Delizia di Marshmallow

I was lucky enough to catch this in stock and I immediately snagged a bottle. Sprayed this immediately and it smelled like I dived headfirst into a pool of jet puff marshmallows. This scent lingers! I also love the "oil residue" that's left after spraying. I'll just make sure to wear dark clothes. As far as longevity, after spraying on my wrist, I immediately did an hour of INTENSE cardio. I am happy to report that the fragrance still lingered on my wrist. I can't wait to layer this with some of my other fragrances. Some of my fragrances already have a "marshmallow accord" (Love Don't Be Shy, Destino, Milk Expressive, Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar etc...). I just want to really amp up the marshmallow in those. Some of my other fragrances (Chocolate Greedy, Vanilla 28, Ariana Grande Cloud, Dolce Passione Pantheon Roma, etc...). I want to either introduce "that fluffy marshmallow accord" or amp up an already existing "fluffy accord" that isn't necessarily marshmallow. There seems to be a general consensus that the longer this sit, the better it performs. I already know that I'm going to run through this bottle. So, unfortunately, I won't be able to test that theory lol. I think the only complaint that I have would be the overall presentation. The bottle honestly looks like something you could find at Claire's or Forever 21. Luckily, it doesn't perform as such. I just assume that the bottle was meant to be seen as whimsical and such. My other complaint is that I found out that there are other products for this particular fragrance (Body Butter). I would love to buy some, but The Kyse website is literally tumbleweeds at the moment. All in all, I'm very pleased with this fragrance. This a true to form marshmallow and I totally get the hype surrounding it.

Oh my. This is sooo gooood. Lately I've had the opportunity to try a variety of indie marshmallow scents and this one really stands out though it doesn't just stand out among indies I would say that it stands out among perfumes in general. It's a perfectly photo-realistic gourmet marshmallow with hints of real vanilla. It's marshmallow perfection. A lot of indies' version of marshmallow is sweet sugar note + a little synthetic vanilla. This is the best marshmallow note I've come across - if anything it sort of reminiscent of the marshmallow notes in the By Kilian fragrances but there's so much other stuff going on in those perfumes that it's hard to isolate the marshmallow. Quality-wise this is outstanding. The quality of all Kyse's fragrances are outstanding I think - she uses fabulous ingredients. I wish all indie perfumes were up to Kyse and Soltice Scent standards but I digress... The thing I've noticed is that this perfume layers beautifully with literally EVERYTHING I've paired it with - it adds a delicious warm fluffy droolworthy quality to everything and that's impressive because so many perfumes I have tried don't layer well and react poorly with other fragrances but this one literally works with everything! Kyse offers a lot of sizing options and their pricing is excellent so I would really recommend this fragrance. On its own or layered it is beautiful. It's a soft, fluffy, drool-worthy gourmet marshmallow cloud of goodness. The only suggestion I would have is to make this available in "Ultime" concentration for those of us marshmallow freaks who want to smell even more of it but I just layer the scent and add more if I want more of it. Nom nom nom nom. Love it!

My order came in the post yesterday. I bought a full bottle of Cocco alla Vaniglia and two 6 mls; Miele and this one, Delizia di Marshmallow. I decided to take the latter for a test drive the moment I tore into the package. I wasn’t disappointed. A few years ago I would not have labeled myself a person who likes sweet scents. But I’ve acquired a perfume sweet tooth in my middle years. I don’t think they are sexy, but they are comforting, and more importantly, fitting for a Covid 19 quarantine. Kyse does gourmand like no other. This is a very realistic marshmallow scent. That initial spray is heaven. I immediately liked it but within an hour I grew anosmic to it, and I thought the scent had dissipated. Not the case as my husband happily informed me. It was still projecting and he loved it. My favorite genre is still Oriental (Vanillas and Florals), followed closely by Woods (with spices, resins) followed by Herbal Aromatics (including citrus), followed by Florals (especially, tuberose, gardenias lily, jasmine)....and lastly Gourmands where Kyse manages to produce some delicious compositions. I agree with the reviewer directly below mine, Missjudged. The packaging does feel a little cheap: the tactile and visual design of a brand is important, and that includes the quality of the sprayer. I would be fine paying a little extra for that upgrade. Of course Kyse did get the most important thing right, the scent. Delizia di Marshmallow is lovely and yummy and my hat tips to the perfumer.

