Luxure Sensuelle

The best coffee fragrance that I have tried so far. The top notes and middle notes are where this fragrance shines. You can sense the coffee, and the good thing is that this is neither sugary nor sweet. That is what I like the most about this scent. Longevity and sillage are strong. It is a winter or autumn fragrance; for me, it is a night fragrance. It is a very well-blended scent.

Sweet Cappuccino. Literally that. Sweet, milky coffee scent. Simple. Beautiful. It has a very inviting warm spiciness, that doesn't ruin the cappuccino image, yet enhances the scent. Luxure Sensuelle is not too sweet like Kopiko coffee hard candy, but more like a coffee-rich tiramisu. It even has a fluffy cake texture to the scent. The sweetness balances the coffee note, and it moderately vanillic but not overtly. This is one of the fragrances with a truly obvious coffee note. Coffee lovers with sweet tooth would love this. Cool weather wear. Big "Like".

The cardamom and pink peppercorn are quite prominent, as any top note should be. It's quite a tame and alluring bitter scent, but also quite strong. Unfortunately, as I get to the base notes, I don't smell a single whiff of cappuccino or coffee, but more herbal so maybe that's the lavender. It does dry down to a sweet and pleasant peppery vanilla. I do wish the coffee note was more prominent.

Sweet coffee, too sweet at first. A bit of bitterness comes through, which helps, but then it turns sour, and that’s not pleasant. It does remind me of Rochas Man a little bit. 3.5/5. Not FBW. It’s just not for me. The longevity isn’t great, three sprays and after two hours, I have to press my nose to my wrist to smell it.
