KKW x Kris

I had the oppotunity to be one of the first to be gifted this fragrance by Kim and her fragrance team. I was very shocked and flattered when they reached out to me and for that, I'm very thankful. At first sight, i was obsessed with the bottle. I find it artistic, elegant and unique. The sculpture on the bottle was a perfect peice for what the fragrance represented. Upon first spray, i got a blast of tuberose. Now I'm not the biggest fan of tuberose, but i gave this fragrance a chance and it grew on me as it dried down. The tuberose is pretty prominent in this fragrance for the first 30 minutes, then the freesia and gardenia starts to become more detectable and softens the tuberose. About an hour or so after, the tuberose takes the backseat and the amber and cashmere woods flourishes. There are more notes listed in this fragrance, but I'm describing the ones that I'm able to detect. This fragrance has very good projection and last about 5 hours on my skin. For a fragrance that i got for free, i have 0 complaints. But it's definitely worth purchasing. Scent: 8/10 Packaging: 9/10 Performance: 7/10

Smells like a very expensive skin cream. I could imagine a rich woman wearing this 100% while I do think it pulls more mature, I do think as a woman in her late 20s It is acceptable to wear if you do not over spray (which oops prone to doing ) I would say this is a nice inoffensive yet incredibly womanly scent, but underneath you can smell a tiny bit of the vetiver if you look for it. A perfume I do want to note that I personally think it smells similar to (not a dupe) is the Victoria Secret Very Sexy Wild Palm. I don't think they actually have many notes in common, but upon first spray they smell incredibly similar. Although VS WP is a good fragrance I would say KKW X Kris is a bit more sophisticated and has a something a bit more to it. It does also smell very similar to MK as well. I could see this perfume being best in spring or summer but realistically it can be worn any time because as I said it smells like rich lady skin care, and rich lady skin care is an all year thing ;)

Received my bottle today. First off, it smells EXACTLY like Michael Kors, her original Kim k perfume from 2009 and Florence by Tocca. If you own those, you absolutely don’t need this. It does resemble her crystal gardenia & red lips too, but those are just a hair more aquatic & fruity. The siliage is more of a close to skin scent and longevity is nice, 7-12hrs. If you want more in depth review just look at the reviews from Michael Kors & Kim’s first perfume from 2009 because I’m not kidding, they are EXACTLY alike. Overall it’s a white floral, gardenia, tuberose scent. I love it and I also LOVE all the other perfumes I mentioned and if you love this or any of those, go to Walmart & get Bodycology Pure White Gardenia body spray for about $4, that smells EXACTLY like all these perfumes mentioned & it’s great to keep in your car, gym bag, wear around the house if you don’t want to waste your perfumes.

A beautiful bottle design and scent.Smells very close to her original kim Kardashian perfume and Michael Kors DNA. Longevity and sillage both excellent, lingers wonderfully throughout day :-)

I don't own any of her earlier releases (that are being compared to this one), so I unfortunately can't compare this fragrance with her previous ones. I will admit that the bottle is what motivated this purchase, which I find to be very beautiful and unique. I have a affinity for white florals, but I don't have much experience with gardenia, so I figured this would be a nice addition to my collection. However, upon first spray the tuberose is the most noticeable note. The gardenia is softer and looms in the background, smelling fresh and adding a green-ness. I find this fragrance pretty linear as I don't notice much change as it wears. I can pick up a tad more woodiness as it dries down, but its nothing dominating. I usually like the addition of woody notes in florals because I find that they help cut through the sweetness and relieves some of the "headiness", adding depth. But the woody notes in here do not do this. Its not strong enough to control the tuberose. The woody notes makes this turn a little powdery and "fluffy?". Maybe cozy is a better word, but not really cozy in the warm way. Cozy in the soft way. Overall, it's soft. It's pretty. But it's nothing special. Not interesting. Something I'd wear if I was just chilling at home. I was expecting more depth. Stronger amber notes and a darker woody note would complete this for me. The biggest fault is the wear time. The fragrance is moderately strong at initial spray. But it fades quickly. Completely gone in an hour on skin. Maybe 1.5 hr on clothes. Detecting specific notes is nearly impossible after 30 min (for my average/fairly novice nose). Amounts to being a lightly sweet, creamy soft white floral. Clean and comforting. Like a freshly washed blanket. Love that bottle though.

