Douceur Brulee

Notes listed: Lemon, Burnt Caramel, Butter, Oakmoss, Beeswax Absolute, Ambroxan, Coconut Milk, Musk I ordered the largest possible bottle I can because in my opinion, this is a holy grail gourmand for me. I have gone nuts over many perfumes and while I love them to pieces, they are not THE ONE I would bring to a deserted island if I had to choose. Seriously though, who has to ever choose such a thing? If I were traveling and got stuck on an island, I’d probably have my top 15 perfumes with me anyway. But if you’re going to make me choose, then I will pick this one. The notes I easily pick up are rich, buttery caramel, butter, a very light, soft lemon, and a teeny bit of coconut milk. The coconut is not at all suntan lotion, as I am not fan of that. It is soft coconut milk. There is another ingredient in there that I didn’t recognize that is sending me over the edge. I believe it’s the beeswax. It’s a note that brings back some kind of memories, but not in your typical vintage perfumey way. It is something that was in a perfume I once smelled many years ago and of course I don’t know what perfume it was. My best friend’s mom wore it. That was so many years ago, so I can’t ask her. It’s not necessarily gourmand to my nose, nor is it animalic, powdery, chypre, aldehydic or anything typically associated with older perfumes. It’s just different. It’s gorgeous and creates a solid yet ethereal base to the other candy and gourmand notes. It’s that little bit of magic fairy dust and/or unicorn horns that make this one raise the bar on gourmands. I wore this to work for three days (unheard of!) and kept flipping my hair around so I could catch the delicious breeze. All day long I could smell this so for longevity I give it a high rating. I was dabbing a lot, not spraying, so I think it will be even more powerful. Sillage is good, I’d say 3 feet. So don’t expect everyone to smell you in a room 25 feet away (like Angel), it’s more subdued, but people will smell it. Also, I live in a sub tropical climate and it might as well be the Caribbean. It’s hot and humid year round except for a few months. I’ve worn this outside running errands and I did get very hot. It worked beautifully, and that makes me extremely happy! This is definitely unisex as long as you’re a gourmand lover. The rich buttery smell of caramel could work on either sex, in my opinion. There were other gourmand perfumes that failed me, like Salt Caramel. I had very high expectations and all I got was a 30 second blast of caramel and then something screechy that made me run to scrub. This one smells like I expected SC to smell and I am SO happy Terri nailed it! And as far as I’m concerned, she did it better than Shay and Blue. She knocked it right out of the park!

This perfume is sweet, unique, and long-lasting! This, and all other Kyse Perfumes I own, are totally worth the wait! To the person complaining about the wait, it's VERY common for indie brands to shut down once a month or so and the ship times are also very common for indie brands. If you want something right away, go to Sephora, but the perfumes from Kyse are absolutely worth the wait. If you don't want to wait, you can buy Kyse Perfumes from Lucky Scent anytime! Douceur Brulee is one of my favorites! It's gourmand, but not too overly sweet where it's cloying. It's sweet, rich, and comforting. It also gets better and better with time! My sample I ordered was so much more yummy and sweet than the one I ordered after. So, I let that one sit for a month and bow it smells the same as the other one that was sitting. That's what is so special about a lot of these indie brands who pour their fragrances fresh. They keep getting better and better as tike goes on! I also really love Zucchero Filato (cotton candy), Delizia di Marshmallow (my favorite marshmallow fragrance out of all the ones I've tried), Pralines au Caramel, etc! Check out this company and order some samples if you're not sure.

Initially, this smelled like a sweet-but-boring beeswax on my skin but the true beauty of this fragrance only seems to shine when one's body temperature increases. I only discovered this after curling up under the covers for several minutes; here's my experience: At first impression, it's really quite lovely; a very sweet, lactonic (milky), sugary scent with a very deep & creamy but weightlessly-light, caramelized scent that reminds me of a flan and/or creme brulee but something even more decadent. It's a perfect gourmand; if my eyes where closed & I were to smell this for the 1st time, I'd be convinced that someone had placed a dessert under my nose. This is the first gourmand fragrance I've sampled that doesn't even smell like a fragrance; it genuinely smells like an actual, edible dessert. It has a medium sillage & unbelievable longevity because, even after I washed it off with soap and water, 4 to 5 hours later, I was still smelling something gently sweet & lovely wafting around me & it turned out to be the Kyse: Douceur Brulee... 🥰... It's definitely worth buying. 😊👍🏾 #Yummylicious

