Nude Suede

I hesitated well over a year before buying this. I was attracted to the dark bottle ever since I bought KKW's Nude Soleil May 2022, but I was worried the jasmine and tuberose, which I generally don't like, would ooze out all over the scent. I needn't have worried. I hardly know they're there. There is enough floral, but it's mainly a light amber/sandalwood fragrance. Adult though, also sort of surprising. Despite the marketing focus of this line, I didn't feel like a giggling and/or angst ridden teenager or college coed wearing it. I'm not worried about the name. Several reviewers couldn't smell the suede, and I think I know why. Most of us can't afford to even smell really expensive suede in stores, never mind buy any. Kim can, and undoubtedly does. I suspect this fragrance is enough like the really rich goat suede sold this time of the year (autumn) to be a valid name. The suede name and the color and texture of the bottle really sells it in any case.

Just received this today, so this is my first impression. I hate it. Smells very spicy & masculine. Something like my dad wore in the 90s. It’s the patchouli & Amber that ruined it for me. It’s definitely not fresh & clean. More spicy, earthy, dark, something for the fall or winter. But I just hate this on me. Not worth keeping, taking up space. It smells almost exactly like Adam Levine for women perfume.

This is my favorite out of the 4. It’s soft and relaxing yet also alluring and slightly sensual. I love it.

Just like Opal Energy and Nude Sand, there is a warm sweetness in them, almost dusty but very nice and comforting that reminds me of Lavender Baby Oil, hard to explain but everytime I have to use baby oil I go and wear one of these perfumes. I wanted a nice oriental since I was eyeing the Indulgent Moment Raspberry and Tuberose at TjMaxx which smelled interesting, quite oriental but something in it smelled like orange blossom, the stale kind and I didnt buy it. Well this ends up smelling just like Indulgent Moment raspberry & Tuberose but better quality. At first the sandalwood overload repels me abit but give it 15 mins and everything smooths out. The lavender doesnt make this smell manly at all, like even Libre ysl or Harvest Moon Gaze by VS (I consider these two dupes) dont come off masculine on me. The geranium here is giving me Fenty vibes only the first like 5-10 mins. Both of these perfumes have a thick, warm ambery sweetness even tho Fenty has no amber but somehow rose and magnolia there make it ambery. Fenty is different though, heavy on the balsamic rose, citrusy almost like citronella and with the blueberry it ends up smelling like Misteriosa on me or Little Black Dress by BBW with aton of rose and very berry/patchouli/spicy. The patch vibe here is mellow and the tuberose dominates everything in the end, so it doesnt resemble Fenty but it really is like that perfume at TJ Maxx. The tuberose is so milky. I ended up loving this one so I made the right choice. Nude Silk is the only one I dislike, due to the peach is absolutely sickly sweet and nauseating to me, ugh.

it's like two different scents in one. i'm kind of confused lol. it radiates at an arms length which isn't surprising because wood notes project better on me. from a distance i smell the first barbie i've ever owned in the 90s; that lipstick scent (something similar to nude sand?). smelling my wrist up close, i smell lavender, some type of oud with a mix of baby oil. it reminds me of the kkw oud, which i actually do like a lot. $4 on sale at my local marshalls which i am not mad at.

very woody with a strong amber scent, an angel to layer with!! a bit boring on her own.

Warm, sweet & spicy. Very unisex and different. Very soohiaricated but cozy at the same time. Slightly reminds me of KKW Silver Heart. Rated #1 Sand #2 Suede #3 Silk #4 Soleil

No idea where the lavender or grapefruit is in this, but it smells nothing like the notes to me. I smell baby powder and an '70s/'80s 'spicy' men's aftershave smell. But like, a really cheap smelling and old-school pharmacy aftershave. The pungence of the baby powder is absolutely insane and borderline headache-inducing. The dry down is more agreeable, a generic musky amber, but still incredibly boring and not worth the literal headache of getting there. A genuine surprise because I own some truly great gems from Kim Kardashian's fragrance line. This one is not even worth $5. And no, there's no suede note.

Sharp & gross. I wouldn’t even know where to begin re. how off-putting this is. This smells like an old man’s dirty pipe. Or old man’s old clothes that have been in storage or garage for years.

This is a little gem of a fragrance. Inexpensive (found it at TJ Maxx & blind bought it) & fairly long lasting. Several people who walked by me gave me a compliment. It’s a slightly sweet/musky/creamy sandalwood fragrance reminiscent of This is Her by Zadig & Voltaire. Pleasant & versatile- great for day, night, office, etc. Glad I picked it up!

This one is definitely the best of the 4 Nude scents in the Nudes Collection but unfortunately this Collection is not one of KKW Fragrance's Best. This scent has a nice Woody scent and a very pretty , enjoyable drydown. It is intentionally simple and it's really good.

The best way to describe this is straight woody. It's intimate. It's very much a skin scent in the sense that it doesn't project far. This is the only scent from the Nudes collection I bought and from what I've heard this is considered to be " the best one".

I have a new bottle of this I'm selling on ebay. KKW Fragrance had some amazing scents, my favorite being Nude Lips.

Just another money grab. Nothing interesting and smells very cheap, as does this entire line.

Love the way this smells, but it’s a very feminine suede to me. Not very unisex.

I thought a perfume called Suede, would have a suede note in the fragrance.