I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews, but it sounds like there may some inconsistency in the batches, which is unfortunate! I was apparently one of the lucky ones who got a really great batch, although it took me a bit to come around to this delightful and initially shy little gem. At first she was too quiet and while I loved the delicate --and just perfectly sweet without going overboard or being cloying at all -- scent, it just didn't project at all. Now that she's rested for almost a year, I find that cozy, marshmallowy charm to be absolutely perfect in terms of sillage and longevity, and have never had an issue with any 'stickyness' as some previous reviewers described. While I think this is absolutely great on its own, I do like to layer it to amp up some sweet scents like Comptior Sud Pacifique Vanille Abricot, as well as add a bit of sweetness to some of my florals; I've found this pairs beautifully with Sarah Horowitz's Perfect Gardenia! Every time I've worn this -- especially layered under something else -- I've heard comments like "It smells like baked goods in here," or "something smells like cake!" And I'm happy to be the source of a comforting, sweet, delicious aroma! I hope KYSE will improve on the consistency of this, because when done well its an absolute gem and I plan to buy the largest size possible when my 15 ml runs out. I ordered mine directly from KYSE, btw.

if i had written this review right after my first spray, i think it would have been a completely different review. my first impression was that it was really good.. just not very interesting. it felt a little too linear. thankfully, it did end up changing on my skin even if the transformation was subtle. not that the opening was bad by any means! the opening is a photorealistic freshly opened bag of marshmallows. the kind where your fingertips are still covered in that soft marshmallow dust after reaching into the bag. if your goal is to smell like marshmallows, this absolutely delivers. the dry down is where i really fell for it though. it no longer smells like fresh marshmallows, but toasted ones. like the warmth of my skin slowly turned them the perfect golden brown over a campfire. it becomes warmer, cozier, and so much more enticing. i really love that part of the fragrance. i'm not sure if i will buy a full bottle though. not because i dislike it, quite the opposite actually. i already own fragrances that give me a marshmallow opening, and others that capture that warm toasted dry down. this one is not really giving me a new experience. that being said, if you do not already have those scent profiles in your collection, i think this is absolutely worth picking up. both stages are beautifully done, and i genuinely loved wearing it.

This is the perfect marshmallow scent. I held off on trying it for the longest time because of reviews saying that it has moderate/weak performance and I'm one of those people that prefers to be clobbered over the head by my perfumes. I finally gave in to the hype and ordered a bottle. Weak performance who? Where? Not here. Not to my nose. This is straight out of the mailbox too. I sprayed it a few times to start the maceration process and put it in a dark closet...because if it smells this good now, I can't imagine how good this thing is going to smell a year from now. I'm going to get another bottle bc I'm not going to be able to wait an extended period of time to wear this. And honestly, there's really no reason to wait because like I said, it's damn good right out of the mailbox. But I want to see what it smells like when that fluid goes dark. I'm jealous of all of you that have bottles with that iced tea colored liquid 🤩!! Anyway, my point is that this deserves the hype it gets. It's really flippin', floppin', freakin' good! Just like it's description on Kyse website...like opening a bag of marshmallows. That is what this smells like. Ms. Bozzo has hit the mark in capturing that airy vanilla nuance that I've seen a lot of brands try to capture, yet fail at. Good job Ms. Bozzo!

Heavenly! The most photorealistic marshmallow I’ve smelled to date! It’s literally that intoxicating scent you get a whiff of when you open a bag of marshmallows for the first time! It’s so yummy 😋 I personally do not detect much of a similarity between this and Tihota (I own both) aside from the fact they both have vanilla. Tihota is in my opinion much more mature, musky and sexy and Delizia is more soft and playful! That said, I was wearing Delizia the other day when my mom asked if I had on Tihota so apparently they are quite similar to others! I just don’t smell it! I love both and I’m glad to have them both in my collection but Delizia is everyday and Tihota is special occasions (mainly because of price.) Update: I wore this while running errands yesterday and 3 Trader Joe’s employees complimented me on the scent and told me I smelled like cake and another employee elsewhere in the store said I smelled like an ice cream parlor! Then my cashier at Nordstrom asked what I was wearing because I smelled so good and she’s been looking for a new perfume for her upcoming wedding! I told her and she wrote it down! Definitely a crowd pleasing winner and compliment getter!