Wow, this fragrance is delicious. I swear I smell apple in the top notes, a crisp apple and sticky caramel. The butter note starts to become more pronounced after a few minutes, but it's not so overstated that it becomes sickening. It just gives a nice contrast to the sweet stickiness. There's also a hint of spices, brown sugar with a touch of cinnamon. This is one of those fragrances that smells like it could've been a nice home candle, but I think the strong apple presence keeps it just crisp enough, and the butter doesn't make the fragrance go too "waxy". This is so well done, I can't believe I've been missing out on this delicious number all this time. Kyse fragrances can be hit or miss on me, but this is one that I love without a doubt. I'm going to get a full bottle some time in the next year. I urge anyone looking for a realistic caramel/caramel apple smell to give this one a try. Editing to add that after the apple note fades, this fragrance actually starts to remind me of flan. A rich buttery flan with that thin layer of toasted caramel on top. I'm still in love.

Such a delicious scent! It's sweet without being overwhelming. There is the perfect amount of savory attributes to keep the caramel from being sticky. Smells like going to a carnival during the fall while orange-colored leaves are falling all around - soft, cozy sweater included. At first opening, I immediately get a Creme Brûlée with the toasted, caramelized crust. I actually just ate one 3 days ago so I can easily make the comparison. Soon after the Creme Brûlée, the more savory, buttery notes come through and bring out the caramel popcorn vibe. This is a smell I didn't think I would like. Smelling like caramel popcorn never really sounded too appealing to me, but now I want to bathe myself in it! After a couple of hours, on me, the Creme Brûlée custard with traces of vanilla bean and a caramel coating (no longer toasted) shines through and remains til the end. I'm in love! The scent lasts very long on my clothes, over 12 hours, but half as long on skin. It also sits close, but I'm not complaining. So yummy!

Kyse is the superior ruler of gourmands in my book. This scent is so amazing. It literally smells like a croquembouche with a crunchy candy honey lemon glaze. It is so realistic but in the best possible way. The caramel in this is so buttery and caramelized at the same time. I literally smell the crunchiness of the candy part, crunchy and airy and melts on your tongue. There is also an underlying scent of beeswax but it is such a clean, delicious layer of it... if beeswax can be delicious. Out of all the notes listed I don't get any coconut on my skin (which I am actually glad for). This is intensely sweet, but in the best possibly way. It's skillfully teeters on the edge of being too sweet, but it never crosses over. There is nothing cloying or sticky or synthetic in this gourmand. If you love gourmands definitely give this a try. Plus the sillage and lasting power are pretty damn amazing. Can smell this on my skin the day after I spray ONE spray.

Oh what can I say about this that hasn't already been said by those who love it? This scent is so delicious and and so feminine it make my heart melt. I was looking for fragrances like this, fragrances that are unapologetic-ally sweet but have dimension. Wow! Wow! Wow! This scent it so well blended that I believe it will win over any non-gourmand fan. I am on my last stock of the now discontinued Bond No 9 I Love New York for All which smells like the most expensive waffles one can buy. I was tempted to pay through the nose for a replacement bottle but I decided to see if I could find other buttery gourmands. This scent was mentioned on a fragrance forum so I ordered a small bottle to see if I would love it and love it I most certainly do. Yes it has citrus but dry down on me smells more like a sweet perfectly made cup of coffee served with a plate of freshly made butter pastries. I hope this scent is never discontinued.

My third try from Kyse, Douceur Brulee seems to have garnered the most praise from the line of any that I've seen so far. It's nice mix of caramel, lemon, coconut, and beeswax, and runs the gamut from being a nice bright warm-weather-leaning fragrance to something more dark and tempting, depending on how it strikes me in the moment. Certainly a delicious gourmand, but not too artsy to be something I'd be at all uncomfortable wearing in most seasons or circumstances. After smelling it for a bit, it occurred to me, as others have noted, that it has a strong resemblance to Kerosene Unknown Pleasures in terms of the caramel-and-citrus blend that figures so prominently in both fragrances. Douceur Brulee is a solid performer and a more affordable alternative to Unknown Pleasures, at $52 for 60ml vs. Kerosene's for $140 for 100ml, and it should be tried by gourmand lovers, especially caramel lovers. 8 out of 10

Caramel notes typically come across to me as sticky, synthetic, popcorn buttery, burnt, and cloying. I also don't generally appreciate anything that could be described as "lactonic" (or as I like to call it, spoiled milk accord). So I am extremely surprised to love this fragrance as much as I do. It is exactly the authentic scent of cracking into a beautiful crème brûlée at an upscale restaurant. This is delicious, soft, linear, and warm, with the barest whisper of ephemeral lemon sugar on top. It stays close to the skin; sillage is more sugary than buttery, and people who come in for a hug will probably smell fresh cookies rather than caramel. I am not getting anything particularly savory, but judging from the other reviews here, it may be worth trying out a sample to make sure the butter note performs well with your chemistry.

