was skeptical about the concept of hair perfume because i do not play around with my hair, but spraying on the ends seem to be fine. you could use this as regular body mist too and it stays on for a while considering the price.

Silage and longevity isn't great, though if I mess with my hair (which I frequently do because of my curtain bangs) I can smell it lingering on my hand. However, I will say that the hair perfume helps a lot with the texture of my hair. It makes it feel softer, more fluffy, and more voluminous. That's honestly the reason it's become part of my morning routine LOL

I just use this like a regular fragrance/body spray. Any perfume can be a hair perfume if you spray the back of your neck. I really like this composition. Fresh beachy but the salt adds a sexiness to it.

The scent is beautiful and I do enjoy it. However, it does not last. At most maybe 30min to an hour if I'm lucky. For performance, you're better off using other traditional body mists as it works just as well. I was really looking forward to enjoying a hair mist that wouldn't dry my hair. Wouldn't purchase again.

Lovely scent. You can really smell the salt. I would love for my hair to smell like this, but it doesn't work. I spritzed about 10 sprays of this on my hair and I got nothing after an hour. What a ripoff. I'm not sure if hair perfume works. It never really sticks on me.

I ordered a few different kitsch hair perfumes to try since I do love their solid shampoos. They’ve all smelled good, but none have lasted more than 20mins so I won’t be re-buying

I like it but there is something synthetic in it that keeps me from reaching out. I will use it up but I prefer to pay a little extra and get the Fugazzi or Ceremonia hair mists.

The hell is hair perfume? Wash your damned hair.
