Showtime EDP

Showtime was one of those celebrity fragrances that just worked. It has no business being discontinued, like at all. I had this fragrance when I was a tween - I remember begging my mum to gift it to me for Christmas and was ecstatic to see that she did because I loved Kylie so much. Back then the fragrance came with a free black t-shirt with "Showtime" scripted in pink glitter cursive on the chest. On the right sleeve it had Kylie's signature "K" that kind of looks like a star. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this tee came along with my gift. It was all so special. My favourite colour has always been pink so the fact that the bottle looked like a pink diamond was the perfect touch. Now the scent on the inside? So memorable. I can still picture how it smells to this day even though it's been years since I last smelt it. It was the perfect blend of sugary and berry. Like strawberry licorice. The marshmallow base note would come through but it wasn't powdery. The caramel would overpower in a way that made the marshmallow richer. For the most part, the fragrance was fruity. You could really smell the blackcurrant on the opening which gave this darkness and depth to the fragrance. It made it more mature in a way. Think Lancôme's Trésor Midnight Rose. When I think of this fragrance I think of Ms. Minogue's Showgirl era. All the feathers, rhinestones, sequins and jewels. She was and still is the ultimate pop diva. Kylie please bring this back in the same formulation. And also your bedding line. The girls need it!

Wanted to try this out, but they only had the EDT... so I bought the Shower Gel. Seriously, don't. It's a total waste of money. The (very light) smell on your skin after showering lasts about 10 minutes, then it's over. Hope to find this EDP somewhere, because the ingredients really left me intrigued. Sounds like a pretty sweet thing. The EDT didn't convince me, though.

It smells like sherbet and strawberries and everything i love in a milkshake. It doesnt last long though but i now only use it on my anniversaries because i used this a lot when i first met my partner and it just sends me back. Maybe ill hate it one day if we break up, but until then its my time machine back to the past. Cant seem to find it in the shops anymore.

SO YUMMY! I adore this perfume. It is sunny-sweet, sparkly and so fresh! It smells of Love Hearts sweets and juicy fruits! It is subtle, not overpowering, so I wear it in the daytime. It doesn't have enough power for the evening. I could dowse myself in this stuff. Mmmmmmmn...

I wish they wouldn’t have discontinued this perfume. It was my favourite back in 2010 ish. Sweet strawberry, and long lasting. If someone knows any good dupes for this fragrance please let me know, thank you. 💕

I love Showtime. It's lovely, sweet, fruity, like a small explosion of joy ! Licorice and strawberry are very present and so yummy. Correct lasting power.

THIS SCENT IS ADORABLE. iT SMELLS OF FRESH BLACKCURRANTS AND A DEWDROPPY SORT OF SWEETNESS. i LOVE IT

This perfume is very strong in scent, its immensely sweet and very girly. I got this given to me as a gift one year for my birthday and wore it often but I've fazed out of it due to the intensity of the smell which on occasion would be a little sickly to wear. In all its probably best for the younger age gap in the teens due to its candy-like scent. It screams innocent and definitely smells it.

I got this fragrance as a Christmas gift when I was thirteen. I remember enjoying the scent of this perfume! My friends loved this too - Showtime is maybe the most complimented perfume I've owned. Showtime is extremely sweet and immature (in a good way). It's a great perfume to wear in the daytime. It's nothing too special but people around you will certainly notice (and love) it.

Sweet Sweet and Sweet! I can smell caramel, strawberry and marshmallows. Great sillage and lasted 7-8 hours on my skin, few day on clothes. It is winter in my country and I am loving the warmth and sweetness of Showtime. <3 it.

This is lovely - sugary, powdery and sweet. More like a quick fling than a lifetime romance... Fun while it lasts but not a classic. Very feminine though and would suit someone younger as its teen appropriate.

I love the top notes of berry and the base note of caramel. Its quite a flirty and fun frag. I only wish it has more silage, its a little subtle, but noticeable. The longevity is good though

This scent is nice... But that's about it. I never understood the hype about it. It's nice to wear every now and then but I can't wear it too often as it's extremely overpowering.

Haha I love this Kylie perfume it smells so much like Parmaviolents (the sweet) Very fruity and a lovely day perfume.

I used to steal this all the time from my mom when i was younger lol, I loved it so much.

My friend showed up today..and I was wondering what scent she was wearing... really intriguing scent.. I am haven't been fun of Kylie perfumes, so that I even didn't know this perfume. It was so intriguing..like sweeter, more liquorice version of Euphoria...and the she told me it was sparkle edp of Kylie... I am really impressed...nothing very classy but still sexy and intriguing....

I have to be careful when I wear this scent, it often makes me feel sick on the stomach. It's clingy - so if you like a bit of sillage, then that's there. However I find the really strong sticky sweetness makes me nauseous. I can get away with wearing just a very little, and then it's not too bad and after a while is quite nice.

I got given this fragrance as a present in 2009. I used to like it then, but now I really hate it. I barely used it. It's really strong, probably too strong. I get headaches from it. I do like the bottle though ;) if it was a weaker perfume it would be perfect!
