Yellow Diamond (Kourtney)

Okay, so i was very interested in this diamond line, but i did not want to blind buy a bottle just to sample it and possibly not like it. So, when they announced Ulta was selling it in stores, i made a trip there to give them a sniff. Based on the notes, i knew Kourtney's fragrance was going to be likeable. I sampled Kim's and Khloe's fragrance first and was unimpressed. I tried Kourtney's and was blown away by this sweet, creamy floral scent. I cannot detect any patchouli(Thank God) and I'm not familiar with the scent of golden currant, but i can imagine it must smell amazing. I definitely can detect iris and vanilla as well. As far as the performance, it's moderate at best. I got a good 3 hours on my skin and maybe 2 feet of sillage. In my opinion, this fragrance is suitable for everyday wear at work or outings with friends, family, ect. It's pretty, inoffensive, and small enough to carry with you for re-applying. If Kourtney was as involved with the composition of this fragrance as she claims, then kudos to her. I know it's not a competition, but she blew kim and Khloe out of the water with this one. Scent: 8/10 Packaging: 8/10 Performance: 5/10

Well, I must say this is such a pleasant dupe to La Vie Est Belle, I can even say that this is better than LVEB. I can freely and confidently wear it because it is not cloying and annoying like LVEB. This is a well made concoction: it is safe to use. It smells almost identical with the only difference that this is more balanced, easier to wear and it doesn't choke anyone. It is not as heavy, too bad this is discontinued. The only thing I don't like is precisely its lack of originality since it smells exactly like the most popular perfume of the recent years, but this in itself is a paradox as the creators are geniuses in creating this gem (pun intended). This perfume by Kourtney (hers are the best ones, by the way) is less dense than LVEB making it a much more friendlier fragrance to wear.

This is SO good. I agree that it is reminiscent of LVEB, but Yellow Diamond is much better IMO. This has been discontinued and is going for ridiculous prices now on eBay, Poshmark, etc. I REALLY hope KKW FRAGRANCE does a restock of this and Khloe’s Pink Diamond! This is an AMAZING sweet patchouli... if you’re not into the trend of the fruitchouli, sweet patchouli, then I’d definitely stay away. But if you’re like me and have no shame in jumping on this bandwagon lol, you’ll love this. The white currant berries, patchouli, and vanilla are blended beautifully. A+

I have been searching far and wide for this perfume since it is out of stock everywhere. I managed to find the trio set at my local Ulta, and I am soooo excited for this. To me, it smells like a more mature version of Narcissus Fatale by Drew Barrymore. It starts off a little sharp but grows into a very creamy floral vanilla.

LVEB dupe for sure, but so much better. it's sweet and has that nice patchouli ugh. it's so addicting!! probably in my top 5 favorite perfumes. i wished it wasn't out of stock :( i'd definitely repurchase

Beautiful bottle and scent.Smells very similar to Lancome La Vie Est Belle, absolutely stunning.Sillage and Longevity are excellent.Best scent out of the 3.

Warmer spicier La VieEst Belle. I prefer Kourtney. Very pretty and can easily be worn day or night. Two thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼

This perfume lasts FOREVER on my skin. It's a fresh, sharp, sweet scent. I am not a huge fan of gourmand fragrances so I was pleasantly surprised by this one being so fresh. It's something I would never expect myself to like. In a weird way I feel like it smells like whipped cream and burnt cherries? I can't explain it but it's really interesting. I have to say, some KKW Fragrances really shock me. Some are decently generic but some can be really unique. I wish this scent wasn't discontinued so I didn't feel bad every time I use it. I also like the packaging for this one! The yellow is just to die for.

This might piss some KKW stan off-- but this is really the only quality fragrance they make with discernable notes, and a "journey" from top note to dry down. I, ill advised, ordered 6 KKW fragrances and only a few worked out for me. The acceptable ones are still just one-note glorified body spray. This is the only one that had personality and doesn't read as cheap. And of course now it's out of stock. Lol.

Nice vanilla scent. Surprised that KKW fragrance really delivers. Many reviews says it's very similar to LVEB, I guess that would save me from buying that. Vanilla and patchouli notes are the most prominent. Projection is really good. Don't overspray or you'll get instant headaches. Lasts 6-8 hrs on skin, and almost the whole day on clothes. Quiet impressed! Rating this 6.5/10

Smells almost exactly like Lancome La vie est belle. It’s also similar to Victor & Rolf Flowerbomb in the drydown, but that’s better. Also, both of those fragrances have better projection & lasting power. This is has poor lasting power.

As others have stated, this was by far the best among all the diamond iterations. A perfectly balanced sweet, floral fragrance. Is it worth the outrageous prices it's being sold for now? No. It's good but not $200 good.

This smells EXACTLY like Oscar Del La Renta Bella Rosa! No difference at all! It also smells identical to Be Layereds First Kiss Exclusive which is a dupe for Parfums De Marly Delina Exclusive.

It smells nice, but it can't decide if it wants to be gourmand or not. The sweetness is kind of shy. I feel it's incomplete. Definitely missing something.

Love this scent, it gives me "arabian night" tropical romantic dinner vibes. Near the ocean, high up on a hill , fairy lights surrounding a table set for 2 outside. The only downside n maybe its just me, but i feel like once it dries down and youve been wearing it for awhile (on clothes) it gives a weird gas after smell just faintly , and it wasnt just once that happened 🤷♀️

The name is a copy of Versace's, the smell a copy of Lancome's LVEB and the award fot the ugliest bottle goes to...THIS! Not hating just telling facts. No efgorts put onto this, no origonality whatover..it's not enough to put your asses on display in the ad and slap your name on the bottle..I pass.

My all time favorite celeb scent along with Eilish. It is reminiscent of LVEB, but it's much better. The opening is brighter and juicy because of the white currant, the mid is pretty florals dancing with vanilla and whipped cream and as it settles, you get that vanilla/tonka and very well blended patchouli. Not dirty or cloying at all. Best IMO, that KKW has ever made. Really beautifully done and the performance is incredible! Lasts all day on clothing and quite well on skin, about 6 hours. Projection is pretty amazing for a cheapie---though the price it's currently going for is NOT CHEAPIE 😑 lol. Glad I have 2 bottles. For reference, I only have 1 other celeb scent. Most aren't worth it for me

I've never tried La Vie Est Belle, any other KKW fragrances, and honestly don't like patchouli very much. I went into this perfume knowing that it would fully be out of my comfort zone. Upon first spring I recall the fruits coming off as a bit sharp and tart. The dry down however is wonderful, full of sweet and creamy vanilla. The longer you wear this the more sweet, candied, and rounded it becomes. I don't think it's worth the price it's currently going for online but if you can find one at retail value, which I did, then maybe give it a smell. I'm curious as to how this will wear in different seasons.
