Morning Mimosa

I've been using this fragrance in the past weeks. It has a sweet floral scent, but not cloyingly sweet. I spritz it early in the morning before I start working. It's such a happy scent for me, gives me positive energy. It also reminds me of the smell of the air in those spring days when I go outside and my severe pollen allergy almost kills me. However with this perfume I can enjoy the beautiful smell without worrying about my allergy! Korres is a brand that I feel safe blind-buying their perfumes, because so far I have never disliked any of its female fragrances.

This really gives me Chanel vibes. Lovely scent and quite strong for an EDT! Classy, romantic and refined. Could easily see this as a signature scent and definitely a crowd pleaser. Safe blind but IMO

Photorealistic wildflowers. On the citrusy side, but sweet and more complex. Literal spring scent.

i've never had a mimosa so i can't comment on that part but it smells of sweaty mornings in the yellow sun and overripe flowers, maybe even a continental breakfast where the juice machine gives you a sticky combination of orange and pineapple juice, but this whole scene is incredibly romantic - your hotel sprawls in front of a little greek village where the jeweler scams you with fake gold. you couldn't be happier.

Doesnt smell mimosa, only patchouli. To be a patchouli perfume its not bad. But I feel I have smelled this a thousand times before.The drydown also gives a more soapy fresh smell.

Citrusy and floral in a way that reminds me of, of all things, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. Light, moderately sweet, and clean-smelling.

Reading the reviews and the notes, I expected it to be my new favorite scent. Alas, it was a far cry from it. Weak, unisex, linear, short lasting. I have another perfume from Korres, they both seem bottled scented water to me. Very weak performance and poorly made. I am so disappointed.

Very disappointed! Since I have knowledge of mimosa flower smell and several mimosa perfumes this one is nothing to do with"morning mimosa" Mimosa's smell is one of my favs flower smells ever. So.... No mimosa here!

It’s funny how a smell can be perceived in such different ways by different people. On my skin, there’s a very evident mimosa note here that’s almost honeyed. I close my eyes and I can feel the sun on my skin, pollen on the air, the countryside of my childhood around me, I can almost hear my friends as kids laughing around me. We’re picking wildflowers..This is what this perfume brings to mind. It’s natural, innocent and soft like a carefree memory from your childhood.

I used to own chanel chance and ultimately got rid of it because the patchouli aspect of it was just headachey and cloying on me. This does immediately smell like chanel chance but without the headache. I agree it has a more soapy and floral dry down. Very sort of fresh clean inoffensive smell. Good if you want something bright but not fruity or sweet.

Love the 'American Dad' reference, even if almost certainly unintentional.