This is gorgeously yummy! I was delighted to try this on my skin. Occasionally I have that moment where I try something new and I am just like YES. I had that with this. This is what I wanted kerosene's unknown pleasures to smell like. Unknown pleasures is beautiful in its own right, but I wanted even MORE gourmand facets which is what we see with terri's simpler and beautiful composition. I am smelling a delicious lemon custard ice cream cone with a hint of toasty coconut and beeswax. The composition is very warm, a bit hazy/fuzzy, and very delectable. Best of all this is a composition that lasts. I am in the midst of trying all of terri's perfume and this is my 2nd favorite. My first favorite being oui plus and my third confit de rose.

This perfume is insane, it is SO GOOD. I recently ordered a small bottle off of their site, and I am going to have to order a humongous one ASAP. I would call this a true gourmand, it's nothing complex/dark, this is all sweetness. On me this begins as a strongish caramel corn, with a heavy butter scent around it. Sugar and caramel and some salty goodness. That sounds really off putting but it's working for me. A lot of really sweet scents have a cloying side, this does not. It's nice and clear, if that makes sense. Sillage is great, strong enough to be noticed but not punching anyone in the face. Longevity is ok, not terrible, especially for the price point. In a way it has a strong resemblance to the bum bum cream they sell at sephora.

This has to be the best gourmet that I've ever tried! I've been ordering this from Terri for a few years now and I wrote her with my last order and asked if she could add more butter notes to it , she contacted me by email told me that she would and when my perfume got here today it definitely has more butter! It's very very buttery and she wrote me a little note and said she'll save the formula so she can replicate it next time. This perfume is very thick very strong very long lasting. And for a 30ml bottle it's very cheap and affordable . It smells like buttery caramel popcorn one minute and another minute it smells like Christmas cookies. Terri is an amazing perfumer very very sweet. Everyone needs to sample her perfumes❤

Buttery coconut caramel with a dash of lemon to keep it from too much. Terri does gourmands extremely well. She dares to go all in on a gourmand, dives to the depths and richness of a scent,while other mainstream offerings mildly hint or not as rich in their presentation. This is what I WISHED Gold Sugar to be like. Of course, there are no florals here, but the creme brulee coconut is just superior. Excellent caramel gourmand, and layers well. Perfect for the cold winters to put a smile on your face. I have hundreds of bottles in my collection, so I can choose from a lot, but Im now a big fan of Kyse. Thank you Terri. Layer with Oui Plus for the decadent chocolate caramel fudge cookie scent ever.

I got this as a sample with an order. I left it on the shelf for a month. Then, on a whim, decided to empty the entire mini on myself. Love at first sight. It’s everything I wanted Baccarat Rouge to be and so much more. It’s buttered popcorn with caramel and coconut and a bit of honey and Musk which makes it sexy, seductive, warm and very distinctive. With some other Kyse fragrances, people say; the room smells great. With this, its “is that you? Wow that’s hot”. Im a perfume lover. Gourmands especially. This is number 1 on my 5 for life list. Cocco alla vaniglia is number 2. Figue Sauvage is number 3. The rest is open for debate. Id say Douceur Brûlée is a scent for fall and winter.

This stuff is addictive. I have also tried Shay & blue Salt Caramel and that is way too sickly. Over sugared buttery popcorn! Yuk. This on the other hand is perfect. Yes, there is caramel, butter and lemon which sounds a recipe for a sickly sweet mess but no its not. I love the smell of a crunchy creme topping and this is spot on. Maybe its the beeswax, coconut or amber that stop it tipping over into sicklyville. You might think that youve got to be a lover of gourmand to love this but even if you dont think its your thing I would still advise trying it. It leaves the likes of Jessica Simpsons Fancy and Omnia Profuma Madera sweety numbers behind with its delicious sophistication.

