Oceanic Amber

Recently got this on a summer holiday from Greece. It's such a lovely and uplifting fragrance. Really like the amber note in this one, a bit sweet and creamy one. Has some freshness from the mint and the apple notes, therefore reminds me a bit of Versace Eros, the OG edt. I think it's best for the fall season, and I wish it would last longer.

A light and fresh airy Amber, has hints of mint and a tad bit of spiceyness, it's fresh yet sweet. It's also very seductive and a little playful. This would make a great date night scent. It also has an uplifting quality to it. Overall solid fragrance.

WOW, am actually surprised its sweet mint amber fragrance, year around for sure...very well rounded...it doesn't have that fresh kick from mint but rather like spearmint gum....10/10...I also own lefko and white tea...all hits fr

A refreshing, spicy scent; for me personally it feels like summer, although I'd say it could be worn all-year round. Longevity and sillage fall a bit short, but for this value it is a pretty good perfume.

I love it! Perfect for after the shower on a hot summer day. Fresh and cozy, it turns more woody towards the end but it's also smooth enough for me to wear it as a woman. Can't go wrong for the price!

Ahh, this is great!! It reminds me a lot of Gaultier 2. It's an amber that is not dominated by labdanum. Sure, it leans masculine, but it's so smooth and I will definitely wear this as a woman. I love amber scents but find most of them overwhelming and cloying, so I am happy to find one that I can handle wearing. It is not a fresh perfume, but it is a lot fresher than most amber scents! Sweet, woody, a tad fruity and a pinch of freshness from the mint I can't speak for longevity yet, but I can say that it is still going STRONG now, 1 1/2 hour after applying. It filled the room with 2 sprays and my company could smell it from across the table. The apple note lends a fruity aspect that also makes this very similar to Elvis Jesus for her (a masculine leaning amber with cherry, similar vibe but more heavy and cloying) Update: I can smell it faintly on my skin the next day, 14+ hours after applying. Seems like it projected well for about 3 hours though, then it became more of a skin scent

Nice scent, one of the best for Spring, in northern countries this can be also wearable in Summers but not in Mediterranean summers. Also wearable in Automn. Its sweet and fresh, different and nice, i really like it especially for going out for a coffee or for a meal. Has very good perfomance and its sillage is mediocre. Nice, pleasant. The amber/woody accord is the same as in Eau de Iceberg Amber. However, Iceberg is quite harsh and has a lot of sharp edges, whereas Korres is smooth and soft. On the lighter side too, unfortunately. Still, worth the price.

Just ok, a nice cheapy very similar to Armani Code Profumo... But waaaay sweeter.

This one is a letdown for me, initially I was like this is so great, but after wearing it for some time it gets quite sickening, sticky. It smells like you chewed fruity Pineapple bubblegum and add a spearmint gum on top of it. As always with Korres very missleading name, we have a vetiver Root with Almost no vetiver, Black Pepper with Absolutely no Pepper, and Oceanic amber with nothing even remotely oceanic and very faint Amber. The Other Two smell nice, this one is kinda meh

For those who are willing to purchase this perfume, please test it before buying since the existing title " oceanic amber" is misleading due to lack of freshness which this cannot be considered as a summer or spring fragrance. From my perspective it reminds me joop homme ice, providing a sweet syrup touch which can be wearable only in winter times. For those who are seeking cheap, long lasting alternatives there are absolutely better options.

The scent is good but the performance is very weak, you can barely smell something after an hour or two, the sillage is weak too. The price is pretty high i would say, about 37$ for 50ml from the manufacturer.

Honestly nothing groundbreaking. Completely forgettable sweet and minty amber scent.

I really liked this salty oceanic and fresh scent and I bought it immediately at the store. It smelled like a rocky Mediterranean shore. It's a good ambery summer scent with a blast of pepper - However as I went home with my newly acquired bottle and used it over the course of several days I noticed that it leans too manly for me.. and I'm not someone who's afraid of wearing traditionally male leaning unisex perfumes like Tobacco Vanille. But this, over time the salty amber-mint-pepper-wood combo just smelled like male deodorant to me so I just couldn't wear it, even if I love the amazing sea-like opening, so I gave it to my dad.

It's smells good but just good and doesn't perform, %70 amber with %30 ocean. And I think it doesn't fit summer. meh to me. (Has a cheap side)

Honestly it reminded me of bubble gum smell. Synthetic smell not that pleasant to my nose. Sure not a blind buy in my opinion.

This smells nothing like Spicebomb. It's more similar to boss bottled. Performance is perfectly fine 3 sprays to the neck and i get plenty of projection. I really like this and even bought the edp which is more rich. This is an amber sweet bomb and like paradigme which is similar, can become cloying. I live in Athens and find Korres fragrances at the pharmacy really cheap. This one and Saffron Spices are my favourites.

Another favorite by Korres even though I was a bit averse to it at first. It's really rich, syrupy, and sweet, but because of the cardamom and mint notes, it's quite fresh and works great in the summer. However, sadly, it doesn't do too well during the winter. Color wise, I personally associate it with blacks, golds, beiges, and other autumn colors.
