Lovely Parfum D'Or

This precious beaty definitely deserves being talked about. This is just such a lovely floral perfume. Very feminine, romantic and elegant. For some reason I kept thinking of Lanvin perfumes while wearing it. It doesn't resemble any of Lanvins I own, but it has that same elegant and refined presence about it. .I would describe at as princess-like and delicate The staying power is pretty decent, about 4 hours. The sillage is great, very noticeable, gives you a feeling of walking in a cloud of perfume. Lovely D'or would be perfect for hot summer days. Thumbs up all the way!

Just Got it! The contents is just as lovely as the gorgeous bottle. Let me wear it to test its quality more in depth and I will write a better review soon. Right now can't figure much out.....3 perfumes on each arm. LOL

I'm intrigued I have the sister fragrance of this and now I'm very interested in this fragrance as well. I find this line to be very exhilarating fresh.

Try this one if you miss Cacharel Promesse but refuse to pay the rip off price for a bottle....you might be very pleasantly surprised!

So I've had this fragrance for more than ten years now. I remember I got this because it smelled like flowers but as I grew older I started loving its musky base. It's a feminine and slightly juicy fragrance, but mature at the same time. Not a big fan of its bases when it comes to fragrances, but I'm amazed at the great job this fragrance did blending this base with top and middle. Really love this one for the price and quality, though it's quite strong for my nose, so I have to use just a tiny spray. If I can get this again, I'll do it. Maybe get the orange one as well just to try it out.

It smells multiple floral scents altogether which are not balanced. It's not a girl next door type. I'd rather call it a mature woman far away type. I believe my batch must be rotten a bit from the store. Cause top note smelled surely rotten. I can't suppose it's intended scent. Too strong, piecing and rotten something. Middle note is white floral and there's no sweetness(I like it). Base note is excellent. Neither too heavy nor too sweet nor too musky. Graceful floral. I'd used 60ml bottle for basenote, waiting so many hours till basenote. This scent smells like for cold weather, but in fact it became better in hot summer. It suits with cool season, while the juice itself becomes nice in high temprature.

This one opens very fruity but dries down similar to the other bottle the same as this. This one is brighter and less serious as Olga 1780 said it is good for summer. It is not a run of the mill fruity floral just because the colour is pink you will be surprised this perfume has a strong personality. It does not smell cheap and watery and it is nothing like Escada. I found it to be a quality perfume at a cheap price and it lasts. Sometimes this one is hard to get. I find the yellow one is always around but the pink one not always. This one has to be tested because the way it smells when first sprayed compared to how it settles on your skin takes a while. I love it and would buy another bottle and I would recommend it to someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune and does not want a perfume that is too old or serious but still smells classy and not childish. Reminds me a lot of Jennifer Lopez Still. Also reminds me of Usher's perfume.

This opens all bright, sweet and fruity. After it dried on my skin the fragrance became more intense. The rose, tangerine and freesia were all merrily doing their own thing but they weren't playing well together on my skin. It's like three children all vying for your attention. You may love them all the same but maybe you just don't 'like' one of them at the moment! The lasting power is quite good. I get about 3 hours of floral fruitiness over a pleasant musk base. But that bickering in the background is a bit distracting.