I didn't like this on paper and almost didn't try it on skin - it was just burnt sugar and almost cardboard-ish there - on my skin though, I LOVE it and the notes really blossom! A delicious gourmand for Fall. Honeyed cinnamon French toast with lemon zest and dark burnt sugar (which reminds me of coffee). It would be so so lovely on a cold Autumn day in a sweater, going to do something in the crisp cool air - the sillage would truly be mouth-watering. I had a bad experience with Kyse's Frangipane al Pistachio (dry down was really unfortunate on me) and I made SURE it was not the case for Douceur Brulee. Great value for a unique tasty gourmand! Full bottle worthy for me.

This perfume is so delicious. The first time i smelled it i smelled lots of butter, carmel and beeswax. Then i bought a bottle and when i first spray it it smells just like salted hot carmel popcorn! I love it. I actually love using it under white florals because it adds a creamy buttery quality to the florals. After 10 minutes the popcorn fades and I'm left smelling milky sweet coconut and beezwax. The butter is still there and the butter note stays all the way to the very end. I've never smelled such realistic butter in a perfume before. This is so amazing. High quality, beautifully blended. It's very long lasting and sillage is moderate to soft.

I must change the rating of this perfume! I didn't know when I used only by the test of the skin inside the arm, but when I put it on my chest, it was the smell of caramel popcorn itself!I often looked down and smelled:) I liked this scent so much that I ordered a bottle immediately. I thought THOO's What About Pop is ONLY the top note is very similar, but that's longevity is soooo bad! And too expensive! I was lucky to meet Kyse :) ・previous review Musk is stronger on my skin than I thought, and it's sweet, creamy like cream brulee, and the smell of charred sugar becomes weaker. I don't hate it, but it wasn't the Gourmand I expected.

Oh my goodness this scent is decadent! This has one of the most realistic caramels I’ve smelled in a perfume, there is a butter note to the caramel that keeps it from smelling artificial it really smells homemade, the lemon lingers softly in the background cutting through some of the goey-ness of this scent. The sillage is unreal (this is a beast) and I am a conservative sprayer (2-3 sprays max). Two of my co workers commented asking what that delicious pastry scent was as soon as I walked into the office. They were disappointed no one brought pastries but happy they found a new fragrance recommendation. 🙂 Bravo to Terri at Kyse!

What a DELICIOUS DELIGHT this fragrance is. It's the perfect fall/winter fragrance that makes you feel warm when it's surrounding you. Honestly this fragrance stays on my skin for 12+ and I smell it all day long. The first spray you can definitely smell the lemon, which only last for about 4 minutes and then it go straight into the butter/caramel cookie smell and stays that way for the duration of its life, which seems like forever and I never tire of its delicious Aroma. Definitely backup bottle worthy. I love Kyse fragrances and will definitely try some of her other scents according to the notes provided by fragrantica.

I love this, but if you don’t like perfumes that are super sweet, this should definitely be avoided. It initially smells like syrup covered pancakes and it settles into a kind of basic syrupy scent. For that reason, I think it would be best paired with another perfume to add some complexity, but I still really like it on its own. I don’t get any citrus notes. Lasts all day and has a nice personal sillage. In terms of perfumes listed as similar— ❌ Kerosene Unknown Pleasures: a citrus tea scent ❌ Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere: much less sweet and more vanilla heavy

Exquisite creme brulee scent. It's so true to life! Buttery, all-fired-up caramel at its best. The notes are in perfect harmony. This is also the ONLY scent with Ambroxan that doesn't hurt my brain. Overdone, it is like earwax x1,000. Here it's just enough to add interest and, if not told, you wouldn't know it's there. Bravo. Longevity and sillage are good if not great. I'd even venture to say this is a safe blind buy if you like caramel, creme brulee, buttery gourmands, or Yankee Candle's dessert scents (seriously). The price is great. One of my new favorite houses!

This is one of my favorite of the Kyse fragrances. Very scrumptious, foody. I get the lemon, the crunch of the blow-torched sugar atop the creme brulee. To me, there is a bit of a salty aspect, too; although I don't think the notes suggest that. I don't notice coconut, and usually I can detect that a mile away. It is really more complex than I have made it sound, because my nose is as yet fairly untrained. All I can say is, if you like gourmands; do get your hands on this. It is definitely more than the sum of its parts.