WOW! Just wow. If you are looking for a head turning, mouthwatering, delicious marshmallow scent... here it is! It lasts FOREVER on skin and on clothes it is eternal (be careful with clothes though, this perfume is very oily. I always spray a full arms length away on clothes just to be safe). I literally can't get enough of this scent! LOVE THIS😍 Edit: I wore this perfume today and my husband huffed when I walked by and said "That perfume should be illegal, you smell like a homemade rice krispy treat. It makes me want a rice krispy treat and I don't have one." Lol 😂 best compliment ever. Edit 2: I've had this for about 7 months now and the color has turned. It's SO MUCH BETTER now, I didn't even know that was possible. This is the most long lasting and powerful perfume in my entire collection. I'm so glad I took a shot in the dark with blind buying this. I regret nothing.

The purest, strongest, sweetest marshmallow. I love this so much but I can only do one spray before it gets offensive. I don't know how to describe it, but somehow this is so sweet that it can almost...hurt? to smell it. Like if you get a big whiff it hits the back of your nose – not in a bad way, it's just extremely intense. I also like how it lingers on my clothes (even after a wash!) and adds an undertone of sweetness to any other perfume I'm wearing. In terms of how Delizia di Marshmallow makes me feel – I become a hot girl when I wear this. But a hot girl that's also a bit girl-next-door. I get flirty and affectionate, partially because that's what it evokes for me, and partially because this scent just makes me so happy. I'll likely be stocking up on one more full-size just in case, but honestly it's so potent that I may never finish my existing bottle.

This was a blind buy and purchased after listening to numerous reviews. I sometimes can't smell marshmallow scents so I was pretty nervous about this one. There was definitely a possibility that I spent a nice amount of money on something I can't smell. My bottle arrived today. I quickly ripped open the box while dreading a possible fail. I've recently learned of mail shock so I googled the topic to get an understanding before testing it. Sprayed a bit on my wrist and I LOVE it. So soft, warm, and sweet. Most importantly, I can smell it! I am excited to see how amazing it comes after it macerates. This may become my favorite marshmallow scent or something I spray with LDBS or D&G Pour Femme Intense to get that extra marshmallow razzle dazzle. I can't stop smelling my wrist! I am so happy that this wasn't a fail.

Okay real talk this smells just like Vanille West Indies Ligne St. Barth and Vaniglia Mazzolari. Not only do they smell the same, but they also leave the same oily residue. I feel like this specific scent profile is difficult to formulate without oil because otherwise it would have major longevity issues. I never tried Outremer Vanille, but I feel like the longevity on that one is rated so poor because it’s this same scent profile without any added oil. I’m not sure though, so if someone can confirm that would be cool. Regardless it’s a really nice vanilla scent, but the oil is a big turn off for me. Hopefully one day there will be some major breakthrough in scent technology and I won’t have to settle lol, but for now I think I’m gonna pass because the integrity of my clothing is more important.

Best longevity of any fragrance I own. Smells super sweet, slightly airy, and gooey. Almost has this sharpness that is just super vanilla and gourmand, I can’t even describe it. I find that the longer it sits on my clothes, the stronger it gets. I avoid spraying it on my skin because it’s not as strong (it’s like my skin just absorbs it, which doesn’t usually happen to me) and it also burns a little lol. Projects like crazy, I’ve had people enter my classroom at work and say it smells amazing, took me a while to realize it was me before I stopped wearing it to work for that reason lol. I bought a full bottle 5 months ago and still have over half left, even though it’s my go-to scent. If I had to choose only one perfume to keep it would be this one :)

Spraying in an enclosed space it quickly and painfully reaches the back of my throat and immediately brings to mind what I think was anisomorpha buprestoides, a devil rider, a bug with a noxious odor that sprayed me as a kid. I cover my nose with a towel so I can breathe, quickly leave the room and somehow still sneeze four times in a row. This is an intensely long-wearing and far-reaching (nearly) single-note perfume; people will probably ask you what you’re wearing with a nervous and gleeful expression. Vanilla bomb— more vanilla than true marshmallow. Sometimes smoky, always sweet. I really like it. I wear this to play DDR at my local arcade and I think it causes psychic effects on other patrons.