Edit 8/12: This is gorgeous but it truly doesn't last. I'm lucky to get an hour of enjoyment out of it. Go for Michael Kors instead. I've owned Crystal Gardenia for several years, so when KKW x Kris launched I figured they would be similar enough that I wouldn't need it. A few weeks ago I was in Ulta and saw it on display along with other KKW frags. I decided to spray it on a tester strip, and was immediately bowled over. This is honestly so beautiful! I was not expecting this at all. I think this might be the best of the KKW line. I was worried from the marketing that this would feel too mature for me (I mean, Kris Jenner is 30 years older than I am), but it's not at all. I think this could be rocked at any age, in any weather. The packaging feels very luxe. The whole bottle feels like a slab of stone. The smooth cap is solid and surprisingly heavy, almost like marble. I do wish it didn't have the weird mother-daughter portrait carving, it's kind of off-putting imo. The bottle is certainly unique, and the color scheme is very on brand for Kim. Comparing it to Crystal Gardenia, I do not think they smell all that similar. CG is a much fresher, almost beachy gardenia. Very fruity in the opening with the grapefruit and pear notes. KKW x Kris has a more bitter, boozy opening with the white wine and Aperol Spritz, but overall it is a very woody tuberose. Creamy, but not overly so. Like other scents in the KKW line, I find the performance to be just okay. Moderate sillage and doesn't last more than a couple hours. Fairly linear. Tuberose scents tend to give me a headache (looking at you, Gucci Bloom!), so I'm glad to have finally found one that doesn't. If you love white florals, especially tuberose, give this one a try.

FLORALLLL and I mean F L O R A L perfume. A bouquet of 100 gardenias, with maybe a jasmine and lily placed in this bouquet to accent the gardenia. This is very Kim, as she loves Gardenia and so does her mom Kris. So the scent profile is not surprising. I also find this a more mature gardenia scent to say Kim's Crystal Gardenia, so also fitting that this is the launch she did with her mom. If Crystal Gardenia is too youthful for you, you may like this one. I myself prefer Crystal Gardenia. The bottle is very nice tho and has the statue detailing on both sides of the bottle.

This ties with BAE for my favorite scent in the KKW Fragrance Line. I smell a lot of Jasmine in this scent. I do smell the tuberose and gardenia but they aren't as in your face as I expected them to be. I do wish the tuberose was stronger, because thats my favorite note in perfumery but Kim made a very very nice perfume with this one.

The best of all KKW fragrances, in my opinion. Absolutely gorgeous white floral. Mature and classy. Not great longevity but such is the case with all Kim's fragrances. I own Crystal Gardenia too, and other than the fact that they're both tuberose & gardenia scents, they aren't that similar. CG is brighter, fresher, and fruitier, almost beachy, while KKW x Kris smells more complex and grown up, very similar to Michael Kors.

This might be my favorite scent from kkw. I find it refreshing and soft. The kind of perfume I would wear to work and mostly because the longevity is so weak I don't think it would offend anyone. That's unfortunate because that's the kind of scent I would go for.

yes it is a little mature but i like it a lot. honestly if it was overwhelming, i'd hate it. the packaging is also very beautiful. the top for the perfume is oddly satisfying to touch lol. would i repurchase? yesss.

Very pretty, very clean white floral. I love tuberose and white florals. This is a like but not a love.

Totally agree with CherryKay. This reminded me exactly of the white florals you would smell at a funeral. I couldn't quite put my finger on it when I first spritzed, but seeing her review put it into words perfectly. It's not necessarily a bad scent; just very heavy on the gardenia. And I mean HEAVY.

Whoa the bottle design looks like a piece of shit. A fragrance line which shouldn't have existed in the first place.

