Un Jardin A Paris

Wow , what a total surprise this is . I get a spicy gardenia and a tad of musk with a bit of patchouli . So far don't get any tuberose , or orange blossom as a standout note , nor do I get any jasmine , unless the floral notes are so well done you just can't single them out . I'd say the same with the incense , again unless it is so well melded into scent . The ylang ylang since it is slightly spicy could be part of that spice coming through . This is an outstanding scentual , I really like it , she is unique and I would have to say if this keeps along the first spritz she will be a keeper . She does spritz with a bit of alcohol , it lasted only a second or two going straight to the spicy gardenia . I spritzed once on wrist {s} so as far as longevity or sillage can't say , but I don't really care , so I spritzed onto my shirt . If I really like a scent and the money did not " hurt my wallet " I'm all in . It is only the ones that are a higher end and I get no projection or longevity , that I will protest . This was about $35.69 at perfume.com , It came in two days from New Jersey , they rock the delivery for sure . I will enjoy this spicy gardenia as I have no other like it . I'm beginning to really appreciate this one ~ If can test it , if you like those notes , get it , in my opinion you'll like it ~ P.s ~ If there is rhubarb in here I can't tell { why I bought it } but then I'd not know what she would smell like either , ha P.s .s ~ The bottle is super cute , it looks like a ring , and it fits well on my perfume chest ~ Edit " It is 10:30 pm , I can still smell this , albeit , it is weak , I still get the spice of the scent , so it was there for easily 8 ~12 hours , spritzed twice , and on my shirt , amazing for price point ~ I run hot so it may have something to do with , or maybe it is just that good ~ I'm so happy Edit : 4/20/20 ~ When I first spritzed this is was on a hotter day , which is exactly as described above . I have since worn on an overcast colder day and there is a bit of a difference , it took a little over 2~3 minutes for dry down to get over the alcohol & lightly cloying affect { due in my opinion to the alcohol and note combo } of the opening . It still wears the same but I wanted to add that ~ She has become a must have and a love ~ for sure ~ ///=^} ~

The incense note in this fragrance is what makes this perfume nostalgic. It is not like a classical vintage scent though. But when I smell my wrists I feel like I am beamed to my childhood by an invisible time machine. This scent is mysterious, sweet but not artificially overwhelming. I can't really smell the florals so much. Florals are a huge meh for me but cyphre is like a magic touch into otherwise boring flower scents. I love this perfume.

Yesss .. its similar to Amouage Love Tuberose.. more softer and delicate than Love tuberose. Rubharb note slightly change middle note. Overall just ok to blind buy..

there is a strong animalic note in this that made me nauseous. it’s a big sweet floral with an animalic & patchouli base that’s gag inducing. I like a good animalic note when it blends & smells sultry (ex., JP Joy & 1000), but this just seemed gross. I was never a fan of the floral-fruity-patchoulis of the 2000’s anyway and that’s what this seems like to me.
