Pistachio Latte Hair Perfume

Well this was surprising! I expected something simplistic, but this has a lot going on and it's a relatively layered fragrance. I smell nuts, not pistachio necessarily, but a salty&savory tone. It has the same (or similar enough) amber contained in their other mist - Amber Shores. The amber here is buried under the gourmond notes, but it provides a truly pretty base. There's a delicious coffee scent, but it isn't harsh. It smells gently like a café. Cherry is listed, but I'm relieved that I don't really smell it (I can't abide cherry and it's everywhere lately. I do get more citrus, but even those notes are rather subdued. The nutty amber is truly what this fragrance is about.

Listen. It's great. Fabulous scent. Can't get enough when I spray it on my hair. The thing is... I'm sensing that hair perfumes are a huge scam! I don't think our hair can hold a scent like our skin can! I don't understand how nine spritzes is completely undetectable. I wish I could smell it, but I can't. Wearing your hair down can help, but not that much. I have to absolutely SNIF my hair with the power of a vacuum to pick up the scent. It's still there after several hours, which I WOULD be thrilled about if I could smell it without holding my hair directly up to my nostrils.

My mom used to hate whenever I used anything with coconut. She used to say that hussies smell like coconut and I think she's talking about the lactonics that usually remind people of sex and lactoferrin. But honestly I like it. You put this, Belsize Beat lotion, Shanghai Java Orchid behind your ears and plop on Bois Dore or Istanbul by Atelier Rebul and you are a walking pyre! Look out ahead! See danger cum! I want a pistol! I want a gun! Baby, baby, a pistol in my hand. Look out! A head!

initially, this was the classic "perfume" scent (my grandma's floral and musk perfume that majority of fragrances smell like to me), but ~15 minutes later the namesake came through. i honestly only get the pistachio, coconut milk (accurate to a latte as a lactose intolerant girlie lol), and musk. definitely seasonal for me, but i think it would be lovely in autumn and winter. edit ~ it gets prettier over time!!

wow surprisingly good. it's deliciously warm nutty, coffee , sweet coconut-vanilla. a bit creamy and light. it brightens up my second day hair. 5-6 hrs. for me it is so good for hair mist. I spray on the pillow or fabric, I can smell it in the next day. and It did the same with Warm Sugar. WOW.

at first spray, this fragrance came off as minty, which perplexed me. i really don't care for mint scents so i thought i wouldn't like it, but the key to this scent is the dry down. when it dries, you get a nice nutty gourmand smell which is interesting. i don't really get any of the other notes in this fragrance, i mostly just get a simple and sweet nut smell, which honestly might just be due to my skin. i'm not a fan of nutty scents like this, but i can appreciate them for what they are, and this is a nice simple scent to accomplish that pistachio gourmand goal!

Personally, this is not a safe blind buy. I haven't seen anyone else say this, so maybe it's just my nose....but I mostly only smell patchouli. It's not in the fragrance notes, so maybe it's the mix of sandalwood and bergamot or something? Either way it is kind of nauseating for me (coming from someone that doesn't usually like patchouli notes). I was hoping for the dry down to develop more into a nutty pistachio vibe, but I just get slightly spicy patchouli. Sadly I think I'll have to return mine if I can

I love pistachio scents. I love coffee scents. I drink pistachio lattes at work almost every day. How could it be possible to screw up so bad. Smelled like anything but its namesake. Maybe if I knew going it it’s not Pistachio Latte but in fact Eaugh Eaugh I wouldn’t be so mad. The other scents are totally fine to nice so there’s no excuse. The initial scent is mindboggling but the drydown is okay but I really smell that cherry note. Insane. Anyways Froth Piper + Perro 4ever

Definitely interesting, as I cannot compare it to any other frag out there. It's nutty, a little sweet, surprisingly complex. To me it doesn't smell like a latte - I don't find it creamy, rather dry and spicy. Not my vibe, but it's certainly worth a try considering the low price.

I can’t decide if I like this or not. On my hair it’s salty, nutty, and sweet. I’m not really a gourmand person- maybe I’ll come back to this in colder weather? Maybe I should just order a pistachio latte instead, one of my favorites.
