Jasmine Air

I didn't expect to like this as much as i did. I thought it would be pure Jasmine and nothing else, but i did experience a transformation in this fragrance. In the opening, I'm met with a fresh green citrus accord. The Blood Orange is hardly detectable to my nose. As the citrus settles, the Jamsine flourishes and takes the front seat that the citruses were keeping warm. Bulgarian Rose is noticeable, but very light. It knows it's place in this composition, so it hides behind the Jamsine. Jamsine Air is so pretty and very likeable. It's a safe scent for many occasions and very suitable for the warmer days. As this dries down, there's some Musk that accompanies the Jasmine. As far as performance, Jasmine Air gave me a very moderate performance. I got 4 and a half hours on my skin with 2-3 feet of projection. Overall, though Jasmine Air isn't my top favorite from this collection, i think it's the safest blind buy, generally speaking. Jamsine Air is a crowd pleaser that's hard to dislike. Even if you're not fond of floral fragrances, Jasmine Air would be the one you could make an exception for. Scent: 8/10 Packaging: 9/10 Performance: 6/10

I just received this in the mail so this is my first impression. It okay, but not a love. It’s nothing unique or special or even worth having to be honest. Very mainstream. I definitely have to layer this with something else if I want to keep it, otherwise it’s taking up space. It gives me CK one vibes but not exactly similar. Upon first spray you get the citrus, then it fades after a minute to an aquatic floral, slightly soapy. Jasmine & osmanthus stick out to me with a hint of rose, but this is not a pure, only Jasmine scent. Projection is very weak, DEFINITELY a close to skin scent (you have to literally sniff exactly where you sprayed to detect it), still testing longevity, but I think it won’t last long. It smells like it’s watered down, too subtle. I could’ve easily passed on this.

First of all, Jeff Leatham and KKW hit the ball out of the park with this packaging (box AND bottle). It is SO LUXE - better than $200+ fragrances I have purchased in the past. The fragrance is lovely! In the opening, I get a beautiful fresh, sweet yet tangy citrus - perhaps tangerine. After about 5 minutes of wear, the mid notes come through. In the mid I am getting an apricot-y osmanthus mixed with a clean jasmine (I don't detect any rose, thankfully). The dry down is a combination of the aforementioned notes with the addition of a clean musk and warm amber. Though Fragrantica lists patchouli in the base, my untrained nose does not detect it, so fear not patchouli haters!

After spraying it, in the first 15 minutes, I feel regret and then the dry down slowly happens and Jasmine Air changes into a scent that is creamy and fruity with a bit of sweetness. The top notes are a weird mix. I have Opal Drip and I am more in love with that one but Jasmine Air gets better as it sits on my skin longer. It's a multilayered scent for sure. I don't smell the Jasmine as much as I wish I did but it's a smell worth trying as it morphs over the hours pretty dramatically.

This first collection between KKW Fragrance and Jeff Leatham was Amazingly Good. All three scents were Outstanding, including this one, Jasmin Air. It is a beautiful, delicate, light but not weak Jasmine that I actually had to sit with for awhile before I actually appreciated how beautiful it is.