One of my favorite fragrances of all time. Straight up delicious buttery caramel-faint lemon sweet candy deliciousness. I love to pair this one with another one of my favorites of all time, Au Lait from Alkemia. You will smell like a walking sweet, creamy dessert. Like you fell face first into a pile of buttery French pastries. Amazing. No complaints about this one whatsoever.. lasting power is great and so is projection. 11/10.... Can’t get enough of this one and I will never be without it.

Good gooey gracious, I'm in gourmand gorgeous heaven! A buttery beautiful crème brûlée with the slightest hint of a little lemon wafer. Longevity is an interesting 10 to 12 hrs; if you think it is going bye-bye before you reach the 5-hour mark, just make like a cat and find yourself a sunny spot ... mmmmm and ... it's back! My favourite Kyse Perfume so far, a scent so sumptuously delicious and totally wearable that I had to size up and send Terri Bozzo more money.

this is the most potent, delectable, buttery caramel you will ever smell in your life. incredible longevity and silage -- i can smell this on myself hours after applying just one spray. i've gotten the waxy/candle vibe from this but only sometimes, and honestly, there are worse things to smell like than a yankee candle store. if you're a gourmand lover, you absolutely HAVE to try this. solidly in my top 5 favorite perfumes of all time.

This is one of my favorite caramel scents. And one of my favorites from Kyse! Lactonic, sweet, creamy, buttery with a slight burnt sugar/crème brûlée scent to it. I absolutely love this. Edit/ the longer it sits and macerates the better it gets. It's deeper and richer. It's such a delicious scent... like, the 'I want to bite my arm off' type of delicious. No one does gourmands like Terri! I'm going to order the body butter right now!

Another perfect gourmand from Kyse. I looooove this. It’s a buttery Carmel with a little hint of lemon. I’m not sure if it’s quality of ingredients or what but it does not smell syrupy or juvenile like Carmel usually does to me. On skin I get 6-8 hours out of this. On clothes all day. The sillage is not crazy. People around you will definitely smell it but they won’t know you’re in the building before they see you or anything crazy.

This buttery, caramel, almost popcorn like in the best way, is so comforting. I don't own anything like it. It makes me feel cozy and nostalgic. I swear, all of Kyse's scents seem to evoke a sense nostalgia for my childhood and simpler times. It lasted pretty much the entire day too. This definitely reminds me of the popcorn stand at the movies (in a good way), but sweeter and more delicious (less greasy).

I think those who like this scent will also like her new scent oui plus. It smells kinda like chocolate and graham crackers (smores). So yummy!! My sister says this smells like celery? Anyone else get that, I dont. This perfume has lasted 24 hours on me! I am actually going to scrub it off because I want to wear something else so who knows how long this would have lasted on me. LOVE IT!

I get butter and caramel, there's no salt note but something is subtly cutting through the sweetness The lemon is subtle as well, incredibly rich and delicious. I've worn this in heat and in the cold and if you love sweet gourmands it works year round. Incredibly long lasting and delicious.

Straight decadent butter, like, hyper realistic butter, with a bit of salt, lemon, and caramel. Linear and simple but so, so delicious. A must try for anyone who loves gourmands. This reminds me of Gold Sugar, if Gold Sugar grew up, went to college, and got a degree in chemistry.

this scent has been on my wishlist for months bc of the notes and its literally perfect!! the sweeter lemon starts to come through in dry down which was kinda unexpected. otherwise, a burnt brown sugar musky desert with a coconut milk backing omgg i can’t get enough seriously

This is my favorite from Kyse Perfumes. I was looking for a warm brown sugar perfume and my friend put me on this. It’s so warm and cozy. Not to mention super gourmand! It literally smells like a delicious crème brûlée. I absolutely adore this fragrance so, so much!

This is a sweet scent. It does smell like a mixture of caramel, butter, coconut and all sweet and yummy things. It's sweet but not cloying. I just love this. Sillage is moderate but the longevity is amazing. I cant stop smelling my arm when i have this on.

This is my favorite so far by kyse and probably one of my favorite perfumes in general. Deff caramel but done into a perfume without smelling like straight candy. Almost unisex because somehow it smells like caramel but not in a very sweet way

Top stuff and remains Terri's best creation till date imho. Just as as ou would expect this is 100% gourmand , no fancy elements . 100% sugar overdose only if you can handle it. Citruses well balanced with Caramel ( Lira sort of blending).