I just got this. Maybe I have to let it sit for awhile, but it's very light. Which is not a problem for me personally, but I read reviews saying this is nuclear and I personally don't see that. It's nice, I love it. HOWEVER, it is not what I was expecting. This is toasted, a delicious marshmallow destined for the middle of a smores. While I do think this is a more well rounded fragrance. Like it's just more "interesting". WTF is slightly better if you just want to smell like a marshmallow. I'd go with that because it's cheaper if you can get your hands on it. I'll be trying Marshmallow Crush next, but WTF is top of the category for me still.

my sample of this smells just like marshmallow but it's not the cheap, jet-puffed kind you buy from the store. delizia smells like sticky, dense, homemade marshmallows. it's delicious and incredibly long-lasting. i literally put it on at like 9pm and it was still on my skin (albeit a bit more faint) way into the following afternoon. I haven't been super into gourmands lately, but i'm still considering buying a full bottle of this because it's just executed so well. this honestly satisfies any craving I could have for a sweet vanilla scent, and I think if I had found this sooner, I wouldn't have wasted so much money trying so many others.

Literal marshmallow fragrances are hard. For years I looked for one and was met with disappointment after disappointment. Plastic. I then found a beautiful body spray by the online small Philadelphia area business Luvmilk. It smells of melting marshmallow in a saucepan with butter for Krispies! Delicious! But what about fresh, fluffy, powdery mallows out of the bag? I bring you this gem! It's so spot on and pure, unadulterated perfection! I got a sample in the dead of summer and used it all up in a few days. It will also be just marvelous for fall and winter! This scent is #1 on my wishlist!

You're in 4th grade, it's December during winter break, you just got inside from playing in the snow with all your neighbor friends, and your mom offers to make you a hot chocolate. She puts all the hot cocoa fixings on the table and you gleefully B-line for the marshmallow bag. You open up the bag and the whiff of pure marshmallow joy hits your nose. You are immediately hypnotized by that familiar smell of sugar and pure bliss. Everything is right in this moment. Delizia di Marshmallow IS the smell of the freshly-opened bag of marshmallows. It's literally perfect. No notes. Rating: 10/10

Delizia di Marshmallow is truth in advertising. On my skin, it is a very realistic marshmallow scent from the moment I spray it. It is linear and extremely long-lasting - the scent of marshmallow remained on skin and clothes for 8+ hours. Layers well with other fragrances. So pretty and sweet! My only criticism is of the bottle and atomizer. I ended up decanting it into another bottle because the Kyse atomizer would often spray large droplets instead of a nice mist. This was a little disappointing. However, I enjoy the scent so much that I don't regret buying a full bottle at all!

fantastic sweet and easy reach. it's powdery and fluffy like a bag of marshmallows. i applied at 8:40am and at 1:30pm my friend asked "are you wearing that marshmallow perfume again?" and he commented that it was strong (in a positive way.) so nearly 5 hours later it still has a pretty good sillage and scent bubble. mind you i only used two sprays, one in my hair and one on my hoodie. the downsides are its poor accessibility, and a high price point. i may look for a different marshmallow fragrance after i finish my 60ml as i don't want to spend $100 to buy another bottle.

It's just a fabulous, delicious, beautifully done gourmand perfume. This perfume is so simple but so beautiful. This is one of my top three gourmand perfumes. This is a hyperrealistic smell of a big fluff marshmallow. Imagine melting (not burning) a marshmallow, and this is exactly what it smells like. I love this perfume, and it's super long-lasting. I was surprised when I could smell it on my shirt the next day. If you love the smell of marshmallows, this is THAT GIRL. Please, Terri, don't even change the formula for this perfume!!!

