Beachy Gelato

SUCH a unique fragrance! i quickly became obsessed with this, especially layered with a vanilla gourmand scent. it’s a citrusy creamy vanilla, and with notes like passionfruit and lime, it is so hard to not love it. literally within the same day i got it, i had blown through 20% of the bottle. i will say, with kitsch hair perfumes, the bottle finishes so fast!

This is an interesting vanilla! The lime and passionfruit add a hint of tang and sourness, but not in an unpleasant way. Like vanilla frozen yogurt with sweet, fruity toppings. Reminds me of walking over to the ice cream shop after a day at the beach. Definitely a fun little mist for the summer!

I'm really enjoying these KITSCH hair perfumes. This one is probably my favorite. It's fresh and sweet. It's sugary, tropical, citrus and very addicting...like you walked into a candy shop at the beach. I love it!

very nice fragrance! more vanilla-forward than i had hoped but still very nice. i actually think this fragrance is suited to cold weather so im a little confused about it being a summer launch. a few sprays of this in my hair lasted two days, and as my hair produced more oil the vanilla became stronger and stronger, it became super cloying. im gonna shelf this until winter time because i do like the smell

Pleasant and wearable. The most interesting parts of this fragrance are in the first 30 minutes- you get a creamy vanilla with a citrus overtone. To me it doesn't specifically read passion fruit or lime, I was more getting orange creamsicle. It also in some moments smells like a spun cotton candy - one of those things where the fruit is more of an abstract flavorant than a real fruit. As it wears in, the citrus fades and the vanilla becomes more prominent and creamy. Lots of layering potential if you're a citrus and cream gal. I would say if you have the Warm Sugar scent from them, this is nice but probably not necessary. I prefer Warm Sugar. This feels a little more youthful, the vanilla is more sweet and edible and could almost trend to the cloying. That said, this is significantly stronger- a few sprays filled a room for a half hour and were strongly present on my hair for hours. Then stayed on my brush for the next day and perfumed my clean hair. Of the two beachy scents, I preferred this one but don't think I will need to get a bottle beyond the small sampler.