The epitome of gourmand 🏆 I don't wear her often but glad she's there when I need her. For me personally, this is perfection and I sometimes put a dab on the back of my hand and take long deep wiffs... oolala 🥰

This is my latest addiction!Unbelievably yummy! The caramel and butter notes give it a caramel popcorn vibe that I find so delicious. Perfect cold weather scent!

Dark caramel made creamy with coconut milk and lemony, soft honey. It lasts all day with a heavy sillage. A delightful elixir and 100% gourmand.

Breakfast: A warm buttery crepe with caramel drizzled on top. A sip of lemon water. Long lasting and perfectly sweet.

Delicious sweet buttery caramel. I'm very much in agreement with most of the positive reviews for this one. I love the Kyse butter note. It's thick and rich and so real! And it's very prominent in this particular fragrance, making it incredibly edible. And because it smells so edible, it's not so much a going out scent, but it is perfect for cold, rainy-day snuggles. Aside from the prominent sweet butter note, which remains quite strong throughout the evolution of the scent, I get a good dose of musk and ambroxan in the dry down and perhaps a bit of bitterness from the oakmoss, but all that combines to create some serious magic with that sweet butter. Sweet wearable caramel cashmere. So lush. So comforting. I love it. One thing that I've greatly enjoyed across the entire Kyse range has been how true to life her fragrances are - how natural they smell and how well they replicate the foody indulgences they are meant to represent. This one is no exception. There is no synthetic Bonbon, Fancy, JUICY Gold, or whatever caramel (though I do enjoy those too :p). This is true to life sugar cooked down in a pot and caramelized to create a lovely concoction. My dad used to make caramel quite often. And he had a drink he would make with milk and caramel whenever any one of us was under the weather. It was so warming and comforting. This smells like his fresh cooking caramel and feels like his warm hugs. My dad passed away about twenty years ago, but now I have this yummy fragrance to recreate my cherished memory.

What a chameleon of a fragrance! I normally cannot smell "caramel" in a fragrance, with this scent being about the only exception! On the (cool) top of my hand: It's a buttery caramel, with the slightest drop of lemon, to break the sugar spell. My mom used to make her own caramel corn, and this is what the syrupy concoction (that she poured onto the popcorn) smelled like. In the (very warm) crook of my elbow: This is SO much better in the heat of my elbow! The lemon seems to need the heat in order to show up. The entire scent seems much more balanced, with a prominent lemon playing a lead role. It definitely smells delicious. I also detect just a hint of beeswax here, grounding the scent. I think you have to really enjoy sweet gourmand scents to enjoy this one, and if you do (especially if caramel is your favourite note), this is probably a safe blind-buy. You will definitely smell like you spilled caramel syrup on yourself! To me it's nice, but my 2mL will suffice, and I won't need more than that. (I don't personally smell oakmoss, coconut milk, musk, or ambroxan...but, with a longevity of eight hours on my skin, that's got to be the ambroxan speaking!)

I expected caramel, but got freshly baked lemon cake from this. Once I got used to that, I started to like it. This isn't as creamy and smooth as I like my caramel to be, instead it smells like a buttery, vanillic yellow cake fresh out the oven, warm but not burnt, with a lemon glaze just poured on it. The citrus note sticks to the base, it's very enduring. Like most Kyse fragrances I have tried this is quite a literal interpretation of a gourmand scent and has a somewhat homemade vibe, which is not my favorite thing in the world. But Doceur Brulee is complex enough to be wearable to me, it has a softness and freshness to it and doesn't become too sticky or cloying. It's also very long-lasting and has a beautiful final drydown. I already have a favorite citrus caramel that this one can't keep up with. But that's Xerjoff Lira, which is much more expensive to be fair. Doceur Brulee is still worth a try if you love gourmands, especially if you're on a budget.

This is my second favourite from Kyse Perfumes after Oui Plus, which is a chocolate scent. This is most definitely creme brulee, with the burnt, salty aspect turned up. Like a crispy, browned crust on top of the caramelly buttery brulee. Since it's winter and Christmas time here in Sweden, I sometimes walk by stalls on the street selling roasted, caramelized almonds. The scent is spot on. Really delicious and realistic! I must say I detect no lemon at all, though I wouldn't mind. I imagine this as a sibling to Prada Candy with caramel and balsamic benzoin, as well as cousin to L'Occitane Immortelle de Corse with honey, immortelle and benzoin. The greatest thing is that this is really low priced for how wonderful it is, and that goes for all perfumes from this brand. I strongly recommend this, it's my favourite caramel.