So sweet! Definitely smells like the whiff of air you get when you open up a bag of marshmallows. It sits relatively close to my skin, but it lasts forever. I can smell it the next day on my skin, and it lasts a couple days on my jackets. Very happy with it! It's very sweet and fluffy, I love it. A lot of fragrances smell kinda piercing to me (like a strong shot of something alcohol-y), but this doesn't do that, so I'm happy. Thank you to reddit femfraglab for recommending this so much, it's better than what I could have hoped for :)

This is the best marshmallow perfume hands down. It projects throughout any room I'm in and I get compliments ranging from "you smell like marshmallows" to "you smell like vanilla ice cream". I've never gotten a smoky or pickle smell from this. Could be a bad batch, could be skin chemistry, I don't know. But on me it makes me smell delicious. Bonus points if I combine it with Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter. I recommend everyone get a sample from Luckyscent first as this might be too sweet or basic for some people.

the packaging is an eyesore but at this point it kinda makes it iconic in an industry that sometimes overdoes it with packaging. It's sugar on steroids, when I spray it, it feels like I am opening a can of powdered marshmallow something, I recommend holding your breath for a moment! But the scent is so nice! It doesn't really have much woodsy/syrup-y notes, which doesn't make it sickly sticky sweet, but it is straight up regular sugar. I love pairing it with cleaner musky scents, like silk Santal from kayali.

So delicious and sweet. This is the most realistic marshmallow perfume that I have come across. 100% pure fluffy marshmallow, like you just opened a bag of jet-puffed marshmallows. This has become a staple in my collection. I love wearing it on its own, as well as layering it with my other fragrances. I've had mine for about 6 months, and it has macerated quite a bit. It is oil based, so I don't recommend spraying this on clothes. It does however last a long time on skin. I love this perfume so much 🤍☁️

What this is NOT: a fluffy bag of marshmallows What this IS: A realistic, lightly golden, toasted marshmallow. If you are looking for a powdery, sweet, fluffy marshmallow you may be disappointed in this one. For me, personally, this is a masterclass. It is straight up toasted marshmallow. It's got the sliiiiiightest touch of a smoky/woodiness happening that will really transport you to the fireside. I layer this with almost everything in the fall & winter. I get absolutely endless compliments on it.

Love this scent. Just ordered a full bottle. I don't get any of the smokiness that other reviews mentioned, but I do get a caramelized note. There is definitely a plastic note in it too, almost like you're putting your face in a freshly opened bag of marshmallows. Edit: after owning and wearing this more, a few other things come through on the skin. Creamed butter! Like you're making sugar cookies and you've whipped the butter and sugar together. The other thing is something sour. Buttermilk maybe?

The only downside to this fragrance is the bottle. Which has honestly probably gotten it so much attention, it’s camp. This is the only true marshmallow fragrance I have smelled yet. It smells exactly like a bag of marshmallows. The sillage and longevity are shockingly good too. I would also say I think it is an incredibly versatile fragrance, I’ll wear it in any weather and to any event. I can’t foresee a world where this is not in my collection. This is a top 10 for me.

This is one of the best marshmallow scents out there. It's truly the holy grail of marshmallow fragrances, offering excellent performance and easy layering with other scents. I also have a sample of Montale's Vanille Absolu, and they're very similar. For those outside the US, the Montale option is more accessible! EDIT: Angels Bread from Cerchi Nell Acqua is the PERFECT dupe and easier to get your hands on, especially if you're based in Europe.

I. AM. OBSESSED. This is a true Marshmallow scent. It's so sweet in the best way, it's pure vanilla extract and sweet creamy marshmallow goodness. To me it smells like when you're baking rice krispie squares and you heat up all the marshmallows with butter and it creates that delicious sugary warm vanilla aroma. It's divine. I wish I had a lifetime supply of this one. My new favourite scent.

Beautiful marshmallow scent! I like this one more than kayali yum boujee marshmallow. Delizia is sweet, it’s vanilla, it’s marshmallow. It’s like a melted marshmallow. It isn’t smoky in my opinion. It lasts a good amount of time. In comparison to ybm, I’d say ybm has some sort of cantalope ish smell to it? It’s not as warm, if that makes sense which is why I like delizia better. 9/10

You’ve smelled this scent profile many times before if you’ve ever smelled Vanilla Bean Noel from Bath & Body works BUT this one actually lasts and projects!! This is also sweet! If you’re into gourmands, this is a great addition to have in your lineup. I’ll probably use this either casually or to sweeten up fragrances that need it. Vanilla bean, gooey marshmallow cream. Yum!

