Saffron Tobacco

I smelled this when it first came out last year and i rejected it immediately because it is clearly inspired by Tobacco Vanilla and the day i tested this on my wrist it seemed to me that it was an attempt to copy it. Bought it today when i smelled it for second time at a perfume shop.It sure does remind of tobacco vanilla a lot but it carries it's own personality. Less spicy, to my nose it smells like a spiced strawberry or blueberry with tobacco-incense background. Something like a fruity flower sprinkled with freshly cut tobacco leaves. After 2-3 hours it gets sweeter and a little bit woody, like an incense burner made of patchouli wood, tobacco is always there at the background. It is a sweet fragrance, slightly masculine sweet, not overly spiced and heavy. It is a little bit dark, not gothic dark, more like dark new wave. Havent tried yet but i imagine it is not suitable for daytime wear. Season Definitely Fall and Winter 7/10 I would give 8 if it was eau de parfum and more complex

Geçtiğimiz ay Dedeağaç da bir eczanede buldum ve aldım. Indirimli olduğunu söylediler ve 24 euro fiyata satın aldım. Ilk anda akla Tom Ford TV geliyor ama değil. Açılış çok benziyor ama hemen ardından kakao baskın hale geliyor. TV gibi ahir değil. Notalarda görünmüyor ama sanırım tarçın da var harmanda. Keyifli, şekerimsi, tarçın ve yumuşak bir tüyün karışımı. Kullanması keyifli ve rahat. Serin havalar için harika. Bu markayı genel olarak beğeniyorum. Uygun fiyat ve yüksek orada doğal içerik kullanmaları dikkat çekici. Bu parfüm özgün olanlardan değil ama markanın çok keyifli başka parfümleri var. Yunansitan genelinde eczanelerde bulunuyor. Set olarak bulursanız alın çünkü şampuan ve vücut kelleri de çok iyi.

I found this at Macy's Backstage for $12. Absolute robbery. This stuff smells very expensive. It's a shame I got this in March because this begs to be worn in fall and winter. It's an almost gourmand tobacco, and I agree that it sort of smells like carrot cake. It seems to project and last very well too. I got this and Saffron Spices and both smell super high quality. I lucked out finding them for $12 but Korres is affordable regardless, so I definitely need to check out more from them!

Very nice offering from Korres. To my nose, this is similar to Atelier's Tobacco Nuit. KST is not as strong but it is similar in the start. I get decent longevity and projection with Saffron being the overwhelming note of the juice with patchouli, tobacco and cacao showing here and there. Overall, for price and quality, it is very nice and worth a try (before you buy)... Enjoy!

Beautiful, but challenging. On its way to a pleasantly smoky patchouli and saffron dry down, on my skin KST invokes several distinct experiences: sweet tobacco, barely bergamot(notes say it's lime), dry wood, cigar ash, spicy skin. I'm not getting much in the way of cacao or floral notes, but I don't doubt they are there invisibly supporting the blend - all the better not to clash with the lighter, sweeter perfumes I will surely layer this with. Excellent quality and decent performance, like a niche edt if there were such a thing. Lovers of TF Oud Wood and Vert D'Encens will probably vibe with this one as well, but this is no Tobacco Vanille-esque crowd pleaser. Worth mentioning that ingredients, including aroma chemicals, are listed on the packaging and ubiquitous extenders ISO E, Cashmeran, Coranol, and Ambroxan are absent from the recipe. Great value, even more so if you can find it discounted.