I hated this. Just going to be blunt. I picked it up because the packaging was beautiful. Sprayed it on my inner wrist and sniffed, and it felt like someone’s rich grandmother slapped me in the face with her Italian leather purse. In the worst way. Funeral white florals. Weird tanginess of white wine. And ... old skin? I can’t describe it. Kind of like that smell in an old person’s home, the smell right under the disinfectant. Overall I’m disappointed. I don’t know who they’re marketing this to because my 80 year old grandmother despised it as much as I did, and white florals are right up her alley.

Very, very gardenia heavy. Smelled like the perfume trail you'd get from an old church lady.

just got this in the mail. the box is lovely and the bottle is super unique. I would give this fragrance an A+ on packaging. It looks beautiful on my bathroom vanity. The round sculpture picture in the center of the bottle is 3D, which adds a level of luxury and sophistication. This is definitely my favorite bottle design from Kim and I think sticking to the aesthetic & color scheme of her home would be a great idea for branding for future launches. Now everyone can have a little piece of that "Kimye" Taupe/ cool toned nude/ cream color that represents Kardashian opulence. Although a fair warning- the bottle is very, very small. At first spray, it smells very similar to Kim Kardashian's original fragrance in the opaque black bottle. I definitely smell a warm spiciness/ cinnamon. The spiciness may be coming from the marigold (aka tagetes). Tagetes are known to be herbaceous and very spicy smelling. This is a VERY floral fragrance so if you're not into florals, you won't enjoy this at all. This fragrance is like walking through a garden during the spring time. To me- this fragrance reminds me of the outdoors during the spring time and is very uplifting. There is definitely Michael Kors DNA in this one as well as Kim's original fragrance. I would say it is a true cross between the two with a hint of those Italian bitter notes (aka Aperol Spritz). I was expecting this fragrance to be "creamier" and "heavier" based on the notes, but this fragrance leans more bitter/ spicy. It smells a bit better on an index card that I sprayed it on than it does my actual skin. This also smells similar to Gucci Bloom. I would say the main notes I'm smelling (in order) are: Marigold aka Tagetes (spiciness) Freesia Tuberose/ Jasmine (in equal part) Gardenia Cashmere Woods (like the wooden slabs you hang in your closet for scent) I think most young people will find this to be too mature, which is truly a shame. Floral notes are often branded "mature" or "old lady" and this fragrance is all florals (marigold, freesia, jasmine, tuberose, gardenia, lily, vetiver) but it smells natural and uplifting. Overall, I would say this is a strong, white floral fragrance that smells like a true garden. If you like fragrances like Kim Kardashian Original, Michael Kors, Gucci Bloom, or Love by Fresh- then you will definitely really like this. Edit! So as this wore through out the day I noticed the jasmine became more and more prominent. Micheal kors is a true tuberose scent, where as this one definitely has a strong jasmine / spice note to it. I wouldn't say this is a complete copy of Michael Kors, but definitely very similar. I would still recommend purchasing though because the bottle truly is an art piece. I will not be throwing it away once I am finished. I will add another fragrance into the bottle and keep it on my vanity. Now that I've had this on my skin a while, I'm not detecting any amber or vetiver in the dry down.. just the cashmere woods. Good lasting power!

A typical KKW white floral, but its very nice! I found it had amazing longevity on my clothes. Doesn't smell like a celebrity scent, the bottle is beautiful and feels luxe. Out of all of the white floral renditions Kim has done (her OG scent, crystal gardenia, red lips, Desert Rose - god there have been SO many lol) this scent is the closest to Michael by Michael Kors, but they are all similar. Kim even said back when she did press for her first fragrance that the process of making a celeb scent is you tell these companies your favourite perfumes and they try to recreate it with slightly different notes. I noticed in one episode of the show Kris was spritzing herself with Michael Kors.

I absolutely for the good of life do not know what the hub-hub and hype is surrounding this family is all about, and as for the purchasing any of their fragrance lines which they churn out more than three to four times a year which are practically mass marketed chemically enhanced and is appealing more toward a younger market as I have 1st hand experience from this. working within the fragrance sector, and as for being misogynistic as one reviewer puts it. its got nothing to do with that as it seems to me that the person in question is precisely the typical types of persons the Kardashian are targeting. The Kardashians are poor in taste, but they are not short of a penny or two
