Fleurs Blanches

This perfume is not sweet, it's not tangy, citrussy or fresh and it's not spicy or herbal. It's more of a very soft, romantic floral. Very well-blended; no single notes stand out. I find the top notes bright and clear. I guess it is mostly lush blackberries I smell, a hint of bright citrus notes and a bit of grapefruit but thankfully without its bitter note. Then creamy white flowers appear, very lovely and soft. The base turns warm and comfy with sandalwood, soft and bright musk and a tiny touch of amber. All in all, it's a wonderful and dreamy fragrance, very rich and lush. If it were wine, I would call it full-bodied. Sillage and longevity are about average, I would say. After about 4 hours the scent stays only close to the skin but it stays present a long time. The only downside with this perfume is the exorbitant price. Here in Europe 30ml (=1 US fluid ounce) cost 115 Euros which is about 160$ (November 2011). I absoluteley love that fragrance but I am yet undecided if I want to spend that much money on it.