Yummy, gooey marshmallow fluff (it has the light fluffiness to it that marshmallow fluff does). Lightly sweetened, so I usually go a bit heavy-handed with it for it to last all day. It radiates off of me throughout the day, leaving a delicate scent trail. I've tried different marshmallow scents before finally finding this gorgeously sweet true to scent fragrance. I love it!

I love it but why is it so intimate and faint :( I feel like I’d need to be heavy handed if I want this to project at all. It’s so delightfully sweet and bubbly, smells exactly as other reviewers have mentioned. Like a true form of marshmallow. It also reminds me of two beloved beverages from my youth: a white hot chocolate made with ghirardelli and a french vanilla latte

so hard to get ahold of this but omg. the most realistic marshmallow scent ever. it’s literally just a sugary sweet marshmallow—that’s it! perfect for layering, but you 100% could wear this just on it’s own. your skin will smell like you’ve been cursed by a witch and sentenced to life as a marshmallow, i love it. the marshmallow fragrance of my dreams!

This. Is. DELICIOUS! It smells like toasted marshmallows with a little bit of smokiness. It’s a very realistic marshmallow. I think it’s a safe blind buy for people who enjoy super sweet scents. It’s not faint at all, as some people are saying. It has a very strong projection. I pair this with Mochi Milk by Dedcool to add some dimension. 10/10 combo

I always make rice krispy treats and it smells like the warmed melted marshmallow in the pan right before you add the rice krispies in, but with added vanilla. It lasts for hours on me, and makes me so happy when I get whiffs of it. I immediately bought a bottle and hope it's as good as the sample. The last a bottle I bought I was anosmic to.

Y’all the lil marshmallow label is so cute 🥹 my dear friend wears this and she smells like an actual bag full of jet-puffed marshmallows. I could smell it on her the whole time we were at the mall, which says a lot because any mall has strong smells at all times. Finally, a marshmallow perfume without notes that try to spice things up.

I’ll always love Delizia di Marshmallow but for a photorealistic marshmallow fragrance .... for me would have to be WHAT THE FLUFF by Aspiring Aromas! Delizia is good don’t get me wrong but it has an undertone of smokiness & needs 6mos-1 year to macerate to reach its pull potential! More for rainy days & colder climate!

when i first got this it smelled like i just opened a bag of powdery marshmallows but now that a year has passed the liquid has become dark orange and it smells so gooey and rich and delicious oh my god and it lasts ALLL day. im already in bed and can still smell it on myself.

Gorgeous, gummy marshmallow! Sweet and fluffy and fun! This is like you just opened a fresh bag of mallow and stuck your nose in. She fades a little on my skin when standing alone, but when paired with something else, it’s a powerhouse. Gourmand girlies, this ones for you!

softer, more vanilla extracty version of Bianco Latte. it opens with very creamy toasted marshmallow, but then it turns into Bianco latte's more relaxed, more true vanilla sister. I love love love it. also, the bottle is less ugly in person, so woohoo for that.

This is the best marshmallow I have smelled so far. I was underwhelmed when I first got it because I could barely smell it. I let it sit for 2 months and it is just beautiful. Pure marshmallow. This is the only perfume I own a backup bottle of.

Wasn't sure about this scent at first, but as it began to dry down, I couldn't stop smelling myself. Easily the best marshmallow scent I've come across so far and definitely perfect for layering. Light, airy, sweet, and not too decadent.

it’s a pure marshmallow edible a little smoky, smell after 10 second dry down—maybe a little bit burnt—-almost smell gasoline when I sniff right up to the skin but no one is that close to me so I don’t mind will update w other stats

As someone who only likes photorealistic and (mainly) linear, one-note perfumes; I quite enjoy this. However, for some reason it dries down kinda cocoa? like powdered hot cocoa mix or Cocoa Puffs in milk. Idk, but i like it.

The best pure, realistic, marshmallow perfume. Great for layering, wearing on it's own, for everyday wear, for bedtime-- it is soft, cozy, sweet, fluffy, sugary, marshmallows! Delizia lasts all day on me.

i love this so much. just a pure squishy jumbo marshmallow right out of the bag. i can see how this isn’t for everybody because it is a pretty simple perfume, but personally i don’t really care about that

in my go to’s all year round! soft, sweet, and uncomplicated but still long lasting. such a great basic scent for gourmand lovers. learned about it from Kathleen Lights and now her word is law for me!
